When my Check Engine light came on unexpectedly, Tim's was highly recommended to me by friends and a local automotive store. I was told Tim's was reliable, fair, and reasonably priced. The shop is a little hard to locate, as the parking lot is full of vehicles, but the lady behind the counter was pleasant, and even though they were clearly very busy, she found a gentleman to come out and use a code reader on my car. He was super friendly and quickly helped me by telling me what the code was indicating and then clearing it. He did this for No charge! I was quite impressed with the service I received in my time of need, and I would definitely recommend Tim's for your automotive needs!

They replaced the clutch on my '05 Corolla. I started out by calling half a dozen or so shops to get quotes, lead times, etc. Tim's was the only one that actually called me back. I worked with them completely by text. The quoted price was reasonable, they said they would get it done in a day, and I was able to get an appointment within a good timeframe before my clutch totally failed. I took the day off work to get it done since they aren't open weekends, so the promised timeline was critical. They called me back later that afternoon and let me know my car was ready. The final price was slightly lower than the quote. It's been a week now, and the car drives so smoothly that it feels like a new car. Awesome service ! Tim is very knowledgeable and very generous in educating his customers. He does not take any shortcuts and goes above and beyond when it comes to taking care of your vehicle. The quality is second to none.

If I could give him a 0 There's a saying if you have nothing good to say I don't say anything.So then there you go.He can't be trusted DONT GO THERE! I could think of some choice words to say about him but I'm not gonna waste my time.

This is the friendly, caring, experienced and all around great automotive place!! They do really give up front, honest and care about your vehicle and understand when you attempt to describe those sounds your care is making and find and fix the issue! Office staff is knowledgeable, super helpful and always followup on questions or concerns. Best shop ever!!

Tim, there isn t enough good things that can be said about Mr. Tim! Probably one of the most honest, if not, the most honest mechanics that I ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with! Very down to earth, knows what he s talking about, breaks it down Barney style, and in a way that is understandable to anyone who has minimal to no mechanical experience! Really fair with his pricing, and will tell you whether or not it s even worth sinking the money into the vehicle. Which was the case for me, he Let me know that it s not worth my time or money to sink into the vehicle because in the long run, it s not worth it and was very upfront and honest about that! I appreciate that so so much especially at a time in our society where it s Hard to find any genuinely honest and good hearted people who aren t just looking out for their bottom line. I would recommend Tim to any and every person in need of help with their vehicle, ranging from the smallest to the biggest issues that anyone may be having! We were swindled by The Car Dr. Here in Dallas so I was really nervous going anywhere else. Tim's had been recommended by 1 other person and I am so glad I listened to her! These guys are super professional, very honest and a pleasure doing business with. They diagnosed and fixed in minutes what the car Dr took a month, $2100 & never ended up "fixed" at all. I paid for parts I didn't need and it was just a bad scene. Thank you Tim's for restoring my faith in this community

I've always had great service and have been working with them for years. The only problem is getting through on the phone, but that is because they are busy. I guess I could go somewhere they aren't so busy, but there is a good reason they are a bit hard to get a hold of. :-)
