Extremely helpful and honest. Even if you don't end up giving them your business, they're still eager to help you diagnose your problem and get you moving in the right direction.I couldn't wait for an opening in the schedule for my car, and the man I spoke with on the phone helped me figure out what was going on so I could fix it myself.This will be the only shop I'll use anytime I need work done. They may not have made anything on the advice they gave, but it earned my future business and loyalty.

Taken our Volvo to them and our window just fell off its track and he fixed it right away! Very informative crew and will recommend then to everyone!

I'm telling you Mark will never ever steer you wrong. He's never ever done unnecessary work just to get more money out of me. He's clear and strong in his communication. I was spoiled having my brother do all work needed as he was trained under a master mechanic for 2 years. He's in coast guard so he's on east coast now. Anyways now that I'm back in Oregon I drive 35 minutes to him from my home. I would drive an hour if i had to! Besides he's a cool guy

Always happy with the work done here. They are super quick and price fairly. They really know their stuff there, Mark has been working on different rigs of mine for over 30 years. Won't take it to anyone else, if he's busy, I'll make a later appointment he's that good.

Amazing service & people! Not only have they been very flexible to compliment my busy schedule, but have helped me feel confident about repairs. They don't upsale and they get the job done fast! Several years ago I needed to find a good, honest mechanic. Lucky me, I found one at The Car Shop on Ellendale. Mark is the owner and I've been taking my cars to him for 10+ years. I have never been disappointed with his work and never shocked by his bills. He lets you know what he finds and asks before fixing. He's even saved the bad part, but giving it to me as he explains and shows the wear or breakage or whatever. He does his best to get your car back to you as soon as he can but he IS busy and hard-working. Mark has always been kind and respectful and he and his business are reliable and trustworthy. If you take your vehicle to him you can do so knowing you've left it in good hands.

"Dependable, knowledgable, professionals who take pride in doing a job well!"This shop is my 'go to' for thorough and thoughtful diagnosis of problems with my old jeep. Mark asks the right questions and is not shy about digging into the obscure and is quite a problem solver. I am so grateful for the care and concern they have shown in putting my vehicle in good running order and back on the road. They do a great job!

Being over 70 & living alone, odd car noises are panic producing! The great team at The Car Shop understood and listened. Then they fixed it at a reasonable price. No drama or upsell, just prompt repair. (They did attempt to explain to me what went wrong but all I wanted to hear was 'Your car is now running fine')Thanks guys!! - reliable, honest service is alive and living in your shop.

Mark was straight forward and nice. He let me know in great detail what he needed to do and he got it done unexpectedly fast. And it costed less than what I figured. These folks are very nice. They took my car without an appointment, reconnected the alternator another shop improperly installed causing our car to stop working. They charged us minimally ando even helped repair the wiper blade arm last moment. We didn't require major service tiday, but when we do we will be back. Thank you so much.

Tim showed up at my job, less then 20 minutes after I called him. Diagnosed my problem immediately. Most proffresional, knowledgeable , car repair service I have ever experienced. From the lady answering the phone to the technician hisself. I have lived in different states and can say they have changed my opinion on honesty and integrety in the service industry. This is now my house to place. Thank you so much

Definitely will not take another vehicle to this place they had my truck in their yard for over two months waiting on a part that AutoZone or any other auto parts store carries over the counter when called to ask Why it took two months to order a spacer they told me the keys are here come pick it up and slams the phone down.Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

Great person on the front counter I'm thinking he's the owner but as far as the work goes I won't know until a couple of weeks . But so far I'm fairly impressed

Should've done this a long time ago! We've been going to The Car Shop for years! Whenever there's a weird noise or something needing attention, they will get you in right away and take care of it! :)

Wouldn't take my go cart to these guys. Rude, dishonest, hidden charges, car was dirty when returned. Never fixed original issue.
