From start to finish an unpleasant experience was made less so by the caring people at Stellar RV Repair. John and Priscilla handled all of the insurance paperwork and kept us informed of the progress. Once all of the parts were ordered and received they told us that the actual repairs would take as long as 4 days. Considering that the repair involved replacement of the rubber roof, both AC units, two vents and the antenna, I was happy with the time required. It was completely finished in 3 and a half days, eliminating the need for another night in a motel. I am completely satisfied with the work and the price. Friendly service and excellent workmanship; they have it all.

We have used Stellar RV more than once for repairs to our 2003 travel trailer. The work had always been completed exactly as we had hoped for and at a very reasonable price. John and Priscilla are great people and easy to work with. I highly recommend them for any of your RV needs.

Stellar RV came recommended from a friend. That was a good tip. John completed our tasks with a can do conscientious approach. The quality of workmanship was top notch. Parts are more difficult to get during COVID and our repairs took a few days longer than expected but the overall experience was worth it. Stellar RV did a great job fixing our tankless water heater. It is nice to have a quality RV repair service close to home. They were knowledgeable and friendly! I will definitely use them again.

It s so nice to have such a great RV repair shop right here in Dallas. Wait times and the long drive at other rv places make it a headache. But the folks at Stellar RV got our coach in same day and fixed it quickly. They worked with our insurance company and they handled all of the paperwork. I highly recommend them.

Great customer service. Needed to get our city water hookup repaired. Not only open on Saturday but John came right out to greet me and replaced it on the spot. I'd especially like to note that he showed that he knows what he's doing and isn't cheap by going with brass fitting instead of plastic. Also cares about the final bit with the caulking being very smooth.Thanks again and we'll be back.

The folks are great!Even though it took a while to get our RV back from repair because of Stellar's recent move, it was worth the wait. They performd just as we requested and the craftsmanship was great. They treat your RV as if it was theirs.The only thing they could ad as a compliment would be to wash the outside of the RV when finished.I would recommend Stellar to anyone in the area.

We bought a 04 Attitude toy hauler and had stellar repair the awning and reseal all the upper seals.Replaced the vinyl for the awning and kept the old frame works.Fair prices, quality workmanship. Its nice to find a business with integrity.

John was great to work with. He was flexible on pickup/dropoff which was super helpful to me and the work done was fantastic at a great price. Great experience. Thought I had a very serious problem which turned out to be nothing. Paid for an hour of time and was good as new. I could have easily been taken advantage of but the good folks at Stellar took good care of me. I'll be a return customer.

I don't often review anything. I have never given a 5 star review until today but WOW! I wish these guys would set up a shop in every city I visit! They replaced my old, leaking roof for way less than others around Salem quoted and got the job done quickly. Woman in the office was very patient and helpful. The roof looks perfect and they delivered excellent work with no surprises- actually a came out a bit UNDER price quoted when all said and done. We could not be happier! Honest, helpful people who know what they are doing-- couldn't ask for more!

We brought our trailer to them after having a battery issue. They were quick to get us in and also getting our trailer back to us considering we were headed out of town camping. They went above and beyond by doing a full inspection of the trailer and pointing out areas of concern. Would highly recommend using them for all your trailer/RV needs we will bring our trailer back for sure!

The young owners of this business seem to be the exception in the RV repair industry. We were consulted upon arrival by the person actually in charge of doing and/or supervising the work. We were notified immediately of suggested additional repairs and given the cost.The work was done in the time frame promised and there were no billing "surprises"! We thought the experience was "stellar" and suggest you give this business a try!

I don't know who's writing these 5* reviews, but our experience was HORRIBLE from start to finish. The office staff was rude and the technical abilities of their repair staff below standard. We had to point out a problem arising from their own repair, leave it with them another week to fix it, and the office was rude when we asked for some sort of compensation for having to come back again due to their mistake. They also didn't repair hot water heater, since it still doesn't work. I would NEVER take my rv there again.

New to Salem area and immediately needed some work on my RV. John and Sean are experts at what they do - honest - efficient - communicative and personable! I highly recommend them for any work on your RV. Very fair and reasonable pricing and they take time to explain options that can save money.

We have an old travel trailer that needed water line repair, wood replaced and other misc. items. John and his employee did a great job. John and his wife are fair, honest and provided wonderful customer service. Big or Small rigs, they can do it all.

Very nice folks! We are new RV'ers and they have helped us get our older trailer ready for the road. They have, on several occasions, given us free advice and instructions on how the trailer works and offered suggestions on where to find "how to" videos while on the road. My go to rv repair people now everyone else don't compare. Mary Beth and Mike worked hard for 2 days to fix my slide in my fifth wheel. Very reasonable rates .

Paid to have my tt winterized. They were ok with putting antifreeze in, but when it came time to flush they didn't have time. I paid for a full job, only received half. Will not return or recommend.
