I've had bad experiences with RS in the past - tearing out huge trenches with their trucks and then some unprofessional attitude on the phone - but today I've had more problems so finally I decided to write a review.The other day I called and pressed a number for a call back - they never called back. Today I called and was put on hold for a half hour. When I got someone, I asked how much it would cost to rent a dumpster and the lady told me there were two options. I asked how much those options were and she wouldn't tell me unless I picked one - she said that it would take her 20 minutes to research the answer and that it would be a waste of time to research both. I then asked her, how much would it cost to add second bin to my commercial property and she told me that she didn't know if they would allow it.What am I going to do? I'm going to have to take stuff to the dump myself. It's the only solution left that I know of. They own the dump too, so there unfortunately there is no option that doesn't involve giving them my money.

We moved and had our new service start 12/15/2022 and I ve had to call every single week since. Cans not delivered, trash not picked up, recycling not picked up and yard waste not picked up. I called and was informed the app schedule was wrong and I needed to follow the site schedule. The next time I called I was informed the site pick up schedule is incorrect as well. So I guess only they are supposed to know when the trash, recycling and yard waste gets picked up. I asked for a correct schedule to be mailed to me and they didn t have any. Last week my recycling didn t get picked up and my can is full. If I have to put recycling in my trash I will probably be charged .but hey they gave me a whopping $9 credit

I had 3 good condition cans. They took all three cans and replaced them with an old trash can with a cracked lid and broken wheel, and and recycle can which I have no use for. Never received a replacement yard debris can. Called and emailed them multiple times with no response. Finally decided to just cancel. Horrible customer service. Cheaper to just take it to the dump myself.Service: Trash removal & disposal

Awful service! Generally I'm not one to leave reviews but our experience has been awful! Attempted to start service 3 weeks ago. Our 1st pickup was supposed to be 2 weeks ago and we've been missed. Called almost daily for the last 2 weeks and told they were sending trucks out for missed pickup and it's never happened. We were originally told it was $80 for 2 months, finally today they told us it would be $120 for pickup at our address.

I usually only write good reviews. However, this morning the recycling truck came past our house. They came this morning a couple hours earlier than they usually do... our recycling was not out yet. However I was walking the recycling down my driveway as the truck was right next door. The lady driving the truck, she had long hair in a ponytail, saw that I had brought the recycling out but continued on. I I was a little irritated but Let It Go thinking that maybe, just maybe, she didn't actually see me. A few minutes later the truck came back on the opposite side of my street. My recycling is still sitting out there completely full and open. The truck driver gets out of the truck again, see's that I'm standing out there with my recycling, but grabs another recycling container that is full because they couldn't properly pick it up with a car being in the way. It would have taken her maybe 30 seconds to grab my container that was about ten steps away from her and emptied it.. especially because she had already jumped out of the truck to grab someone else's.. I was willing to give her a tip, call in with praise or write a positive review, but they got back into their truck and continued on. If you're not happy with your job to be kind and go the extra 10 steps, you're not in the right career. It would make sense if you had completely turn the corner and didn't see me. But you got out of your truck saw my full recycling bin and you didn't take 30 seconds to a minute out of your shift to empty it.It doesn't matter what profession you are in. Be kind to people and they will be kind to you.

They come like clockwork every week. My trash can is always left standing. They pick up on holidays. The only time I ever had issues was when there was ice or snow further up the road and they did not pick up for a week or two. They allowed extra garbage bags. Seems they do pretty well for the amount of garbage they have to deal with on a weekly basis.

Have tried for over a month to get pricing on renting a dumpster for a remodel project. No one will give a quote over the phone, and we never received the email quotes we were promised on each of our 6+ phone calls. Super frustrating they can't give a simple quote on the phone or follow through on what they say they'll email.

I called to activate service. They said they would bring me the trash bins and to leave out garbage sacks. They picked up the garbage sacks but didn t leave the garbage cans. I called them back and they re saying that a garbage can drop off was not scheduled and I ll have to wait another week. I m talking to some lady in North Carolina when I need service in dallas Oregon. Low customer service.

I was charged $8 extra dollars because the garbage lid was not closed all the way. I've had this service for over ten years and this is ridiculous. Besides the price almost doubled now. Unfortunately we don't have any other choice Service: House & garage cleanoutsService: House & garage cleanouts

I ve been trying to set up services for 3 weeks. They won t leave us a garbage can and they never call back when I call to ask for a can to be delivered. Is there someplace I can go and pick up a garbage can or talk to anyone local?

I would give no stars if I could. They have missed picking up our garbage twice and I have been told that for 4 days that someone will be right out, still no pick up. I bet if I didn't pay my bill someone would be contacting me asap.

Poor customer service!!! You wait on hold for 20 minutes everytime tr ou call. Since it's a monopoly you have no other choice. Very frustrating experiences ordering a dumpster and being giving wrong info.

They make it a habit to knock our bins over and drag them all over the sidewalk. They've already broken one of my bins and came close to breaking another one today. Knock it off already.

Recycling can be difficult. Only a small part of the large container is open. So it makes it hard to keep your distance from others. And it's full almost.

Many times they have left trash that has fallen out of trash cans while dumping. We have called and complained and still this happens.
