Had a little hiccup when I returned a couple of batteries but it was my fault for not communicating as well as I could have. Anyway it was taken care of immediately with no harm done. Very friendly staff

I've worked this industry before. whether it's behind the counter, delivering parts or being paid to do the repair, it's impossible to make every person's experience an amazing one. But, as long as the effort is put in, I thank you for putting in the extra work to help another human out! I've never heard the phrase, "I don't know" from anyone who has helped me out from this establishment.

I give 5 stars because they always seem to be able to find the parts I need no matter how old or make of car. If they don't have it they can usually get it to me the next day. Store is always clean and parts people are nice and eager to help. I also like the idea of selecting the price, if you can't afford the best, they can get you cheaper parts.

I've been in several times to get parts for my son's car. They have ALWAYS been very helpful with everything that we have needed. When they couldn't get the part or gasket because of the age of his car they looked up where we needed to go on the internet to get it. Above and beyond what they needed to do for their customers!

In store customer service has been good. Online? Horrible. I tried to place an order online, thinking it might save me time. Big mistake. I only ordered two items, total of $12. An hour and a half later the order still wasn't finished. I called to cancel the order, as I wanted to complete my project today, not next week, I was on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on. Maybe it was my lucky day, but I do not recommend the online order system unless you have lots of time on your hands.

This location provided me with excellent customer service. I went in for a few lug nuts and the manager came out and installed them to my vehicle. Very grateful to have a location with great knowledge and customer service. I will recommend to family and friends.

I have always had a great experience whenever I ve needed to get anything for my cars here but yesterday an employee went above and beyond to help! It had been snowing pretty crazy for a couple hours and everyone was slipping and sliding all over the road, I had even saw someone take out a power pole on my way into Dallas from Falls City. Normally I wouldn t be driving in weather like that in my small car but I had no choice because I had to pick someone up and bring them home or they would have been stuck at work... Anyway, I had found myself slipping and sliding all over the place and even getting stuck for a couple mins in two spots during my trip into town and then when I saw the unlucky person and the power pole on top of a truck that had gone off the road and gotten stuck I was terrified that I wasn t going to make it home, especially since that was just the first half of my journey! Once in town I decided to look for some sort of chains and when I called they had answered I was treated right away by a friendly voice who not only looked on the computer to see if they had the right chains but had also went to make sure that they really did have the item in their shop before giving me the price and even putting them on hold for me to get there! After I purchased the chains I had asked if they could just give me a quick explanation on how to put them on properly since I ve never had to do that sort of thing before myself, my daddy always did those types of things for me but he passed away a couple years ago. Well the guys there did explain how to do it but then the gentleman who had rung up my purchase (which was a great price in my opinion also) had said to hold on and that he would come out and help me, which turned out to mean he would be laying in the snow and slush in the parking lot while having me sit in my car so I could just drive back and forth as needed while staying warm and dry. I did feel extremely guilty for not knowing how to do it myself but I m EXTREMELY GRATEFUL for how this man went above and beyond to make sure I would get where I needed to go safely! He didn t even once mutter a single negative comment about the situation, all while freezing snow was piling up on him and landing in his face making it harder to see as he was laying on the ground in the parking lot slush to install chains onto some random customers car, plus he did it without gloves on to top it off! But I 100% know for a fact that I would not have made it home without those chains on my car!! That one man giving me half an hour of his time has helped restore a bit of my faith in humanity yesterday (1-26-2021).... Thank you again O Reilly s worker, you truly are a lifesaver and a hero in my book!!

Always stop here first for my automotive needs. Friendly, courteous staff. Prices are not there to gouge you either. If a product is not available - they can get it sometimes same day on a truck or next day most cases - as I have had. Thank you, I will be back.

Was always decent in the past but the new manager Marty will run customers off such as me. I llPay a few more bucks for good customer service. It s surprising that someone that is rude to customers would be the one managing others to provide a service to customers

Pretty good selection of in stock parts. Just wish the counter staff had a better knowledge of the automotive world. Might have a bias though as I work for an automotive repair facility.
