They have everything I needed for my vehicle, including accessories, fluids and just miscellaneous parts. If they don't have anything you need on the shelves just ask the people at the counter, there are lots of things in the back that you may not know of!

I needed a battery and had one picked out before I came in. I was shown how the terminals might be a problem. They showed me several batteries that would fit my 4 runner and answered all my questions. They even carried it out to my car. They treated me like a valued customer. Will be back.

Rude girl, greets by saying "sup" hunched over the counter staring at phone. I said I ordered something, and says who's I? I guess that's how you ask for someone's name. Very c@nty

They didn't have what I needed on this visit. The staff was polite. They did, however, have what I needed for an older axle on a previous visit.

Brought a tough question to them. The staff was friendly and eager to help me find what I needed. Sadly we were unsuccessful in the end and I had to order online and thier bolt selection is full of empty slots. I want to give the store a 3 star and the staff a 5 star. Settle the difference at 4 stars.

Wanted a pack of crush washers, ended up with some rubber metal hybrid "drain plug gaskets" that the computer told the counterman was what I needed.If you need something from a napa that you can't get somewhere else, sure thing. If you need it right now and can't get to the other parts store, why not. If it's not in the computer, you can't buy it apparently. Yes I accidentally came by at closing time but I needed one thing and I thought I knew what it was until the computer told me I was wrong.

For some reason, this is the best Napa I've ever been to. Lucky that it's in my hometown. They always seem to have what I need, the store feels well-stocked and well organized, and there are always several other customers in there when I am, which tells me it's a good place to go.

Quick stop here for overalls for site inspections. They have many to choose from, all aquired from mechanics and for just $15. Getting assistance took about 10 minutes. I was with a small group, we stood by a register that previosly had an employee checking out customers. That person walked away. We stood at counter for 10 minutes, other employees at adjacent registers would say hi as they walked by, and then rang up others that did not have to wait. They never once asked if we needed help, or were already being helped. They were busy, but need to acknowledge all customers and ensure people are being helped.

Pretty good. The kid that helped us I think was still learning. Over all quality good. A little grubby but friendly staff.

When it don't go to NAPA! They have a lot of bolts and odd ends you can't just find anywhere. Highly recommended.

Specialty parts and selection. Built two great hydraulic hoses for me while I waited. Upgrade quality. Great service.

Always appreciate a store that knows about what they sell, unlike other car parts stores. They are a little steep on price, but you get the parts you need with very little mistake.
