I want to thank Conrad Green for going out of his way Saturday night to assist in changing my flat tire on the side of the road. He was on the way home and could have kept driving but didn t. I had called my insurance roadside service, but Conrad was almost done by the time they arrived. As he was changing it, he was going over the steps that I would need to take if I had to change it myself sometime. That really means a lot because I had no clue on where to start, other than getting the spare tire out of my truck. Many years ago I ran out of gas on I-5 and some guys from Les Schwab noticed me and stopped to assist. Thank goodness they were in a company truck as I was hesitant to catch a ride to Salem. So all 4 of us squished into the cab. They made me feel safe. The driver dropped the other guys off and bought some gas and took me back to my car. Both Conrad and them went above and beyond the call of duty and I commend the founder and subsequent management for setting high standards and just the decency of these employees helping a fellow citizen in need.Thank you Conrad. I am deeply grateful for stopping and assisting me in my time of need. You re the best!!

Worst les Schwab s I ve ever been too, can t do anything right, use the cheapest of cheap parts out of china, do not bring your vehicle to this Schwab s you d be better of watching a YouTube video on how to do it., if you wanna overpay for a job that s half done then bring it to schawbs in Dallas

I came in today to have my tire patched, and put on a new rim. Yall I am honestly surprised at the great service we received. Instantly a nice gentleman stopped what he was working on to not only see what I needed but also hold the door open for me and my toddler son (so rare)The great service continued during our quick waiting time. Another technician had over heard my 2 year old son talking about monster trucks and brought a HUGE monster truck tire out on a fork lift just for my son to see.Usually, waiting with small children isn't met with such kindness and help. I sooo appreciate what was done to help my baby smile. And to top it off I think I paid under 40 dollars for all of it. They put my spare tire back in its original place and everything!!Literally couldn't have expected any better of service. 10 stars. Thank you to les Schwabs of Dallas! Yall rock for real.

I do not recommend. I brought my car in as it was making very loud noise from the rear. Thought it might be the tires. They said 3 out of the 4 tires were separating. I agreed to put new tires all the way around. It was still making the same loud sound after I got it home. I took it back explained the noise it was making. The attendant said it could be a bearing going out. I asked if they could check it out and said I would have to wait 4 hours before they got to it. I drove it back home. Took it to a local mechanic and put it up on the hoist and said both wheels were locked up. Why???? Would you allow a 72 year old woman to drive off with that car if that was a possibility let alone how could you not see when changing out the tires see that the bearings were seized up. I will from here on out have any tires rotated or changed by someone besides you ever touching my car again.

Good place for tire repair or replacements a little slow at service on the semi side but I'd recommend them for tire stuff

I bought a couple tires when I had a flat and they put them on so quick! Only problem was they stripped a few of my lug nuts in the process and they had to be broken off. If I d have known that when I had them replaced a year ago I would have had them fix it. Not a huge deal but the quality isn t there.

Simply brilliant. I have a Transit passenger van and they had a hard time getting parts so they stayed late on a Saturday night to get it done for me. I told them they could go home but they wanted to get the job done for us. Then I thought there was an error with the brakes after (there wasn t I d ran over some loose stone and got it stuck) they spent an hour clearing the problem and refused to charge me. Customer for life

Not sure what s going on here. Dropped tire off for repair and was told it would be 1.5 hr went back 2 hrs later to be told another 45 minutes possibly longer. Picked it up and got it fixed elsewhere. Been in this store 3 times for service in past and had issues. Lady behind counter didn t look like she wanted to be there neither

Great place for your vehicle needs. Got a set of Truck tires and the staff was great to work with. They called for pick because they were busy. Thank you guys for the Great service, Aaron, Terry, Matt, and Nicki.

Just made a quick stop at Les Schwab to get my tires checked and aired. It was a quick experience and Phil was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I now know that I need my two front tires replaced and rotated. Thank you for your help.

If there was a 0 star option i would have selected. Quality of work was good, but lack of communication was at a 5 star best! Was charged dismount, mount, balance and disposal for 4 tires at $53.99 a tire! Plus i kept my old tires and only needed 3 dismounted. Called and discussed this with them and because the tires werent directly purchased at the Les Schwab store it was an all inclusive package with no changing available. I have never paid this much for only mounting and balancing to include a $8.00 valve stem!? Theyve lost my business! Especially since their tires are almost 30% more expensive! Wish they would have let me know before hand. I guess thats what i get for not double checking!

Absolutely will never again !! New battery from these con men and it dies immediately after at Dairy Queen and they refused to help!! A 92 year old woman stuck. Alone and unarmed. Shame on you.

I wanted to thank Justin for his candor, I was told a couple hours for my service, confirmed two hours, and returned two hours later for the service I requested. The service was not done and he invited me to take my items and leave because he did not want to perform the service. Just wanted to let everyone else know how little you value your customers. Thank you for making it an easy decision for me to never return.

I am extremely thankful to them for looking out for me. I had just stopped in to get air in my tires. They suggested getting my tires rotated and then pointed out I really needed tires. I was told with my tires being rotated, still very few miles left and should be replaced soon. Personally I didn t know or realize they were that bad. The order came in and it took me a little over a week to find time to get the tires on. After my tires were put on and I drove just a little bit, I realized the huge difference in the smoothness of my vehicle. Looking back now, I realize just how bad my tires were. I commute a fair amount of distance daily. Thank you Les Schwab for pointing out and expressing the importance of replacing my tires.

The staff was very friendly. I called needing a new car battery + installation and they got me in that same day. The wait time flew by with the help of their courtesy popcorn machine and coffee bar!

Needed two new front tires for my old car which has small tires. They didn't have two available anywhere in the local valley or at their distribution center. Ordered them in hopes of getting them within 2 weeks. Ooops... I really needed them today.

They took way longer than they said they would to change 2 tires. First time I went to pick it up when she said it would be ready, 10 min till closing time, she said it wasn t quite finished and to give them 10 or 15 min. I waited another 50 minutes after that. When they were done they said my keys would be in the car and ready to go for me and then he acted like I needed to pay and I had to go inside to get my keys and stuff (it was already arranged to be put on my account), nice communication y all. They didn t reset my tire thing either so now my car keeps saying I have a tire pressure problem when I don t. Oh and to top it all off, there is a new dent on my bumper area by the wheel that I noticed right when I came out of the building. The whole experience was irritating at the very least. Will not be going back and don t recommend them. Super unprofessional and slow.

Came in late with two flat tires. They helped right away, didn't seem bothered I showed up so close to close (discovered flats after work) repaired and had me on my way. (Didn't charge even though my tires were factory not their brand.) This company and the employees are top rated in this day and age. That's why I'm Les Schwab loyal.

Quick to get an appointment with in 2 days.they called me to come in early for car work they did tires and alignment quotes me 2.5 hours and did in hour and 45 minutes. Many people say Dallas is bad store but they always been good to me. Little did I know we have worked together for over 22 years.

I think they're the best tire place in all of the northwest. Prices always seem to be fairly reasonable and competitive. It has never mattered how busy they are they always seem to fit me in. I have gotten flat, they fix the flat for free. Then once had a tire actual pop on me and then sold me great new tire. I come in and have my tires worked on when they need them.

I was stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire in 90� heat. I called they were there within 15, took my tire off .. took us to the shop, replaced with a new one and back to the car. I truly appreciate all of you!

Went to get a tire fixed, they met me at my truck before we even could get the tire out. Usually, they are so busy that doesn't happen so it was a nice surprise. They had the tire fixed in a � hr, didn't charge a dime and sent us off with a "Have a great day!" A smile and a wave. What more can you ask for? Thank you Les Schwab!

These are the most caring people did I ran into for a long time. I've been going to the same Les Schwab for over three years now and they never differ there always the same helpful and kind. Great job to all of you thank you for always being there for us

Three times we tried to arrange service for a dead battery just a few blocks from the store and each time after being told a date or time we could be helped, we would call only to hear no, not enough people here or just no without an explanation. Unfortunately we drove 120 miles each time based on an assurance from store employees. We have been long time customers and are saddened to see this decline in customer service. We are taking our business to another store.

Tires are extremely expensive, quoted $380 per tire for basic all terrain 235/50R20's, got 2 good year tires for $150 at walmart with install. So they could fix that price gap if they want to be competitive with other tire shops. Otherwise, they fixed my tire that had a screw for free so thank you for that!
