Jerry was a pleasure to work with. I had never bought a vehicle from a dealer before, and I was very impressed with my experience there. They had the type of vehicle that I was looking to purchase, as did a couple of other dealers. I was asked what they needed to do to earn my business, as I was still shopping around. I told them. Jerry worked with his very personable team, and to my surprise they were willing to do exactly what I said needed to be done to earn my business. So they did, and saved me from having to look any further. When I mentioned that I planned on taking the canopy off, he even offered to stop by my house later and help me take it off. I had the means to remove it myself, so I declined, but it was a very sincere gesture that I appreciated. He even contacted me a couple days after my purchase to let me know that they had secured an interest rate for me that was a full 2.5% lower than originally thought. Might not sound like much, but it equates to hundreds of additional dollars saved. I will be sending others their way, and be back in the future if I need a new vehicle. Thank you Jerry, and to the rest of the Capitol Weat Valley crew!

Capitol West Valley Chevrolet does what it takes to be fair, friendly and a great dealership. Jerry M. was excellent to deal with and very helpful. The Sales Manager Brook was firm but fair and able to work out deal that met my needs. I have purchased three vehicles through Capitol Chevrolet and will continue to recommend and purchase through them in the future.

This dealership has been the absolute best. Their prices are fair and their inventory is pretty choice. The gentleman who helped me, Jerry, was soo nice and so genuine- I never once got that sleezy car salesman vibe here. I would recommend this dealership over and over again!!

I get my oil changed here and love how they go above and beyond the call of duty by washing my car and vacuuming the front floor boards. I love supporting our local Dallas businesses.Their staff have always been helpful and friendly.

I left my car here from friday-wednesday and they told me it was the alternator, ended up replacing a cable to the battery instead, charged me $200 then when I drove my car away, it had the exact same problem. I called back, they didn't sound like they had a care in the world. Worst character and customer service I have received from any mechanics since I have been driving all 12 years. I'm pregnant and have a child, I don't understand how these men are getting away with robbing the community like that, but best believe they're getting reported and a letter from my lawyer. Thanks for NOTHING. Also, thanks for definitively going thru a backpack I kept in my trunk of old documents, not only did you NOT take care of my issue and lie to me, but you over stepped your boundaries that a regular person simply would not. You invaded my privacy, had no business in the trunk of my car and helped yourselves anyways. I look forward to what lies ahead from me in regards to your company :)

Capitol West Valley was recommended to me by at least 5 individuals in the Dallas area. I too recommend this dealership highly. Capitol West is a fair & friendly dealership to purchase a vehicle through. Thank you Mr. Farquhar and to all the staff.

I went in to service my vehicle and was somewhat pleased on their service butt Do not go to this place if you want them snooping around your car money was stolen from me from this vehicle the manager Brooke did nothing to resolve the problem they are thieves Brooke advise me that he would investigate and contact me never heard from him again I'm never going to the Capitol Auto West again I was supposed to have a meeting with one of the guys to go buy a car but will rather give my business to somebody else

Always get my oil changed here. Friendly staff with good experience, price is not the cheapest but quality service comes at a normal price.
