Very happy with the work and Customer service. I was told that parts were very difficult to get. This had a major impact on the completion of work. I am not sure how common my circumstances were but I was not prepared for, nor happy with how long I was without my vehicle. Again, very happy with work and the people were very nice and professional, but start to end the repair process took 86 days. They did go to the effort of putting my truck back together so I could take it back for a while, that was truly appreciated.

I am deeply grateful for the support I received fixing a small repair on my late husband's pickup. Caliber Collision repaired the pickups issue, charging me a minimal fee. At this time of my loss it was a large blessing to me.

Great service!Had a mirror knocked off on the passenger side. I found a replacement online and when it was delivered, the job of replacing looked like more than I wanted to tackle. Took it to Caliber, they said "We can handle this" and 15 minutes later the new mirror was on and worked great. I've always had great service at a reasonable price.Service: Body & Trim

This was by far the worst shop in Oregon. It took almost 11 months to complete the truck. The work done all had to be done a 2nd time due to the poor quality. I just took it back for a 330apt to install 2 rear shocks, and they said oh we're sorry, we're going to need the truck all day to install 2 shocks. That was the tipping point for me and why I chose to write the review. New bumper put on, had a dent, light bar hooked back up, doesn't work. Wheels are powdered coated black, and they painted them with paint over the break dust instead of sending them off to be re powder coated. They had to send the wheels to a professional to do it the right way, which is what they should have done. They painted 1 side of the truck and didn't complete the other side. Hood is still not aligned, bed is still not aligned. This is by far the worst job I've seen on a nice truck, you would think they would want the job to look like it was done. A huge amount of my personal time waisted this last year due to the poor quality of this body shop. NEVER AGAINServices: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Don't bother wasting your time with this outfit. They made us wait 2 weeks to make an appointment for an estimate, then scheduled the work for 6 weeks later. The day before, at 5:15 no less, they cancelled on us.Now we have to start all over again. Arrgghh

My window stopped working right before fall and I didn t want to be stuck in the rain with a window stuck down. My local mechanic referred me to them as windows can be tricky. They told me to stop by and actually spent about 20 minutes looking at it and giving me diagnosis and told me I could come back next day to get it repaired. They even told me how I could save money on parts if they were needed. Next day the job was done in just a couple hours and extremely affordable. Their people are polite and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for your service!!!

The car was reended. Went in for a repair estiment and to schedule repairs. The date was set. Almost 2 months later they called and said they would not work on the car, a EV. It would have been nice if we were informed at first. That is our complaint.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Pretty disappointed in the overall experience. I understand as a nation we are lacking parts and labor so that s not the issue.The issues are the lack of communication, I had to call each time to figure out the update of the car and when I was told we will call you back on (this day) it never happened.They never called me to tell me that they broke a part trying to install it so having to order the part added a week.They told me that I could pick up my car on a certain day so I left work early to pick it up (I would 1.5 hours away from Dallas) and they called me a hour before pick up and said I couldn t get it until the following day because they didn t get adaptive cruise control fixed.When I went in and paid my deductible I looked at the car, the hood was about 1/4 misaligned, I asked them to fix it.When I picked up the car (after hours) I got it home and looked it over, missed the access door for the tow bar in the grille, there are bubbles in the paint and imperfections (looks like dirt) under the paint, the paint along the under lip of the hood is no clear coated well and shows signs of drips/runs, the TPMS light was on and the warning for the adaptive front lighting warning was on and the hood is still misaligned so now I will do it myself to make sure it s done.Pretty disappointed coming from a small town shop and I regret my choice of shop
