My husband brought our Polaris quad to this local establishment because it was not idling correctly and cut out . They took $1250 up front for fuel system parts and $500 for labor. After 2 weeks my husband called and asked if the quad was ready but it was not.. The following week a tech called and said they work was done and come pick it up. They told my husband the initial tech had quit and this other woman tech had taken over working on the quad. When my husband went to the shop to pick up the quad it would not start. My husband explained we had family coming to visit and work we needed to do on the property and we needed our quad back in working order. The tech contacted my husband a week later and said she did what the other tech had said the problem was and told my husband to come and pick the quad up. When my husband and son arrived the quad was still not working properly, essentially had the same problem as when we brought it in. My husband said this was not right and the quad was not fixed and said this was not the way to do business. At this point , the owners daughter came out and told my husband that if he didn t take the quad her dad (the owner)would be pissed ! So out almost $2000 and still have a quad that is not functional. My family has owned a business that is still running after almost 60 years because they treat their customers with respect and in a professional manner. If there is a wrong they make it right. We feel this place is very unprofessional and tried to bully their way out of their mistake. Very disappointed in this place and would not recommend going here.

This is a good place to go for friendly and professional auto services. They are prompt and ready to provide answers to any questions and know how to resolve any issues. Family friendly environment too which has a nice small town feel to the business.

What a gem of a place. The place is clean and has a homey feeling. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer Uhaul on-site pickup and drop off and also have some packing/moving materials. I had some electrical issues with my suv when picking up a Uhaul trailer and the nice lady there was very helpful in getting me squared away. Thanks again!

The staff at addictive auto works was amazing. I took my Chevy Cruze and they told me my car would be ready the next day, however they had it done in 2 hours. Plus the price was really affordable. I recommend that everybody goes down to addictive auto works

I cant say enough about these guys!! Family operated and locally rooted!Chad gives it everything at addictive ...Community oriented and always proactively pursuing something to better his company's profile.Im impressed .Watch out 2021 it going down 4 real at addictive autoworks

I think this place might double as a daycare. The gal at the desk was nice enough, but it was hard to hear her over the kids and their TV.
