Tyler was the best. Sorry it didn't work out for my parents to buy the rv. Just too many physical limitations on my family. The staff went above and beyond for my parents. Would definitely want to do business with them in the future.

Great customer service and communication. Dropped our travel trailer off on Monday to repair refrigerator plus a propane regulator recall. T.J. at repair shop said he'd have it completed by Friday if no parts needed to be ordered and he was correct!! It was done just as he said and T.J. even waited for my husband to arrive a bit after 5 pm. I don't know the girl's name (sorry) that answers the phone but she was super sweet too.

We bought an RV from Oregon West and we're promised that every inch of it would be checked to ensure it was in working order and in shape. It sat there for 3 weeks and they did nothing. I wouldn't have these people work on a bicycle. The RV has many issues and it is a nightmare trying to get it taken care of.

I recently had a plumbing emergency. Oregon West service department responded with expert help within 2 hours. Very friendly and competent. I would highly recommend them!

Its a small local family owned business and the people who work there are super. There is an awesome inventory and they do what they can to make sure you're happy....Great place!!

The lady on the phone was super rude and told me they were too busy to fix the trailer we bought from them. I would not recommend them at all.
