Great salesmen and honest folk. I love to do business here. Great selection of outdoor recreational and living trailers. Dean runs a good shop. I really love their logistics team, Justin goes the extra mile for his customers. He is such a sweet young man. If you are shopping for camp trailers, this is the place to shop!

WOW, what a top notch RV Dealership and AWESOME customer service from Tyler Lefler (Internet Sales Mgr.). My husband & I dealt w/quite a few RV Dealerships, while hunting for the perfect RV but no one gave us the professional, caring, friendly, helpful, knowledgable, trustworthy service that Tyler did from Oregon West RV in Creswell Oregon : ) He treated us like family and was a lot of FUN!!! He worked with us to insure we got everything we were looking for in a Toy Hauler and at a FANTASTIC price. He is a definite asset to the company and is one of the BEST Salesman we have ever encountered because he goes above and beyond for you!! We can't wait to go out in our new Toy Hauler!!!Also a big "Thank You" too Winnie in finance and Ray. Customer service is really nice and they make you feel like you're getting such a good deal and they're so helpful. Until you get home and find out the RV they sold you is infested with ants you can't seem to get rid of, the sink leaks, the closet leaks, several light fixtures leak, and they won't do anything about any of it even though they promised they would when you bought the thing. It's also been 3 months and my trade in hasn't been paid off and I'm still making payments on a trailer that they are in possession of.

We tragically lost our home to a fire and decided to look into an RV while determining if we could rebuild. Tyler Lefler was patient and gracious to work with. We ended up getting a Park Model. Winnie was amazing as well. Great experience over all.

High pressure sales people greet you before you even exit the vehicle! people They offered me $13k trade in on a ,5th wheel worth double that. The one younger salesman was decent. Due to the low ball offer when I had cash to spend too I won't be going back.

Tyler was organized, helpful, patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I drove from out of town to check out the inventory and he made it a point to be available to help find the right one. He s had great follow-though as we navigate the sale and the service department. Everyone has been so great!Thank you!

Buying the trailer was a nice experience, But just to inform any other rv potential buyer. They do not work very well with you on rv warranty work. The rv has to be returned to there location to have the work fixed, they do not provide any mobile service, You are on your own. Was not made aware of this when rv was bought. Will never buy here again.

Stopped by to tour some Residence RV's & Destination RV's & the staff & sales rep Tyler were all very friendly & super helpful. Tyler is very knowledgeable, friendly, funny, easygoing & I at no point felt pressured into anything. I thought I knew what I wanted & Tyler showed me that model as well as some other options, which turned out to be a better fit for me. Super thankful for Tyler's help & he's definitely earned my business. I will be purchasing from him.

Would give zero stars if possible. Took 6 months of them playing games to get the title. They assured me the roof had no leaks, turns out I've had to patch 7 holes, fix the fridge and furnace. Discovered another leak yesterday that has caused so much damage that it may not be repairable. Waste of $14,000.

we purchased a 42 view Destination trailer recently, great experience , no pressure....sales guy...JIMMY was great very helpful appreciate all the help and letting us keep the RV there until early spring..will go back in a heart beat

We arrived at the dealership and was instantly greeted by Tyler our salesman. He was very eager, polite, respectful and energetic. Probably one of the best persons that we have ever done business with. He is very knowledgeable and answered every question we had throughout the process. He went above and beyond for us. Any issues with our 5th Wheel, he addressed and had repaired for use. He even took it upon himself to go back through the 5th Wheel and find any other discrepancies and address those. On day of pickup, even though he was off, answered our phone call and even followed up with use once we returned home.On the day of pickup, Justin, the person who we did the walkthrough with us, was very nice and addressed any questions or concerns. He went through the entire 5th Wheel with us, from operating all electronics, locations of everything and set-up. Thank you.Tyler is one of a kind and an asset to Oregon West RV.

If you want EXCELLENT service, you need to go see Jeff at Oregon West Rv in Creswell oregon! We went to look at a Rv that was in our price range and it was sold, Jeff said he would call us when he got more inventory and he delivered!! We bought a 2017 Heartland Big Horn and we are so happy! They did a full inspection and we picked it up yesterday! This is the place you want to go and purchase your next RV! We are so happy with our Rv! Thank you Jeff and his team!!!!

I was assured that they checked the roof for leaks and sealed it. My roof leaks like a sieve. Not just in one spot but in numerous places

Had an amazing experience shopping with Tyler Lefler at Oregon West RV. He was incredibly patient showing me many models and options as I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for. Once he found the perfect unit for me, Tyler, Dean, and Ray made me very comfortable throughout the rest of my buying process and I couldn't be more thankful! I had my parents with me and they ended up upgrading their trailer the same day also after touring their extensive inventory! Thanks again! 10/10 service!

After having been screwed over by a larger RV company, my husband and I vowed not to do that again. Found the Sabre 36BHQ that we wanted at Oregon West and 1 other small dealer. Ashley and Dean were happy to show us the fifth wheel with ZERO pressure! The other dealer was a constant barrage of texts/emails wanting to know when we would come in and look. That's when I knew Oregon West would be best to work with. Once we got all the finance stuff out of the way, figuring out where to park it was quite an adventure! Ashley was extremely helpful with recommendations of RV parks and as luck would have it we got a spot! They have gone out of their way to provide excellent customer service to make everything 100%! Even with all of my questions, they always have a smile and give excellent explanations for everything. We love our fifth wheel and throughly have enjoyed working with Ashley and Dean! These guys have it figured out!!

Sold me an RV that they hid a roof leak on, cost me a lot of money to repair the wall, since my insurance claimed it was pre-existing, and the platinum warranty they sold me wasn't as comprehensive as they claimed.

I worked with Tyler lefler on a deal with a trailer and I put down 5 stars for his review, 5 stars for the company, I also worked with Jimmy, they explained the whole deal in great detail. They scoured for the right bank to find me the best deal they possibly could. I m a 21 year old man and I was a little hesitant with other options but these guys made me feel comfortable with moving forward with buying from them.

The customer service was really good when we went to go buy, but the trailers are not good quality. We were excited when we first brought it home, but the very next day our fridge was leaking really badly and we already had mold on the wall. Then we found another leak under our sink that we can't reach ourselves. We called them to have someone sent over to fix it as we have warranty, but they refused. Said it was our problem now. The person we called for 3 days straight to get an answer always "forgot" about us. I would not recommend these guys. The guys selling the rv were really lovely though.

You want someone who will help you anyway he can, that's Tyler. I haven't ever been treated that well. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave you space when needed. I would highly recommend him. Not only was he great the whole staff was right there to help all the way through closing and the delivery. Tyler was right there thru everything. When I get another rig guess where I'm going. This is no BS. Whether you just want to look, there's no pushy salesperson. We looked around and we came. We purchased a trailer and we can't be happier. Thanks Tyler and everyone there who made this one of the best experiences. Thanks Scott and Dana
