Got the wrong part so had to go back and go through the return process then start over just to get the right one I should have gotten the first time,, and VERY EXPENSIVE

My car died on the freeway due to a worn tensioner, I had no one near that was able to come help. I called the nearest part store for a new part after confirming it was available I had no choice but to walk 5 plus miles. Quarter mile in and the employee calls me back and offered to pick me up/and dropped off the experience was a blessing. Best customer service ever when it was needed the most thanks y all

Grumpy guy running show. Saved for 4 months to replace windshield wipers. I have a Toyota Corolla - takes 2 DIFFERENT sizes, but did realize they put the same size on both sides. They argued with me. Both manual and Bimart listing says 2 different sizes. Now I am screwed. Don't be a single, old, disabled lady. They take advantage.

If you want to pay 70.99 for a gallon of acetone when you can go to bi-mart and get the same product for 20.99 then this place is for you! Ridiculously overpriced.

I go to NAPA because they have quality parts and tools. I always get top class customer service they are very helpful and know there products if it's not in the store they will order it

Napa usually has what you need in stick but I find they are overpriced and the staff doesn't seem to be in a rush. Sometimes as if they are bothered by you asking them for help. A few months ago, we needed a battery for our truck replaced and it was still under warranty. The manager said he wouldn't replace it because it looked as if it wasn't a defect but seething the truck did. A warranty covers everything Napa! We had to go to and call 3 stores before a manager replaced it for free and apologized for for the issues we had.

Manager was unbelievably rude cause I didn't have a box for my core starter. He actually ripped my debit card out of my hand. It was kinda scary. I don't think he likes his job. Everyone else was civil.

I have a small business, Divine Automotive - Mobile Repair, doing on-site automotive and truck repair. This NAPA is one of my go to parts houses because they get me the right part the first time. They also don't take long to find what I need. Aside from that they are some of the friendliest people to deal with.

It's your normal friendly NAPA Auto parts great service the guy even prompted me to pay for my product online to get it cheaper they got what you need to fix your ride

They really helped me out. I was there for an electric fan and the lady handed me everything I needed to get it installed. Very very helpful

They have some special tools that the others don't carry but then they don't have some things that they should service is okay prices are a little higher then others

Most parts are cheaper than other stores, but more importantly, this team is more knowledgeable than other parts stores in Klamath falls
