Ryan and their company are amazing. Because of the nature of our business, our insurance requirement were a little bit unique. Ryan and team were diligent in finding us the best coverage we needed as the most reasonable price. He took the hard work out of it for me. They were always professional and their follow-up was excellent. His services allowed me to run my company and he took care of the insurance needs!

Ryan and his staff have always taken great care of our needs as customers. I've never had a bad experience, they are always warm and welcoming to help with anything we ask of them. I've had multiple wonderful experiences working with Jackie at Ryan Hoffstot's Farmers Agency. I work in the insurance industry and can't always offer a product that meets customer needs. Jackie from Farmers has helped my clients with manufactured home insurance and SR22s. She is prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Ryan Hoffstot for all of your insurance needs. He is incredibly knowledge about both personal and business insurance and works to get the best possible deals for his clients. I've never had a bad interaction with him or his staff. He clearly cares about the people and businesses he provides insurance for.

We had a wonderful experience with Farmers, and Ryan Hoffstot in particular. As first time home owners, not only was he able to offer us the best rate on homeowners insurance, but we switched our car insurance and saved there as well. He really took the time to look for specific discounts that applied to us, and helped us navigate the process of insuring our home and belongings properly. Ryan didn't try to up-sell us. He was very honest and what coverage we really didn't require. It has been a very positive and painless experience. Thanks Ryan!

This is the best agency we have ever had. Personalized and professional service, friendly people. Ryan and Bonnie are the best. We have been here for years, and never had a complaint. When I call, I always get a real person, never any of that "please wait", or "press one" stuff here. Even if I could get cheaper rates elsewhere, I would still stay right here... customer service is the most important thing.

I've been with Ryan for a few years now. He holds our homeowners, auto, life, and business insurance. The responsiveness is great. Whenever I have a question or need something taken care of, it's done right away. They do so much for Creswell and I really appreciate the support they give to our community.

Ryan Hoffstot and his staff are a first class insurance agency that works hard to keep its clients well served and protected. They work very hard to satisfy their customers and keep all of us well informed of any changes in policy coverage and various Farmers products that we should be aware of. I am extremely pleased with the service they have provided me. I recently upgraded some of my auto policy through them to give myself even better coverage at a reasonable rate increase. They a are wonderful agency. Their new staff member Jackie Summers is excellent! I recommend the Hoffstot agency to anyone who wishes to enjoy good service and coverage at a reasonable cost.

Ryan was awesome in responding to what I asked of him. Of course I can t say enough good about all of the Hoffstot family. They have always taken good care of us. That is why we have stayed with them. I know I could get cheaper insurance, however, I would probably forfeiting the commitment and care that I receive.

I was impressed with all the checking of my options. Was Disturbed about all the different explanations, a couple of Riders to my insurance was not explained very well Plus while deciding on an option, I was charged $5 for what was called a change on my policy although it was still being decided which way to go.I I am still waiting for the email I was told had been sent with the monthly payment breakdown. I never got it. Also I had signed up for auto-pay and that hasn't went through either. I do have to commend the agent for her friendliness, and timely response. Very pleasant staff. I have been with this group for years for renters insurance and now owners, and am very comfortable with my total policy....good price for what I wanted.

Ryan and his dad before him have always treated me right giving me good rates and helping me with claims when needed. He is always pleasant and nice, even when I am not. All the people in the office have been kind and attentive to any problems I might have.I do understand your business. When I have asked for help in reducing the car insurance on my two cars. I am not told how to bundle and not part by part. I need to save money with the same or better coverage? I do not object to you making money but for your customers I would appreciate your helping me at the same time. I don't mean this to sound negative but just doing what I can. I have been a customer of your agency for many years.

Kari Stiner is amazing , She gave us a quote on our home and vehicles. We saved an amazing amount switching to Farmers Insurance. She wrote our policies making sure we had great coverage . She is professional and also very sweet and kind . If she's not available Ryan Hoffstot and Bonnie Hoffstot are also amazing and make sure your taken care of also .. Ryan makes sure everyone who works for him is qualified and courteous. I would highly recommended if you don't have them to call them and get a quote .

I have been a customer of the Hoffstot Family Farmers Insurance for some 30 years. We have used Ryan since 2012 when we purchased an apartment building. We have received notices regularly from him asking if we have any concerns about our property coverage . My husband and I spoke to both Ryan and Bonnie to inquire about switching from our long time increasing premiums on current insurance to Farmers. My son was extremely happy with the Hoffstots insurance agency, so he gave us Ryan's name. We were more than pleased how well he and Bonnie answered all of our questions, work out the best coverage for us, and gave us a great quote! I can email or call Bonnie with a question, and she will respond to me immediately and then ask me how the kids are! Hoffstot's truly care about their clients. We will continue to recommend Farmers Insurance with Ryan Hoffstot. Wouldn't trust anyone more!
