They were able to haul my broken down vehicle. No charge but also no payment. Took them a few months to get it coordinated too. I wanted to keep the wheels. They were fine with that but I wanted to grab em before they hauled the car away. Well, after they hauled it to the yard I came down with my ac delco Jack stand, 3/8 drive breaker bar, two scissor Jacks and a few sockets 17,19,20, 21 mm in a plastic bag to retrieve those wheels. No one was around but I called and confirmed the yard guy was there and found him and found my broken car with the wheels set aside. Cool. But when I brought the wheels back to the car I drove in with I noticed my driver s side mirror was destroyed and a gouge in the driver side door along with my tools gone missing. I called up that day and the guy on the line said he ll look into it. I called Klamath non-emergency and left a voicemail with them. Then waited. Sunday nothing. Waited. Monday nothing. Waited Tuesday I called out and they said they ll look into it. Waited a week and now here I am with no answers and having to pay out of my pocket for the repairs and replacement tools. Not cool. Not happy.

I Called Journey salvage towing 3 days ago and each day they said they'd come out and get my truck towed. And they have never showed up. And then they asked for my address and said they'd be there Thursday afternoon and they still didn't get the job done. I will never think of doing business with this company ever again. Lousy work ethics for a company that I have ever tried to deal with. All my friends can't believe that this company would do this to me,since they all live in Crescent,Or like I do also.

It's hard to get the same info from different people that answer the phone here. I've gotten conflicting days that their open and diff hours and prices will naturally vary but the same part will have different prices from different people lol. But when you can catch them open, they are a great parts yard. I wish we could still walk around the yard ourselves but people over the years have screwed that up for the rest of us. But something that all the employees have is that they will each go out of their way to help you. Even if that means calling somewhere else to help you find the part your looking for. A great quality in anyone who is in the customer service field.

I literally broke down in front of this place and pedal down the road until I found it these guys were so helpful and did everything I possibly could to try and get me back on the road this place is like this that helped me realize that real junk yards still do exist with people that actually care about getting you back on the road thanks so much for all your help

One of my favorite places in all of Oregon! Huge variety of vehicles old and new and always fun exploring the yard. Gary's prices are always fair and I've even bought a couple of vehicles from him.

HORRIBLE, DO NOT USE FOR TOWING Car broke down 30 minutes away from their location, they said they dispatched, but I waited on the side of the highway for 3 hours before they got ther!!! I had to ride with the driver to the repair shop, - and the tow truck they had was from the 1960s and had no seatbelts. To top it off driver made hateful remarksService: Car towing

My mom and I needed some new lights for our truck and one of the workers, Larry, went out and helped us find what we needed. The prices are really good we got a headlight and tail light for $40.

I called Journey's early on a Saturday morning needing a tow in a very remote area. They answered the phone quickly and had a big wrecker to my location within the hour. The driver pulled me out and had me on my way quickly. After the incident, Journey's helped me invoice the insurance company. Great service provider!!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Journey the man who owns the place is very helpful and quite generous, he gave me a job there yesterday, Thursday May 21st and worked for 4 hours and he paid me $40 for it and even went and got me something to drink when he went to get fuel for his forklift. He give fair prices for used parts and everything else there.

We had a brain laps moment and forgot to get gas on the way out of town and needed gas on the side of the road. The owner was quick to save the day. He was friendly and the service was affordable (:

They wanted $285 for a 17 mile tow, ridiculous, they price gouge because they are the only tow company in the area, my usaa insurance company refused to use them that says a lot, my advice is to not break down in the Chemult, Oregon area
