Absolutely saved us. Stuck on the side of the freeway Christmas weekend at night, worried plans are ruined, but Taylors Towing helped us out quickly when all the other places I called said they weren t available. Jacob was really kind and honestly so cool. He was very friendly and glad to help us out. Really glad we got to meet him. Completely turned around a stressful situation for us. Great company.

I was broke down at bi mart on Melton ave Tuesday the 9th at 5:00. Mike was my rescuer. He deserves a raise. He was very kind Courteous

Im greatfull that Taylor's towing is who was called out to retrieve my vehicle after being hit and totalled. This was obviously a stressful time for me, Taylor's retrieved the vehicle quickly, communicated to me what steps I needed to take, and assured me that everything was going to be taken care of while the insurance company was screwing me around.On top of that, the whole team at Taylor's towing have been so incredibly kind and professional. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you for making this hard situation a little easier for me.I very much appreciate your team and your services.

They were some of the sweetest, kindest individuals I had the fortune to come across. They were so helpful with my elderly father and his car. They worked with us on getting it back into town from a remote place outside of town and storing it temporarily while I made arrangements to get it back up to Portland. They re reasonably priced, straightforward, collaborative and patient. We couldn t have had better luck in coming across Taylor s Towing for our needs.

We live in the San Francisco Bay Area. My daughter was on a road trip in Oregon when her car got rear-ended by a drunk on I-5 near Cottage Grove. Taylors Towing was extremely helpful to her and her passengers before towing the car away. When I called the next day for a follow-up, Pat, the man I spoke with, was also helpful and took his time answering all my questions. He reassured me that if the insurance company took the car away, Taylors Towing would find and set aside any of our personal or official stuff from the car. He said that if we couldn't come get it, they'd ship it to us. At a traumatic time like this is our family, Taylors was very professional and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.Service: Car towing

Great people to do business with, and good selection of Amsoil products. Picked up an engine from them for a customer of mine after B&R screwed me around for a freakin month. this engine is a good runner we'll find out in about a week or so when I have the customer scheduled to have the car dropped off to get this one thrown in. Will definitely be doing business with Taylors Towing again.

The staff at Taylor's were all business with a hint of humor. They were quick and knowledgeable. They got me going faster than any other parts yard in lane county ever has and with less of a headache. Thank you guys I will definitely be recommending you to my friends.

***** follow up***** I love that a Marine wants to demean me... You should be ashamed. Post the video and keep adding to your incompetence. ******* Had Taylors come out to unlock my car was not quoted A price over the phone was not asked whether I would be billing insurance. When the driver arrived. He arrived in an unmarked vehicle and without any Taylor towing uniform. Unlocked my car prior to telling me that he did not have a credit card machine to run my debit card, unlocked my vehicle and then wrote my debit card number down to charge back at the office. Very unprofessional and very concerned.

Taylor s is the perfect example of why we should support local businesses. I got an irreparable flat and was stranded on Row River Road just outside Cottage Grove.Within 15 minutes of calling, Pat came out to tow my car. It was safely impounded overnight at no extra charge.Promptly the next morning, Ryan found a replacement tire and Mike even drove out to pick me up at my house (out by the Dorena Lake Dam) and chauffer me to my ready-to-roll vehicle. I was blown away with how dedicated they were to turning my bad situation into a piece of cake and send me back on my way.Super service. Super reasonable prices. Super dudes. Taylor's saved me......And my goldwing from being stranded. They showed up with the right equipment to handle a heavy street bike. And helped load it when I went by their facility to retrieve it. A great crew, company, and service. Thank You Taylor's

The guys at Taylor's are honestly amazing! They did an extensive tow for us last year after a bad wreck, and were very kind, compassionate, and helpful. Pat also helped me out getting basically brand new tires with install at an amazing price since. Absolutely incredible service!! Our transmission went out, in the entrance to the rest area, while we were towing our travel trailer. We were blocking traffic into the rest area. The General Manager came because everyone was busy and it was urgent. It was also very close to the end of the day. So fast, efficient and so nice! Kept our trailer and truck until the next day when we could make arrangements. They delivered our truck to the shop the following morning. Highly recommend!! ps, it took me this long to figure out how to right this review.

I know there's a lot of 24 hour towing places around but they were the first to answer super late at night when my bf flipped his truck on highway 99 (he's safe and ok) but they showed up fast even tho it was a icy out so busy night for them he was so so nice so kind I hope I will never need to call them again but if I do I definitely will call them firstService: Car towing

Brad was extremely helpful and his customer service is bar none. Had patience, very friendly and professional. Before leaving my house I had to lock every thing up while I was doing that he even buckled my 2 year olds car seat in the tow truck. Two thumbs up. Thank you Brad and Taylor's. & If anyone ever needs auto detailing in Cottage Grove check out Diamond Detailing as well.

My husband and I were stuck on the highway in Cottage Grove this past Sunday and Taylor's Towing sent out Dave who was very sweet and helpful. We would be stuck for another day so he pointed out a few places in town for food, hotel and a jeep dealership that would be open next day! Also Taylor's Towing was a life saver the next day which we needed our car towed to the dealer and the lady on the phone was very nice to work with negotiating a reasonable price. Good company, would definitely recommend!

Taylor's towing was a wonderful experience! On our way to Eugene from Idaho we hit something in the road which put a hole in my tire and rim. They were closed but my father in law still desperately called. He let my father in law pay over the phone. He only charged us for the rim, not the service or tire. The staff were so friendly, kind and only cared about the safety of my family! I would recommend them to anyone I know that needs assistance here! Thank you for turning our garbage trip around and not charging us a crazy amount that we weren't expecting!

Taylor's Towing company has more than once gone out of their way to make sure my car is safe and has decent tires and finds a way to meet my budget. The men there are quick, knowledgeable, and professional. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

We crashed on northbound I-5 near Cottage Grove over the Christmas holidays after skidding on slush-covered black ice. Taylors got to us a half hour after my husband called them (on the recommendation of an ODOT employee who was guarding the rear of our vehicle with his own small truck until help came). What a relief it was to be in the hands of total professionals who were also caring, dedicated human beings.Service: Car towing

I was thoroughly impressed with Taylor s Towing after meeting two of their employees this week. My Mom was in a bad accident on I-5 and totaled her car. She called AAA and it was going to be hours before anyone could get out to her. She contacted Taylor s and they were there in a flash. My Mom was panicked and in shock, and Brad the tow truck driver let my Mom sit in his truck in the AC (it was hot out), gave her water, and checked with her frequently to make sure she was OK.They got the car out from underneath the semi, towed it back to their yard, and let my Mom hang out in their office until I was able to get down there to pick my Mom up. They generally close at 5, but remained open until 5:45 to wait for me so my Mom wouldn t have to stand out in the heat. Patrick and Brad definitely went above and beyond the call of duty, and it was very reassuring and comforting to know that they took such good care of my Mom on one of the worst days of her life. I would recommend Taylor s Towing without hesitation to anyone that finds themselves in a similar situation, you will not be disappointed. Happy we found a great company that takes tremendous pride in their work and goes out of their way to provide fantastic customer service!

Taylor's Towing was extremely helpful to me from start to finish. From the initial calls past the final payment. Got everything taken care of and went to receive the vehicle from the lot and the battery was dead, before I could even fret they called another team member and they got the vehicle started in minutes. I am very thankful with their assistance in an unexpected situation. Your assistance was very much appreciated, thank you.

Picked up my car today after being carjacked, It was an emotional thing to have to see. Patrick was very kind and helpful. He didn't rush us and even helped dig out our personal belongings. I would definitely recommend them!

I would recommend Taylor s Towing to anyone but especially for someone who rides motorcycles. They helped me out at 1AM without hesitation and were very friendly and most of all reasonably priced. It was the best towing experience I ve ever had and I ve had quite a few . Great job guys !! And thanx again

I wish my tow insurance would have called them first, Andrue was awesome, he called me to verify the information he received before i was even off the phone with the tow insurance company he always gave me up dates and did not keep me waiting long at all, communication, i loved it!!!! clean, neat, fast and friendly, 100miles in the truck without a problem

These guys are the coolest! My Aunt did a "Duke's of Hazzard" flying jump into a cow pasture! Taylor's towed it out of the middle of the pasture. Then, when I came to pick up her personal items from the car(car was totalled, but my Aunt is OK )they answered all my questions, and even helped me unload the car. If Taylor's is on the list of Towing companies to use, I recommend you pick them every time!Service: Local hauling

The dispatcher was rude to me as well as my insurance agent. I didn't understand exactly what she was saying, which is my own fault. I only needed pulled out of a ditch and instead got a full tow. $800 later and I still don't have my vehicle. They are the experts, would have been nice to be fully informed in the beginning. She would not let the agent talk to the owner either. It sure is nothing like when Andy and Ron were there

A big thank you to Taylor s Towing for providing a service above and beyond what is customary for a towing company. Patrick Taylor came to my rescue after someone illegally dumped four large tires and rims on my front yard. The tires were much too heavy for me to lift, my car too small to transport them, and the transfer station cost would have been $81.00.As soon as Taylors Towing heard about my predicament, Patrick Taylor came to my house and loaded the four tires into his truck, courtesy of Taylor s Towing. Thank you Patrick for this act of kindness. I m grateful for your help and compassion.Carol Woodman

Bill from Taylors Towing and Auto Wrecking was a great help. I live in MA on the other side of the country from Taylors. I was looking for some small, hard to find, 20yr old interior car pieces that only a few yards in the country had left. I sent probably 30 emails out and this was one of 3 yards to actually get back to me and the only yard that had the pieces. Bill worked with me promptly over email, pulled the brittle parts carefully for me, and shipped them with tons of bubble wrap to my home. Had a great experience.

This guy was fast and very considerate. After our diesel threw the drive belt we needed to get back into town to find a parts store cuz we could replace it ourselves. It was a couple hours before napa opened so we were just sitting in the parking lot. He offered to drive us around and get food and told us he would keep checking up on us to make sure we weren't stranded. Thank you Dave! =)
