You never know when this wash is going to be open and when it is, you're lucky if the app doesn't charge you without giving you the wash. The new owners are nice enough and have always issued refunds when I contacted them. I wish the old owners had never sold this place tho. At least they kept it open and knew how to communicate with customers. I'm seriously thinking about putting my own "no touch wash" in Cottage Grove. The only other option is Lu-Lu's and it sucks too. People are tired of not having a good quality car wash that's always open.

This is probably the nicest car wash I've ever been too,even the owner comes and checks on you to make sure you're okay from time to time and he's not creepy or rude he's genuinely a nice guy!! The credit card machine isn't one set balance It goes as you go,hit stop and you're done only spent like five bucks! It was nice no extra fee and let me tell you the power and soap is super strong be careful!! The entire parking lot is clean,it's really nice.. I give this a 10 out of 10 five stars

I love this car wash!! it's so convenient, and user-friendly, the new automatic does a great job, the pay station makes it so much easier and faster no long lines and my car comes out super clean and shiny everytime! I have never had a negative experience at sud-n-shine it's always clean and well maintained, the vacuums have great suction, and the wash it by hand bays always have great pressure and new brush heads.

I enjoy how quick and easy it is to pay on the app and get to the washing. The upgrades to the machine and products offered in the auto wash are great. It's an auto wash so it doesn't do a perfect job, but thats understandable. I work a lot of hours so this is my go to place to keep the dirt at bay, especially in the winter.

I used to love this car wash, when they staffed and actually washed your car before you drove it thru the auto wash. I spent $16 as I always do, and took my car thru the wash today. Not only is my car still dirty, there are many places the brushes didn't even touch my car. I'm quite disappointed, and there was no answer when I tried to call.

I wish the old people never sold. You can never depend on their automatic car wash being open anymore. I have wasted my fuel 3 times now driving there to wash my car only to have it closed.

Paid for the $14 wash. It was ok, not great... not a very good job on a lightly dirty car for the price paid.It's better than the other car wash in Cottage Grove, but it seems a trip to Eugene may be order to find a better automatic car wash.

Hand pre wash before automated wash. Our car was filthy due to dirt roads, rain and highway grime. All areas COMPLETELY cleaned except small amount around license plate/bumper area. It s the curviest part of the car so understandable. We were glad we went.Services: Polishing, Car waxingServices: Polishing, Car waxing

I absolutely love this car wash. I won't go anywhere else. You can either wash it your self or go through the automatic wash. They also have a dog wash station inside

Love the app pay/points towards free wash. Nice new equipment, but I do miss the lovely folks that used to work there.

It's not the worst car wash ever, but there were a lot of areas on my vehicle that they were hand brushing and missed. I did hear one of the guys that work there say if he doesn't get a good tip he won't even wash windows. I gave a decent tip so they washed my windows and still missed a bunch of areas, just expected better.For the price I feel like it was a subpar job and would definitely just wash it myself next time.

The actual car wash drive through isn't that great but they do a good job of pre-washing the car by hand. There was a girl working today (Sunday) and she did an awesome job, definitely pretty thorough which was nice. It is relatively expensive though - I got the $16 wash which is pretty basic. I normally use Wash n go in Medford which is the same price $16 but you get a dual ceramic wash with rain-x and undercarriage rust prevention which I think is a much better deal. I'm basically giving it 5 stars because the girl was nice and hard working and there is a self serve option. Next time I will probably just use the self serve wash.

Very clean do it yourself bays! We had a horrible experience at a different place (if you live in cg, you know where I'm talking about!), and luckily when we arrived to Sud n Shine, the owner's mother was next in line for self wash but she let us in first because of the soap stuck and drying all over our truck. Bless you!! Will always come here when we're in CG.!

Not happy with the new carwash. Was better before. The prewash with the personal touch was much better. Our truck did not even get clean

Great place! And they have a dog wash too. Self serve if you're in a hurry, but if you can, get the team there to wash your ride. Awesome service!! Only place in CG to go

I miss when the attendant would pre wash the car. I had to pay twice to get my mini van clean, going through the automatic wash

Awesome if you want to be lazy and drive through. Nice staff. Affordable. Self-service is clean and always works. They have a variety of detail items (coin-op). Self service party is 24hr

They did a fantastic job. My old car looks like new. They go above and beyond on the prewash with their brushes. Highly recommended.

Wow! What service! When I went to the automatic car wash, I expected a standard machine that I drive through. What I found was a car wash where two very helpful attendants hand scrubbed my car, rinsed it, and THEN sent me through the machine. My car was sparkling! 5 stars, would highly recommend!

The only thing was that there are no public restrooms available here. I had to go in an out house next door and there was a used syringe in the toilet and it was super nasty. So this place gets 3 stars for not letting the public use their restroom!!!!!

the workers do pretty good prewash but Kelsie is by far the best. Very thorough scrubbing my entire truck plus a great job on my wheels and tires. I just wish she could vacuum the inside and do my windows. Great job KELSIE

Like the fact that they have upholstery shampooed as well as vacuums. Was pretty disappointed in the automatic car wash as it is expensive for what it is and there were several spots on my car that got missed and looked terrible when it was done.

Great car wash, there attendants were very helpful and got the vehicle pre washed, we got a vacuum after the wash. The car wash comes with a free air freshener

I love the personal touch with the attendants pre washing, and unlike Lulu's on main, there's actually soap coming out of the machines, not just pure water. We always tip when we can.
