I was looking for an ABS speed sensor for my Ford F150. They didn t have it in stock, but they were able to get it by the same afternoon for me. I paid for the part and came back at the prescribed time. They had my part, and it was a quick process to get it.

Took good care of my car after having battery issues. Tom was amazing with customer service and made sure we were well taken care of. They're even dog friendly and let our dog rest inside out of the heat. All the other staff were friendly and helpful. If you're ever in need of auto parts would recommend this O'Reilly.

Been there 5 times, 3 of the 5 times I had a decent experience. Majority had good custome service skills, couple visits I felt a "fake it to make it" vibe and the wrong part was ordered. Will most definitely return.

Went in at 9am and ordered my part they said it would be ready at 12pm my husband went in at 3pm and THEY DIDNT EVEN ORDER IT!!!! We live out of town so that was a wasted trip. I work at 530 so I was left with no vehicle to go to work so there extra trips in the truck to get me back and forth to work with gas prices that gets speedy. Hopefully it will be there at 10am on Wed.

The lady that works there (sorry I missed your name) is super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! They were able to order my parts and have them for me the next morning with a comparable price to the online only stores. I wish more places were like this. Thank you!

Let me be clear- the employees are great! Helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! However, this 1-star review is to bring attention to the fact that one of their employees had HEART SURGERY and they had him report in to work only a day later. During a pandemic, no less! Upper management should be ashamed of the way they treat their people! This is unacceptable!

I have been to this place a few times and the big guy I think his name was Todd was so helpful. He new what I needed and gave me pointers on how to install the parts. If it was up to me every auto parts store would have someone just like him working there. I can't say enough about how helpful he was. I seen him a few days later at the grocery store and he asked me how the parts worked out for me. I couldn't believe he even remembered me. I'm adding him to my Xmas list

Had to stop in for a part for an unexpected issue on my way up to Eugene and the staff was very polite and helpful. Let me leave my car parked to cool before messing with the engine. Almost felt like being in a local shop because they were so friendly

Staff were nice and helpful, and made sure we had the right part. They even got a cart with tools for my husband to use to remove our old battery & put the new one in right then & there. Their prices were the same as Autozone for what we were looking for, but I think the staff at O'Reilly's seem more knowledgable and helpful. They also spent some time & persistence trying to find one of our parts (that we couldn't find anywhere), and even though they didn't have it, they tried really hard. Their service is top notch.

Excellent store! My only concern is the fact that I have, over the years, never found or received any actual perk, prize or discount and so, I no longer bother to remove it from my wallet...

Service was outstanding. A guy behind the counter named Todd was the best and most knowledgeable help I've ever had going to a parts store anyway. Every auto parts store should have a "Todd" behind the counter helping people. I'll never go to any other parts store. Thanks Todd.

On Friday January 25th my son came into This store to have the service engine soon light checked not to be confused with the service engine oil light and the clerks at this store told him there was nothing to check and that it s his oil service light. No mind you that I don t expect the people working here to know everything about cars but it would be nice if they were at least competent. The clerks didn t even step out of the store to even check to see what the issue could be. This isn t the first time that we have been in there for parts for my sons 03 trailblazer, the last time was to purchase an elbow connecter for one of the coolant lines and they had to order the part. They ordered the wrong part, the part that came in was for a ford. At this rate I don t believe they have any body working there that has any common sense or real customer service skills. We will not be doing business with them or any other stores in the chain.

Nice enough service but found that a lack of experiences repairing vehicles a bothering sits uation. Phone contact was really lacking in spec. On the parts to replace. And was unable to receive a cost value, a result of 10 to 44 estimate verbally. And then suggested to bring the unit to the store to ensure correct replacement. The vehicle to get part being same as one needing part. Not sure how to pull that one off.Anyway the parts counter help ends up the same one I called. Speaking numbers in thousandth isn't for all I know. But tolerances are but not there for errors. Know I called so I could micrometer part on vehicle.old part measure.1.125 cridical to fitting back together. So employee takes their mic. To ensure correct replacement.and I browse around so I get back to where I'm doing thewothe and end up tearing a huge work vise from it morings bucauset that part was to big to fit. I know some things off I had just taken old part out and it was tough. But not there the vice off hard. I remeasure new part and have a 1.19 50thou over is stuck trying to. Hope it ain't broke. Cuz drive lines are a critical component to mobility.Stuck outta town now and just hard a huge rat wake me up running around me. So I'm not digging a under qualified parts specialist employed in a crucial feild of transportation repairs. Give me the old nub with a broken smile who's seen it all. MIC DROP

I needed help trying to figure out what parts I needed for my car and the best price for my money and the people there more than helped. The guy come out and listen to noise and I showed him what I thought was wrong and he told me what part it was that I need and gave me the best price he had . I will go there before I go anywhere else.

Called in, they answered my question and I went in bought more than I needed. Then when I came back to return what I did not use they had no problem with it. And made it quick. Thanks O'Reilly's

Needed help to find correct wrench to remove oil filter housing on my Equinox. Asst. Mgr Gary took over 20 minutes before finally admitting he had no idea what size wrench or socket nor how to find the answer (he actually had a replacement housing and didn't think to measure it to determine the socket size). Motor oil prices much higher than Walmart (1.25 gal of Castrol Edge priced just under $42 while the same item at the local Walmart was $24.64). Overall, good selection, high prices, poor staff knowledge.
