Patrick and his team did an excellent job repairing my Dad s car! It looks brand new! They were great in communicating with me, do superb work and I will definitely use them again!

Northwest Customs went way above and beyond normal expectations. I was driving in the mountains when my engine blew. Pat at Northwest Customs, apparently drop what he was doing, was in the mountains in no time. He was able to tow my car to his shop in Cottage Grove. Then drove my girlfriend and I home in Harrisburg. From the breakdown in the mountains, to being safe at home, only took under two hours for him to do. Pat was amazing to me! He is kind, professional, and a person that actually cares for people. You just don t find people like him anymore. I have live in the Lane county area since 1991, and have finally found a good quality shop to take care of all my cars needs. I won t go anywhere else! Thank you Pat for everything you ve done for me! You have turned into a very special person in my life. One I can count on Northwest Customs to fix my vehicles right the first time each time. As you know every time I m in your shop I see some of the most beautiful hot rods that you have customized.Thank you Northwest Customs, and thank you Pat!

These guys are amazing! Helped clean up all the branches that fell from the ice storm for free! Truly incredible people and a gem of Cottage Grove. Rick helped clean up all the branches and he was going non-stop. 5 stars all the way!

The low beam lights weren t working correctly on my car. These guys were right on it and I drove home with great lights!! They were friendly and sooooo helpful. I ll go back in the future for other auto issues. Check them out. You won t regret it.

Buy with confidence from Northwest Customs. Admittedly, purchasing an expensive classic car from a distance can be challenging and stressful. When I was looking specifically for a 1967 Pontiac Firebird, I happened to find their ad on Facebook. Jennifer and Patrick were very helpful in providing the necessary information. They provided videos of the vehicle and tips for maintenance. They provided recommendations for transport cross country and coordinated effectively with my transport vendor for transport of the vehicle from the west to east coast. Smooth transaction. Completely professional and helpful throughout the whole purchase process. Highest recommendations for Northwest Customs! Loving my new baby!

Took my SUV in to get a repair done that other shops either wouldn't do or wanted a body part to do. Patrick was so professional and friendly. Got the repair done as promised in good time and on budget. Best repair shop I have ever dealt with.

This company is top notch! I don t have deep pockets! But that did not matter at Northwest Automotive Customs. They met me at my price and time frame! And my car sounds and looks so good I m very pleased with this company s workmanship and their awesome attitude!!

Took my F150 in there with a TPMS sensor issue that was caused from another shop. Patrick figured it out, but couldn t fix due to Ford proprietary software deal. He called Ford for me and set up an appointment to get it fixed. Never charged me a dime. This is what customer service should look like.
