Anthony was just a gem to work with . He kept me informed and was very sympathetic to my situation. He worked with me and for me with Insurance company and in the end was 100% successful in getting my vehicle covered and fixed. Parker was great to talk and work with with as well. Along with Kelly she was awesome too. Thank you all for your help with getting the work done!!

I ve had several interactions with folks at body shops, but never had people who run their business as professionally. They do great work and have a terrific team. Go there when you need auto body work. They won t disappoint.

Amazing experience! I am not originally from this area and was unsure where to go to get my car repaired. My bumper got hit and taken off by a garbage truck and Ron and his wife went above and beyond to help me figure out the insurance, rental car, and my car situation. Aside from that, my car was cleaner than when I dropped it off and my headlights were no longer foggy. This will be my new go-to repair shop as they took care of me so well. :)Service: Body & Trim

Mackin's was great to work with. They were prompt in getting my car done. They kept me informed and up to date on the progress of my car. Everyone was friendly. I would highly recommend them for any body work you need. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

My experience with Mackin's repairing my vehicle was excellent. Parker and Kelly were personable and professional. The vehicle repair was done on schedule and the vehicle was returned clean.

They did a fantastic job fixing my prius after I hit a deer. Excellent quality work, very good customer service, extremely professional. Absolutely no bs with this shop. Iv used lower quality shops that were focused on speed and giving customers a good deal, this shop is focused on quality of work, so it takes slightly longer then some shops, but the quality is exceptional. I'll be back if I ever need body work done.Before and after pics.

My truck had scratches that I thought were simple to fix...not so much. Mackin's was able to keep the timeline down to a minimum all the while restoring my truck to almost brand new condition.

In good faith I signed over my insurance checks and my personal check for my deductible on the 25th of September and had an appointment with them to fix my car. Long story short, they cashed my checks the very next day. Then, after the adjuster viewed my car it was decided it was totaled. I cleaned out my car and signed it over to the insurance company. The insurance company called them and told them to release all the funds to me that had been paid. I have called them numerous times to see where my check is. Last Thursday it was "in the mail". Today is Thursday of the following week. No check. I am a 76 year old recently widowed (after 54 years) and have never had an insurance claim before and am extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. I have been without a car since September 25th. It is now November 2nd. What the heck is going on over there? I would never recommend them after this and they came so very highly recommended to me by people who had used them a year or so ago. This is the very first review I have ever written, but I wanted to get it out there.

I did not have the opportunity to have them do the work because the receptionist told me when I showed up at 4:04 (during regular business hours) that they will not do an estimate after 4 pm. I work at a school Monday thru Friday and accept for occasional no school days during the school year, I don't get out of work early enough to get there before 4pm. Having worked in customer service for years, I feel like they were inflexible. She wouldn't even schedule an appt for another time at 4. When I worked in customer service I always tried to advocate for our guests and would at least reach out to whoever was necessary and ask if something was possible even if the answer may be no.

This will be the first time being here so I will update this review. First off let me say, they are super friendly and accommodating. I was able to get my car in and checked out very quickly and painless. All seem very professional and helping. I can't wait to see how my BMW 335i comes out. Super glad the shop is in my home town. Two thumbs up for what I have experienced so far.My update: My first experience having to deal with this kind of situation and it was a good one. They did an excellent job and in a timely manner. Glad to see customer service n care still exists. They handled everything and my repairs were fantastic. You cannot see any place the deer had damaged my car. I have complete confidence in the services I received. Especially in knowing that the things I didn't know that got damaged is no longer broken and in perfect running order. The care in everything they did from making sure it was drivable until it could get in to they handling of the claim with my insurance; fantastic. I previously gave this business five stars until I learned they had let the manager (Ron) go to be replaced by "corporate types" to insure the big city business model was employed here. Judging by the 170 (at this writing) comments on FB, it was not a popular move in a small town and among loyal customers. Once again, misguided thinking about what works in Portland metro and even Eugene alienates an important and sizeable group of customers in a small city.I hope you are able to draw business from outside the area because you will need it. Getting rid of one of your best assets was one bone head move! Ron and his business ethics and customer service is what caused a friend to recommend the shop and why I became a customer. You have now lost me, and any referrals I would make to friends, car club members, etc. Service,ethics and relationships are what matter in a small town. I now retract my previous review: "Top notch repairs, exceptional service. I felt very welcome as a customer here and my business even on a small repair job was valued. I would highly recommend."

I got a free quote they were very easy to work with not pushy about my repair I can't say enough good things about them. If my mom or woman needed a body shop this is where I'd suggest they go.

Had a Person drop off a small part to paint for me. Left instructions that I would be by shortly with the paint code and please call me with the cost. My friend returned and gave me the part. He was instructed to tell me that MY BRIDGES THEIR HAD BEEN BURNT??I have no bridges to burn with Auto Art, I do know that the free rounds of Golf tickets I have won't be going there through. Its all good, The Wright shop in Creswell was more than Happy to earn my Business

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I can't believe what they did for my truck in 10 minutes. I had been forced off the road when a truck driver fell asleep. I had scrapes on the front and sides. It looks like new again.Service: PaintingService: Painting
