I've only been to this Les Schwab twice, and my first experience was a good one. I went there this afternoon at 5:00 because I have low tire pressure I needed my tires filled. It's not super safe to drive around with low pressure so I wanted to get this taken care of and went there thinking it would be easy. I went inside to get some help as no one came to my car, and was told to pull behind the trailer that was in the free air pressure checking spot. I did so and then was forgotten about for about 30 minutes. After sitting there for 30 minutes or more I decided to go back inside to see if there was any chance of me getting help soon and was told to just pull behind him again and wait. So I did that and in total I sat there for over an hour and no one helped me except for when I went to them and asked for help. I wish there was somewhere else to go because at this point even though it was only my second trip that was a real huge turn off for me because it should have been a simple transaction and it turned into an hour-long stay of me sitting in my car just waiting for someone to help me. It was not busy I will make a note of. Pretty disappointing and honestly I just hope nothing bad happens while I'm driving and I can get them filled at some other placeEdit: I went back the day after because no matter the experience I needed my tires checked. When I pulled in I was immediately asked if I was the girl from the evening before. The young man who filled my tires apologized for the experience and said that they are currently under staffed and if I was ever waiting that long again to come holler at someone. I appreciated the apology but also told him that I HAD asked for help about 3 times. Nevertheless, I got what I needed done and they were quick and friendly about it. I'm glad that it wasn't a hassle this time around and the interaction was good.

Went in to get snow tires for my company vehicle. I have never gone through the process for a fleet vehicle and without any question they completely took the lead and pushed through the process. They displayed customer service that is a rarity. Not only did they make this entire thing seamless and effortless for me. They communicated promptly, got me in, stayed late, and waited to load my summer tires. CG Schwabs has earned my lifetime business.

Arrived at Les Schwab 1st thing in morning in my RV with a leaky tire valve and Zach and Marty were awesome and got me back on the road in no time. Really appreciate it and I will always look for Les Schwab when needed.

We were passing through Cottage Grove when my car started making a rattling noise. There were no auto shops open nearby because it was the weekend, so we took my car to Les Schwab and asked if someone could check it out and at least tell us what our options were even if they may not have been equipped to fix it. Our wait time was only about an hour with all the cars that were scheduled ahead of us. Miguel was so speedy with a diagnosis, and although he didn't have a specific part to make the fix, he did find a temporary solution that got us to California with no problem! Didn't even charge us! (We also saw him get into someone else's really old car and the doors got stuck with him still inside it. He laughed it off and someone helped him get out; I bet he's seen it all at this point.)Thanks so much for your help, Miguel! I'll be going to Les Schwab for all my tire needs from now on.

Had front shocks replaced they didn't carry them had to order, within 10 min they where there and 1 HR to install. I sat had coffee and made a new friend. All is good.

This company is always there for me with great service. They have fixed 5 flats for me now. For free! They even fixed flats that were on tires I bought from their competitors. For free!

I brought dodge pickup to this les Schwab to change the tire after changing the tire they left all five lugs open and the next day when I was driving the pickup, I realized that something was wrong, It was not running like suppose to when I checked and all the lugs were open I can t believe that they can play with someone s life and yesterday I brought my other car for alignment and after the alignment when I drove the car it was still damaged even more worse I will never go back to this les Schwab and I will never advise anyone to go there unprofessional employees I ever seen in my life .very bad costumer service. I took my car to them again today to fix the problem four employees asked me about the problem separately, I waited for an hour, no one fixed my car and even charged me $130 for creat a problem thank you les Schwab cottage grove

Made an appointment to have a TPMS sensor replaced on a 2011 Silverado. Common truck, common manufacturer, common event. The service writer says "sure, we have the parts on hand, bring it in!!" The technician says "sorry we don't have the machine to program these sensors." Thanks for the wasted diesel, time, and giving me the pleasure of staring at the dummy light on the dash for another week while I find a tire shop that knows what they're doing.

Great customer service, I went into Les Schwab with a nail in my tire. They patched it at no charge. I told them, "I did not buy my tires here." they just said no problem, and hopefully, I would consider continuing to use them in the future. With service like that, I'm sold.

I went to Les Schwab 7/19/23 to have the tires on my rental car inflated. The gal that filled the tires discovered a giant screw puncturing the side of the rear left tire. I subsequently had them install a new tire. I am extremely thankful that they found a definite hazard and resolved the problem immediately. When in Cottage Grove, I will never go anywhere else!!! HIGHLY recommend.P.s. Everyone was very polite, friendly, and helpful.Big thumbs up to Les Schwab

Went into Les schwabs and asked for a new tire when I had a screw lodged in my tire, they not only could not find anything wrong with the tire but also claimed it was just the valve stem stuck open they told me it would only take about 1 hour to fix it which actually took 4 hours and they never even looked at it because I then took the tire to Midas where they found a nail lodged in my tire. Anyways on top of that I left Jim Gipson my number to call me when it was finished, I then waited 4 hours and tried calling them in which they ignored my calls and then I sent my dad in because he knows the manager Jim. When my dad went to get the tire Jim said he thought I was Just some tweaker that brought a tire in which is hilarious because I m a business owner @WesterkampLandscaping and have multiple vehicles. If I had not sent my dad in Les Schwabs probably would have kept the rim and replaced the tire and sold it to someone else. The most unprofessional business I have seen or done business with. Go elsewhere Les Schwab s will never get business from anyone in my family again, my dad will make sure of that.

I actually had someone from Schwab meet me in the parking lot when I drove up. Are you kidding?In this day and age? "What can I do for you today?"..... unbelievable customer service. And I was in and out in no time with 4 brand new tires. You got to love Schwab's!

I had sworn off Les Schwab for the past 20 years after a bad experience. I found that they had the least expensive set of tires around for a truck I am just looking to sell. I set an appointment and got a new set of tires installed. When I went to pay the price was not what I had found on their website. After showing them what their website showed and having them verify on their own phone they matched the price that was listed online. They were incredibly professional and I felt bad that their internet cheated them the way it did but they honored it. They have earned my business back and next time I should be shopping for good tires not just the cheapest tires I could find.

I have been a customer for 25 years and love this store...... well that is until yesterday when I took my truck down to warranty out my shocks..... they told me it would be about an hour. I had a friend come get me so we could hang out. 25 minutes later the shock guy calls and says there is nothing wrong with my shocks and the push in like normal and come back out. I then told him that my shocks are shocks that have pressure pushing out all the time and he should not be able to push them in easily. Any way long story short is he lied to me about checking my shocks because it to 4 hours for this guy to replace my shocks because he had one that the bolt was frozen up so obviously he could not have checked it. I missed out on 4 hours of quality family time because of les schwabs and the quality people they hire... done with them

I had a steer tire leaking on my semi. I called les shwab a few minutes before closing and told them I m about 10 minutes away. Marty and jaiden waited for us and had us patched up and back on the road asap. Definitely recommend anyone to do there business here!

Had a great experience. My wife and I travel to Cottage Grove from California to visit her Father on a regular basis.I had noticed our tires on our 2007 Prius were showing alot of wear. We had our brakes serviced a few years back at Les Schwab. They did a great job. I decided to stop in at this location again and was met by Chris. He checked my tires to confirm that they were in need of replacement. He recommended a couple of replacement sets that I felt were the right price. They got my car in very quickly without a delay. The job was finished in about an hour. I would definitely return to them for any service needs when we are in Cottage Grove again. As for the performance of the tires, it's like riding on air.

I've been dealing with Les Schwab for many years now. Up to now I haven't had any problem. But I will say that the staff that I have dealt with at the Cottage Grove Les Schwab are very very rude as I have been in there store several times and dealt with several employees. The only reason I'm dealing with them now is because I've already bought the tires. So I'm here again today because I wasn't happy with the tires they ordered and not the ones I really wanted anyway so we'll see if the next set fits. When I told this gentleman who ordered different tires that they were probably gonna be too big and they would rub he told me that's all that they could do?... Today they told me to come back in 1 hour and it would be a 2 hour wait but when I talked to someone here in the parking lot who rolled right in and they didn't have an appointment so I'm not sure what's up with that.. so when I drop my car off later today we'll see how it goes.. But be sure I will never come back to this store..

Went in for tire rotation and brake check! Service was super friendly and fast, especially since they were really busy. Zach did a great job with my car.

Was told ball joint on one side of vehicle needed replaced and they would have it done by closing. Half an hour before closing they called me and and told me they hadn't started on my truck and asked if I was expecting it to be done. I said yes. They said well we can stay late to do it if you'd like. Well since I gave them the option earlier in the day to push it to tomorrow and I was told no it wasn't an issue to do today, yes I would like you to stay late and finish. Called me back 2 min later told me it was both sides that needed repaired but they don't have the part. I asked why that wasn't found when they inspected the first time? So just repair what you can.

Absolutely a life saver! These people were so helpful. I definitely recommend buying tires from them! Then having your tires covered in case you accidentally run over a random broken key on the highway and can barely make it home, then this is the place that will rescue you, repair your tire at no cost!

I am editing my review as apparently there is no option to write a new review .After I posted my review I was contacted by the owner and the manager of the cottage grove Les Schwab .First let me say that my initial experience was with the assistant manager . Jim , the actual manager called me and apologized for my experience and not only refunded the money I was charged but also took care of the tire in question right away .If I could write a new review I would give them a rating of 5 stars for getting back to me promptly and taking care of the situation with my wheelbarrow tire in a prompt and friendly fashion .Jim has always been great to work with in the past and that was partly why I wrote my first review as it was quite a different experience than any I have had in the past with the Les Schwab in Cottage Grove Oregon and with any other Les Schwab I have been to .Thanks again to Jim and his crew for taking care of me !I apologize for taking so long to edit my initial review .Happy Holidays Jim !I am a longtime resident and business owner in Cottage Grove Oregon .I recently purchased a two wheel wheelbarrow online with turf tires that are 6 inches wide for use on soft surfaces .One tire went flat so I brought it into Les Schwab for repair .Les Schwab called me and told me the tire was not repairable but they had a replacement tire that would work .When I went to pick it up , it was obvious that the replacement tire they had put on was not at all the same as the tire it was replacing .Not only was it not as wide , but it did not have the same profile as the tire I brought in and was not the same height .It may have been listed as the same height but as it was not nearly as wide , once it was inflated it was much taller than my other tire and being not as wide and being a round profile rather than a flat profile it would sink into soft surfaces .I explained to the manager that it wouldn't work for my wheelbarrow for the reasons listed above .He asked if I wanted it removed and I said yes because it would not work with the other tire being so different both in width and height .He then told me he had to charge me for mounting and dismounting even though it did not match the existing tire .He also told me it would work fine and was rude in the way he insisted I didn't know what I was talking about .NEVER have I been treated this way at a Les Schwab before .Furthermore , after leaving Les Schwab I checked with a couple other tire professionals and was told the tire was easily repairable .It had a small casting defect on the inside of the tire that caused the tube to fail but since it was a wheelbarrow tire not a car tire I was told you could smooth it out and the tire would be fine to use .I will never go to the Les Schwab in Cottage Grove again and I do not recommend that anyone else does !Apparently customer satisfaction is no longer a priority at the Les Schwab in Cottage Grove Oregon .

We had a blowout in our rear right inside tire on our old #schoolie and Les Schwab fixed it up and had us back on the road within an hour these guys are amazing!

The staff at Cottage Grove Les Schwab s are AMAZING .I took my 85 Celica in and they not only were able to get me a great price on 4 new tiresBut they gave me a much needed alignment and did it all In 2 hours.Specifically Marty Saved the day !!!But everyone there was AwesomeI recommend going here for any sort tire or alignment job :)

We usually have good experience here. However, today was different. I made an appointment a week in advance to have the tires rotated and alignment done first thing in the morning. They got the alignment done but 3.5 hours later still waiting on the tires to be rotated with an appointment! Seems like they took walk-ins ahead of our truck and had to finish those first. Unacceptable

This has to be the slowest Les Schwab I ve ever been to. No one here has any sense of urgency. Came in for a flat repair took over two hours. That was with only 3 people in front of me. Unbelievable. Wont be coming back to this location.

Kres was very helpful when I needed a quick tire repair on my way back to Canada. He and his team went above and beyond to help me out. I highly recommend Les Schwab in Cottage Grove for anything tire related. Thanks!
