Well they fixed my 04 6 liter. They put in mew parts and I check and they really did. The truck is running very nice now. Clean shop and plenty of room. I hope we don t become best friends because that mean I keep breaking my truck. First time with Huddle and not bad.

Took our 2015 F350 in for some injectors to get replaced, and had nothing but issues ever since. This truck broke down and started shooting fuel all over the engine shortly after the "repair".We took it in to a nearby shop about 2 hours away since the truck broke down in Florence and we are from Eugene, to find out hoses that should have been replaced weren't. We fixed the hose that failed.About 2 weeks later ANOTHER HOSE fails from the return line, so we sent it back to huddle for some warranty work and inspection. This was the second time fuel started leaking everywhere, so we took it there to make it right and make sure everything was good so this wouldn't happen again. About a week later Huddle charged us another $325 due to another hose needing replaced. This should have been advised the first time they had the truck, instead of trying to jimmy rig some random hoses and clips to work.Ok so, truck is done and picked up. A WEEK LATER THE TRUCK FAILS AGAIN!! For us to find some aftermarket wrong diameter hose used on the fuel return line and broken clips on the injectors they replaced. There was also a hose clamp that was CLEARLY too large for the fuel line, and was literally doing nothing. Huddle should have caught this on their inspection when they got the truck back for the second time.I paid over $3500 for this repair for lack of accountability. I have spend an additional $2500 to other shops to fix what huddle did incorrectly.I would strongly advise to stay away from this shop. Accountably and trust goes a long ways in business. I'll take this as a lesson learned to never deal with these guys again.

Amazing work. Amazing service. If only there were more shops like Huddle, there would never be a fear of the breakdown on the road out of town. Definitely take your diesel to Huddle.

Mechanics are really good. Their prices are pretty high, but you get what you pay for.

My truck was repaired by this shop and after being fixed it has left me stranded on the side of the road four times, all having been issues with their repairs. They had my truck back there to fix issues after it broke down the first time and they would not warranty their work, so they charged to fix it the right way, and the truck still broke down again. Strongly suggest avoiding this shop.

With an older car I ve had several problems recently, and Huddle took care of the (some pretty major) issues professionally, and in a hurry so that I could get back on the road! The staff is knowledgeable, are reasonable, and they care. I wouldn t trust anyone else with my sweet PT cruiser or any other vehicle !! Love them

I'd highly recommend against this auto shop. They've shown their true colors by attempting to just throw (my) money at a simple fix that could be done by a man at a lube it station. Untrustworthy, disrespectful and unreasonably expensive.

I wanted to update my review of Huddles. After Gary called to discuss my review I realized I might have been a little harsh in only giving them 3 stars so I m upping it to a 4. Nobody s perfect . Overall I was satisfied with the work that was done.

Mr Depew needs to check himself. Gary was kind enough to offer a mechanic with no drivers license a job and a day and half later is thanked with lies about the shop and quitting.Bad enough to waist everyone's time but trying to slander a great guy and company is just a bunch of bs.Matt AllenSuper satisfied repeat customer

Very knowledgeable, friendly and fair. Had to have a 7.3 pulled out and repaired. They did an awesome job, completed everything I asked and caught problems that would have cost more $ later on if not addressed.

This is the BEST place to go. You can trust this place 100%. They have been working on our vehicles for years. We would not take them anywhere else. Your also going to get the best customer service, a call to go over your options, an honest assessment at the best price.

This is one of those places you hope to hear about from family or friends. It's an extremely efficient business that does a very thorough job on every project they undertake. They are by no means "cheap" but when you look at the quality of the repairs and service they do the peace of mind of knowing it was done right and that they stand behind their work lets you know in reality you got a very good deal.

A great place to take your Diesel. Both my Chevy Duramax & my VW Jetta TDI have been serviced here. Gary & his crew know diesels, diagnose problems, not just throw new parts on until something is fixed. Not cheap, just fair & honest.

The service was always friendly but when I called in questioning how long the warranty was on my glow plugs they replaced since I got s CEL on to replace one of mine (that were only about 2.5 yrs old) the lady who answered the phone said that my glow plugs "wont last as long if I do alot of towing" um yea that's not true at all dont really matter though because my 6.0L that I spent close to 8K bulletproofing here blew the headgaskets 3 years later to the month 200 miles away from home while towing my travel trailer and I was not running any hot tunes unfortunately I only had a 1 yr warranty so I was s.o.l and ended up buying a new 6.7L becusee I could not trust the truck after it did that to me so much for dropping 8K cash on something that is supposed to make these truck run for years on end guess I'll find another shop for my new truck

Love these guys....great mechanics ....fair prices and they keep the parts to show why it needed to be replaced...they will give a need to fix now and can fix later list before they start working ....100 bucks to look at car

Slow turn around time extremely backed up. Misdiagnosis and upselling (replacing things not needed) run rampant. Very out of the way location. Unethical overcharging. Inexperienced mechanic. Unsafe lifts.
