I had nothing but a positive experience at Captain Hook Towing. Captain Mickey was friendly, courteous, efficient and fun to talk to. He took care of everything and gave me confirmation when "me vessel had arrived". I requested a flat bed trailer (cause all I was envisioning was a giant pirate hook swinging from the air) and flat bed is what I got! I forgot the drivers name but he was prompt, friendly, very careful, and pretty darn clean for a pirate! Arrrh!So if you need a tow, you know where to go!

I recently locked my keys in my truck after a rough, stressful day, but I knew I could call Mickey at Captain Hooks Towing and recovery and they would take good care of me. Mickey sent someone out right away, and the nice young man had my truck opened and keys in my hand in about 2 minutes. Mickey is a wonderful human being, and has a great crew, they have handled numerous towing tasks for myself and family members. I would never call anyone else, Captain Hooks Towing and Recovery is the best!

Great Service and stellar attitudes!!!We called per the instructions of our State Farm agent and Mickey took the call, was very nice and sent James to us in record time! James was wonderful and fast, he got our flat tire swapped for our spare which he also had to air up for us and we were on the road. I cannot recommend highly enough.

The Captain Hook Towing company worked with everything I needed and was very nice and helpful with it all, not only was quick to get to my car and help me out with the tow, but also made it extremely easy with insurance. They took care of everything and worked with both me and my insurance to make sure I had the lowest cost possible, if you re ever in need of a tow, call Captain Hook!

It was a dark and stormy night. We were towing our RV down the mountain when we lost a wheel. AAA couldn't find us a tow but Cap n Hook (Mickey) answered on the first ring when I called. He took over from there and we drove home leaving our disabled trailer on the side of the road. A few hours later we received pics of it safely delivered to our shop of choice.Excellent customer service with an emphasis on caring for the customers safety and comfort. We felt like family throughout the recovery! When we received the bill I was again impressed, when other recovery services might have taken advantage of our situation on a dark Sunday night, Mickey charged us a fair price.All of these aspects of our experience reflect a high quality person who runs a great business with the values that my grandparents and parents taught me to hold as the marks of being a good citizen and more importantly, a person who deserves the respect they earn!Thanks Mickey! I missed my gas light heading home from work on a Sunday and Captain Hook Towing came to my rescue in a speedy time. Mickey was late to a family dinner so he could provide emergency service. He also jumped my car because the battery was dead. Mickey is friendly and knowledgeable to provide excellent service. I would trust him towing my car and would call him again.

When you need fast friendly emergency situation Captain Hook towing in cottage Grove is the one to call. I was in Eugene yesterday my starter failed stopped working. afraid id get towed away because no money for the meter then a kind meter reader told me not to worry he had my back . And wow ! The towe truck was there in my need of stress thank you so very much Captain Hook team .

Let me start by saying this... you will NOT be disappointed if you need a tow and you call Captain Hook Towing.My old Rangie ('05 Range Rover) was undrivable and needed to get to the repair shop in Eugene from Cottage Grove. I called the great folks at Captain Hook and made an appointment for the next morning. James was there right on the dot, loaded up Rangie, and even helped this old woman into the cab of the truck. Never did I feel rushed nor feel as though I was "putting them out" (as I have with other tow companies). They took my insurance info and even billed my insurance company!If/when I ever need a tow, I will be calling them, again!Really, call Captain Hook when you need a tow. You will be happy you did! Arrrr...

They were quick and courteous. Arrived at the scene and pulled my daughter s totaled car up a 20 foot embankment like it was nothing. Will definitely be my first call if I need any service they offer!

Captain Hook was awesome! They answered the phone. They were friendly, they gave me up front prices, and the Captain Hook theme was fun. He showed up when he said he would and texted a pic of the car as he left with it. I don t need towing very often, and I didn t know what to expect. I m general, this was a great experience and Captain Hook gets my highest service recommendation.

Shiver me timbers! Me landlubbing car battery walked the plank and left me marooned. A shout out to local swashbucklers at Captain Hook Towing who jump started that scallywag and had me back on the road in the wink of me parrots eye. No hornswaggling! Yo ho ho! Outstanding buccaneers! Friendly, fast and efficient. I highly reccomend. Arrrrrrrrgh!

I was at a job at a customers house and told I could park in the yard and the yard turned out to be a marsh field and sunk to the axels with my truck and James was able to pull me out and get me back on the road!! Blaine was my rescuer today and made me feel safe and assured through the whole process! Was connected through my insurance company- painless and no stress. Blaine got my car towed where I needed it and also lent a friendly ear. Wonderful service from all. Next time I need a tow, this will be the number I call.

Absolutely phenomenal service, I blew a tire on the side of I5 and needed a tow, and no one was willing to take on the job. Mickey and the Pirate crew hopped right to it and pulled my car from the interstate just in time, before it was to be impounded. Top notch customer service -Lets face it, when your car needs to be carried to the mechanic, its stressful! Having a hometown towing company (towing to a hometown mechanic) provides a level of service that reduces that stress and cannot be matched. This time was a no-brainer. I needed to tow my 35' trailer to calmer seas and I knew who my team would be!I called Mickey and he had an estimate for a 30-mile tow plus setting up and leveling! Blaine was my captain on this voyage, and I can't even begin to describe the amazing backing job he did into my space. This was a difficult maneuver as the road merges with the driveway at just the wrong angle, but Blaine pulled it off in minutes. Very safe, logical, professional and an all-around great guy. He also leveled my trailer in moments. Very thoughtful, methodical and fun. Once again, Captain Hook Towing is THE team to call for all your needs! Excellent work!!!

On a trip from Seattle to California, my motor home wouldn t start up after stopping at a gas station in Cottage Grove on a Sunday afternoon. Called up Captain Hook s. Mickey answered the phone right away. I told him the problem and he arranged to get a tow truck driver there very quickly. Mickey came over himself also, and he drove me to a fast food restaurant so I could get something to eat. Motor home was towed to a repair shop so it could be fixed the next day.Nobody wants to have to call for a tow service, but if you need to do it, this is the place to call! My car overheated 45 minutes from home on my first day of vacation on a weekend. I had no idea what to do. I made a random call and was instantly assured and comforted by a friendly voice. The driver arrived ahead of schedule and dealt with my car expertly. Mickey billed my insurance and worked with them to get the best price for me.
