(Whoopsie this review is way late, sorry guys-) Well, I never thought I d be leaving a heartfelt review for a car dealership, but here I am. I truly couldn t have had a better experience trading in my Suby for something that better fits my needs. The process took longer than expected due to some complicating factors on my end, and even past closing hours, I was met with nothing but friendly faces and kindness. It was a huge relief to feeling a bit guilty for how long it took to finalize everything (again, my fault not theirs). I have to say, above everything else, what really made this experience stand out was having the pleasure of working with Seth. Seth is a phenomenal salesman and really made the experience not only painless, but genuinely enjoyable. His skill level, his universally personable nature, and his commitment to his craft (yes, that is the word I d use to describe his work) were all wildly apparent and very much appreciated. I myself tend to have a hard time connecting with people, so coming from me, that s saying something. I could ramble on for way longer, but whoever ends up reading this review is honestly just going to have to check out Brad s Chevy in person to see what I m talking about. (And definitely ask to work with Seth!) Oh yeah, one more thing! The car! Beautiful condition, low mileage, a great deal, EASILY my favorite car I ve ever owned. I suppose it s telling when even the dream car itself comes second to the process of purchasing it, haha. Just give them a try for yourself, and I assure you, you ll understand exactly what I mean:)

It s always Hard to go buy a new vehicle for us mainly for one reason great big stinker car salesmen. But Not this time . Mark M was respectful, caring, no high pressure he listened., joked with us, best part he smiled the whole time .exactly what we needed .Go see Mark Macaluso !!!Thanks Mark !Joel & Lisa

This was by far my quickest trip in and out in maybe 1/2 hour to get my oil changed and my tires rotated, and only one other person in the waiting room. It was FAR cheaper than I expected too. So yes a very good experience! Everyone was extremely friendly too.

4.5 starsEverything was really good. I brought my Chevy Malibu in for service. They took care of some issues that were a problem. All in a timely manner. Only thing they missed one small item. Which I will have them address the next time I'm in the area.I will definitely recommend using Brad's service. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and friendly.

I was very pleased with my salesman Dan! He s a great person and is the reason why I bought the truck that I bought! On the other side the man named Justin is a very rude and abrasive person! Personally I don t think that I will purchase another vehicle from Brad s because of that jackass! I don t want to be rude, but he is a POS! Dan is one of the nicest people I ve have ever met and he is an asset to your team! Other than Justin it was a great experience! Also Nick is a great person and did everything to help me out! The truck that I bought is absolutely amazing! Thank you to everyone that helped me out!

Max Hood was our salesman and was WONDERFUL, a great experience with zero pressure! My dad went to several dealerships and always left frustrated, he had two cars to trade in and Brad s gave him the deal he wanted. Upon pick up Max came in on his day off and went through the entire truck above and beyond. This is his third vehicle buying from here and they always do him right. Very easy and smooth transaction! He is very happy with his brand new 2024 Chevy Silverado 2500! Thanks Brad s and Max!

I wanted to take the time to recognize the extraordinary customer service and care we received from the service department at Brads Chevrolet. I wanted to call out one person in particular and that was Doug,. From the time I talked to him on the phone, to the time we got in the dealership, I felt comfortable that we were in good hands. Doug made sure he accommodated our schedule to get the car in while I was in town. When he explained to us what was wrong with the car he spoke in simple terms and didn t try to speak over our heads with a lot of technical terms. My daughter was so impressed that she will continue to drive the extra miles to go to the service department at Brads Chevrolet. Thank you for coming through for us!

Were so awesome and caring and kind they help me get the best deal I could far as a car for right now to help me build my credit they also went as far as finding the cheapest insurance for me. They went super out of their way I know just to help the single mom out by getting into a car finally which we love that we can get around to all of appointments,school and work

I first spoke with Jamie and very pleasant and kind the following day. I drove down there, just expecting to look around by the end of the day, with both the help of Jamie and Josh they were able to get me into a vehicle of my choosing I was very satisfied, and it was a pleasant and enjoyable time what time they re felt appreciated. And they respected my wishes and what I needed. I walked away very happy thank you Jamie thank you Josh.

I purchased 2 trucks back to back here in the same week- a 2022 F250 platinum and a 2020 Tacoma. Both of these vehicles were CLEAN and low miles. They run excellent and I have zero complaints. Sales staff is relatable and friendly- nice to see and interact with managers and those behind the scenes making your deal happen- they all have a common goal and that s to get you an approval- they can t help the rates so any reviews saying such should hold no weight.I will always come to brads moving forward. Excellent inventory, excellent prices, excellent staff.Thank you Jaime, Dean, and Joseph for making the magic happen! You have earned a customer for life.

Alan was our salesman, and we couldn t be happier with our purchase through him. We bought our vehicle from out of state, and there are many unknowns. He was fully transparent and made the purchase extremely smooth. It was more like hanging out with a friend, a than buying a vehicle.

I have never had such an easy truck buying experience than when I recently bought my Ram 2500 from Brad's Chevy. AJ made the whole process super easy and hes an amazing dude. Me and my wife buy 7 vehicles from Brad we didn t have any problems with Brads great people to talk to and we are thinking about getting a gladiator from them we buy to jeeps from Brads we have no problem with them for two years and we buy a truck that pulls my 30 foot camp trailer they very awesome people

Absolutely amazing! My dealer was Joseph and he was super helpful with answering questions and finding many options to find the best fit with a car, and insurance, etc. He worked efficiently to help and made the process less stressful. I would recommend going to him!

AJ was our sales associate, and he was great. He was very good at explaining the process and made the experience very pleasant. The inventory of cars was very good. I was looking for a very specific truck, and they had several in stock and at a good price. I would highly recommend them for the purchase of a new vehicle.

Purchased a 2017 Ram 3500 MegaCab from Brad s on 12/21/23.Went to look at the truck on 12-16-23 and met with salesmen Max and Justin. They were extremely friendly and helpful trying to answer any questions I had on multiple vehicles they had on the lot. No rush experience. We sat down and discussed financing options and negotiated on a price that worked for both of us. I am a first time purchaser through a dealer, it was a hassle free and simple transaction. Would definitely recommend Brad s Chevy to anyone looking for a family friendly and small town feel dealer.

I bring my work truck in to Brad's for regular oil changes and recommended services. Rodney in the service department is awesome; always polite and friendly as well as receptive to any concerns about the vehicle that I have. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Cottage Grove!

We had a really good time at Brad's when looking at rigs. Our sales person Max, went beyond helping us with all our questions. He always talked to our baby boy. Trying to make him confortable while we did business. Our boy Bender really loved Max, when he gave him some really good tasting dog bones. Max is an awesome sales person.

Love brads ! The brad Chevy family have been customers of mine for years. I have never met a more giving business that does so much more for the community and its members. Brads takes good care of their people and really works with ya on trades and making dreams happen. Do yourself a favor and skip guarantee and Kendal you won t get half the service there nor any bang for your buck on trade

Brought car in for oil change. They spilled coolant on radiator and told me I needed new radiator. They said I needed new sway bar which I didnt. Bought my car there. Never got promised key fob. STILL waiting for Brad to call me back.Been lied to and taken advantage of.No stars
