Chuck is a very honest and humble mechanic. I am a new customer and he provided a free inspection for my check engine light, while other places were bargaining 75-150 dollars an hour for the inspection.Chucks genuine demeanor Is a breath of fresh air. I wish nothing but happiness and gratitude for him.

I was very impressed by the service I received by this shop! They only were booked out a few days out and offered a cheaper rate than other competitors, who claim they have to raise prices, especially on labor.I ll be switching over to Waucomah for my car s maintenance services as well.

My wiper blades were screeching months after installation. Since Waucomah installed them they replaced them and returned defective product to OEM. No labor charge to me!Customer Service! Bravo

Daughter drove up from CA to visit for the holidays, did a complete check-up & tune-up for half of what they wanted to charge her in LA and they did a more thorough job. Nice to have a local honest & talented mechanic.

My daughter lives in Corvallis where she goes to school. Her car broke down and was towed to Waucomah Auto. Chuck was so helpful and understanding! As parents it felt good to know that she would be taken care of. If we ever need a repair in the area again, we will ALWAYS go here first!

Competitively priced and honest. Chuck is all about taking care of you. His staff is equally invested in his efforts to make sure you have a reliable vehicle when you leave. If you're looking for a place to take your sick whip, I highly recommend Waucomah.

Many years ago I was referred to this shop by a friend. My son's vehicle needed work that was going to cost $2300 at a local large dealership. I took the car to Waucomah and the cost was only $1100. I have been going there ever since. Chuck and Bill are awesome! They are conscientious and provide quality work at a great price! I highly recommend Waucomah Auto Repair.

If I could give this shop more stars I would. Three words: honesty, integrity, and skill. I cant tell you how many times other shops have tried to take advantage of my lack of knowledge (I look a lot dumber than I am). This was far from the case here. I had estimated the labor cost and when I got the bill it was almost spot on. They did everything really efficiently. The cost I was quoted was the cost I paid, even though the parts ended up being more costly than they expected. The cost of labor per hour isnt cheap but it isnt expensive. It is very fair and very typical for a shop of this quality. Perhaps even a few dollars less than I would have expected. I drive an older car that has never failed me until now. I know I will have more repairs in the future and I know I will never go to any other shop. I am so incredibly pleased!

We needed to get a pre-purchase inspection for a Mazda my son was considering purchasing (first car!). We called the day before and they got us in first thing the next morning. Manny was very helpful and knowledgeable, showing my son issues with the car, as well as taking it for a drive to check shifting etc. They did not charge us for the inspection, and we would DEFINITELY use them in the future for any mechanical work!

This busy Corvallis shop specializes in cooling systems but is a good place for general repair and service. While it may not look as pretty as some of the dealers' shops, you'll save money and get expert service.Chuck and Bill know what they're doing and won't recommend work or parts if they're not needed. Our family has been taking our cars there for almost 20 years and trust Waucomah to care for our vehicles.

Absolutely amazing. As a college student, finding a trustworthy mechanic that won t charge you for unnecessary repairs can be difficult. Chuck at Waucomah never does anything unnecessary and always ensures safety. Great place!

Our Ford developed a water leak just before the week ended. We called Waucomah and discussed the situation, and felt reassured that they would dive right into fixing our car on the following Monday -- which they did. Within the first hour of the new week, they had diagnosed the issue and proposed a remedy, and by 230p the car was fixed with new water pump. We found them cordial and informative on the phone, and willing to take time to make sure we understood the situation. It was also reassuring that the repairs came-in a bit less expensive that their estimate. There was NO upselling, and repair was 45% less expensive than Ford dealer -- with same warranty on labor and a better warranty on parts, than the dealer. This was our first experience with Waucomah. WOW, what a find! (orig. from 2015)

We have been using the good services provided by Chuck and Bill for the past several years and are thoroughly pleased with there quality of service and ease of communication. They have serviced/repaired everything from our old Chevy pickup to our "fancy"BMW M3. We highly recommend Waucomah Auto for their integrity and communications.

Not only is Chuck is a wealth of knowledge on cars, he also gives back to the community. They offer complete automotive repair. A shop you can trust! Also a very convenient location just off 9th behind FedEx. And i can't forget that Bill offers the best candy bowl, too!

I brought Bill a car I was looking to purchase. I was hoping he would look it over and advise me on whether I should buy it or not. He gave it a full inspection and also offered suggestions. Plus he did it all for free. Great shop, and great staff.

My college son took his car to this shop. He was told water pump, belt, thermostat, at a cost of $551. I do want to give them credit for giving price upfront but parts were marked up100%(doubled) and extra time was charged. Make sure you shop around at other shops. After the fact I got quotes for $280 and $320 big difference from $551.

My car had been making a very loud scary noise and I took it to several shops. No one could figure it out until I took my car here! They figured out what was wrong and it was a simple fix so they didn't even charge me! I 100% recommend this place to anyone!
