Jamie at Walnut Blvd Self Storage did an amazing job taking care of my storage needs in a kind and timely manner. She is accessible and upfront regarding the details of the rental, and goes above and beyond making the customer feel important including referring to them by name. The units are convenient to access and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend their services.

Really good experience with Walnut Self Storage. Their customer service was excellent; it was easy to start renting a unit, and easy to close out when we were done (their move-out policies are very flexible), and they were just super nice and friendly evey time I talked to them. Big shout out to Jamie for being so helpful!

I worked with both Jamie and Alex over the phone from a distance- they were both wonderful and patient (I was coming from out of state and had many questions). When I arrived Jamie was so unbelievably helpful and welcoming! I also was able to drop off my Penske truck and trailer rental fast and seamlessly. A ++ to this crew.

The woman at the desk was extremely rude. I had spoken to another woman all week who was so sweet. I just went in and got to the desk with an older lady that looks like does crack and was so rude and sounded like she was yelling at me. I literally asked a simple question and she said she couldn t accept my title and registration in the rudest way. I didn t yell at her back, I kept my cool, and was super polite all the way through the conversation, but her behavior was unacceptable.

Most of the people that work here are nice.. BUT I recommend the drive to Albany or Lebanon because you get twice the storage at half the price, no joke.

We started service during a promotion with a new employee who was really great. Later I came to bring proof of insurance and the manager was there I believe her name is Jamie. I would just say that she doesn't understand customer service there's a way to say things and there's a way not to say things. Evidently we were not able to use the insurance we signed up with. Had I not been diligent to make sure that I updated their records I feel fairly certain we would have never had to pay for any insurance, but I was told that they just don't have time to follow everything up. She said she knew the unit didn't have adequate insurance but they just had not time to call my brother about it. Keep in mind she came in from outside to help us from pruning the shrubs on the corner of the lot. I think the more upsetting piece was the move out. I don't see in the contract where it talks about move out and forfeiting a paid month, but I'd be happy to look if they could have given me a page and a number. I think overall this is just a management issue that needs to be addressed, it's not a difficult issue and should be posted openly not simply somewhere in a contract. Some people really rely on refunds especially now with the costs going up so much. I think there's a better way to do things. My brother hoped to use them again but won't do that now.

Be careful outside office hours. I am stuck inside the gates because one is disabled and one just won't take my code. The phone number just rings in the empty office and then goes to voicemail. The don't seem to have any after hours number.

The people here are very difficult to deal with. They request one form of paperwork then say they need something different when I arrive. During my rental period I sold my motorhome and bought a new trailer and was kicked out because I did not have registration or title as it was still in the mail from the DMV. Terrible customer service

I have had a great experience with Walnut Blvd Self Storage. Jamie is so helpful, the process for move in and move out was incredibly easy. I will definitely use them again in the future for any storage needs.

I've been a renter at this storage place for over a year and in the beginning I thought they were very great at accommodating my needs. Recently however, I was given a no cause eviction and my hours have been restricted from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. they put extra storage locks on my both of my units to ensure that I am not there or able to get into my stuff anywhere after those hours. With no explanation whatsoever I was evicted from my unit and told that I can only be there between the hours of 9 to 5 and I work graveyard so that just isn't doable for me. And I have paid all my fees info on time every month and they still put locks on my units this place is super unprofessional and I would not recommend it to anybody.

Clean, and well run. Very professional place, and always a pleasure to work with. We have had a need to stop by in the middle of the night, and to run and get space heaters when the furnace failed in the wee hours of the morning. The 24 hour access came in really handy.

The guy that works there is super nice and laid back. I rented a 5x10 for a month and it was a super easy process. And when I was done with the unit moving out took the vacating process took less than a minute.

CONVENIENCE:24 hour access very important to me. Hard to find facilities with this feature anywhere. 24 hour access much more important than just 24 hour security.FACILITIES: EXCELLENTUnit dimensions are true to form:5x10 unit is actually 5' x 10'! Rented from another facility once and 5' was actually shorter than 5' and 10' was actually shorter than 10''. This made it impossible to put in all the custom length shelves I planned for it.24 hour restroom also a big plus, and facilities are always in good condition.

Really great staff/management. Fair price and convenient 24 hour access. Even after extremely intense rain storms our items were always dry and the facility always felt very secure.

EVERYTHING STOLEN ZERO SECURITYStored my brand new enclosed 6x12 Interstate cargo trailer here,because they advertise state of the art security and surveillance 24-7. NOT TRUE! I rented my space on Oct 23, 2018 and entrusted my 2 month old trailer ($4200) filled with over $20,000 worth of our possessions to this corporation(URBAN SELF STORAGE) dba WALNUT self storage.They billed me $89 each month . On April 15 2019 I drove from So. California (3 days) only to arrive in Corvallis and find my trailer gone and the space cleaned. I had secured my trailer with 3 locks and a yolk lock. All evidence of the theft had been removed from my space including cut chains, locks, brick wheel chocks and a large piece of wood(8x8) that the trailer jack rested on. Management could not tell me when they last saw the trailer or when it went missing, but they sure did continue to charge me each month. Walnut/Urban self storage were of no help to the police. While they advertise Video surveillance and electronic keypad security that records in the office computer all entrys and exits both from the front gate and your individual space The could provide NOTHING to me or the police.They couldn t even tell the police when they last saw my trailer or when they cleaned my space after the theft. The corporate office offered their goodwill settlement offer of reimbursing me 1 months rent ($89) followed up with their threat that they have no responsability due to the fine print in their contract which purports to shield them from all liability, even if the loss is caused by their OWN NEGLIGENCE!!If you are interested in nice people and clean toilets this is your place.If you are interested in security and being confident that your property will be there when you arrive to retrieve it then don t even consider this place.ZERO SECURITY!
