My car battery died in the parking lot across from them. They came immediately to help jump my car. I got in line to have the battery replaced. They got the job done and were very courteous. The assistant manager changed my battery himself, was nice and helpful. I did not get an oil change so I cannot speak to that part of their service.

Excellent service. Knowledgeable, friendly and highly competent team. This location operates with the efficiency of a nascar pit crew. 10% discount on three services was a nice bonus.Highly recommend for anyone with fluid related maintenance.

I usually change my own oil, but living in Corvallis for school I don t have a catch pan or the right tools. The staff here were very friendly and professional. They were knowledgeable about what needs to be serviced on my car, but were not pushy in getting me to do it immediately. Katt (Or Kat) was doing a good job at the assistant manager! Super cool to see ladies in charge!

They always do a great job. They sometimes push the boundaries on other parts like air filters, but they have good intentions. Maintaining a vehicle takes work and consistency.

Overall good experience, all of the upsells are annoying but they are just doing their job. Got me in and out quickly and even offered to text us a coupon for the service, would go back again.

Employees were very thorough with the oil change in my "new to me" car. They had records of the car being serviced there regularly prior to me purchasing the car. They were quick and kind. I appreciated the experience.

The best place for most service in the county. Replaced a serpentine belt for half the cost of the dealer, installed a battery underneath an RV, plus will change fluids at reasonable price. And the staff there is friendly, knowledgeable and polite.

For an oil change and quick friendly service, I cannot ask for more. Never felt pressured to buy anything, they gave me the information I needed to be aware of my vehicles condition and maintenance needs. I'll definitely be back

The people here are so friendly and although they informed me of some recommendations I never felt pushed orguilted into anything. The service was great, reasonably priced, and even staff who weren t working on my car were smiling and friendly to me, asking about my day. Overall an awesome experience.I ve been so annoyed by quick oil change places being pushy with upsells so many times that I ve learned to do a lot of my own things like lightbulbs, wipers, oil, etc. but that s time consuming, so it s nice to know I can save time and get good service here.

Good customer service. You get to stay in your car and watch what they are doing on split screen cameras which is super cool! Be prepared for them to try to get you to buy more than you come for but this is how they stay in business. Make sure and sign up for emails and you will get great coupons.

They did ok. They struggled with one of my diesel fuel filters. I hate how these places try to sell you everything and the kitchen sink.

Oil change is quick, oil quality is top notch, needless to say.Is it worth it? Well, it depends.100 dollar for full synthetic is expensive but if you do it yourself it s 45 bucks for the oil, filter, etc, and you have to jack the car up yourself.My suggestion is, if you wanna save time and have a peace in mind, this is the place for you.But if you wanna pay less, go to jeffy blue, it s about 70bucks, but you will have to wait 1-2hrs. While here, it s just 30mins in and out

I've been coming here for about 5 years now, and each time they are professional. They're gonna ask you if you want your wipers and air filter replaced, if you look up both of these items for your specific vehicle and handle it yourself it'll be cheaper. Pretty standard. They'll also top off the other fluids and let you know if something is leaking.I like not dealing with putting my car on ramps and potentially spilling oil all over my driveway, so it's worth the 70 bucks every 6 months. :) Check online for coupons!

They do a great job, only ask once for additional services and give you a reminder sticker. Plus this place reports to carfax so it helps your cars value. With their coupon it's almost as cheap as doing it yourself without the mess.Also noticed they suction the oil from the dipstick rather than pulling the drain plug. This is HUGE because it sucks oil from everywhere and prevents the dreaded transmission drain mixup.

We always get our oil changed in our 2019 Honda CRV at this location. I took my car back on 3/30 as they told me eight weeks ago that the transmission fluid was really dirty. They not only changed the transmission fluid, but they also suggested the differential fluid be changed and a fuel injection cleaning. They explained why and then I read up on it via Google. It was totally worth the hour that I was there. The manager Mike was extremely helpful and caring and he was helping his employees with parts of the process as well. He provided a fair price and a discount. Mike and his team kept me updated during the process and if I asked questions, they explained everything to me so that I understood. This is a mix, Corvallis branch did not reattach our skid plate correctly which made it come of and hit something making our Air conditioner we just made sure was in perfect order before taking a potentially dangerous trip during a heat wave stop functioning. Because of this we spent 3 hours with a small child in a car without any AC in which the typical temperature was 119 outside. Horrible trip. We went to the Coeur d'Alene location as sent by their 800 number and explained what happened. They saw the issue apologized and took care of us. The staff bent over backwards gave us water, a cool place to stand, and stayed late to help. Outstanding job and we appreciate those guys a ton. We will never go to the Corvallis branch again after they replace the plate they destroyed and feel we should consider take legal action. We took extreme steps to ensure we would be covered and because they did not take time to finish right we all got extremely dehydrated and sick ruining the trip. Corvallis location 0 stars, Coeur d'Alene; all the stars. Have been a customer for over a decade. No longer.Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

I have been going to this location for many years for an oil change for my 2007 Ford Mustang GT, and sometimes other service, for many years. It is not the most convenient location for me, but it has consistently provided me with excellent, quick service. The staff on this visit were particularly wonderful: friendly, efficient. Love to go here. The employees are kind and wonderful to talk to while also being professional and honest. I still had a few hundred miles left before I needed to get an oil change and they were honest and told me as such when I went there. Went in cause I had a 50% off coupon for a 25$ oil change. The manager proceeded to lie about multiple toonups and things my car did not need. Said my belts were dangerously worn and could snap any moment. Showed it to my female mechanic and she laughed. The belts are practically brand new. No cracks and the treads are still there. They wanted 140$ to change my belts that would have taken my mechanic 15 mins. Needless to say, they try to take advantage of women for lacking mechanical knowledge. Which is why I sudjest doing what i did and getting a female mechanic who DOESNT TRY TO UPSELL YOU. They will sudjest over 400$ worth of "work" but make sure you check with someone you trust.I will never be back.Service: Oil change

Terrible terrible customer service, would rate O stars if possible. We will not use another valvoline again after years and years of services. They did a transfer case job on my wife's car. Months later we had to take in to a real mechanic because the transfer case plug was missing. Our actual mechanic told us to look back in our records and if an oil change place have done a transfer case service it would 100% be because of that. They said even it being months after the service, plugs don't just fall out and it is definitely on the oil change place. After looking in our records valvoline had done a transfer case service.After doing "their" research Valvolines managers Bo and George called my wife to say that they had denied the claim and refused to take any responsibility for their mistake. They are nationally owned corporation and will happily have a family pay $2500 out of their own pockets instead of owning up to their mistakes and coming to some sort of middle ground . If you need anything besides an oil change, do not go here! They are not real mechanics and do not own up to their mistakes!! Go to a real mechanic!! claim # 0152783Service: Oil change

Love Valvoline. Every one I've been to has had great service including this one. You can always find coupons in the mail or online. I felt like the team was doing a really great job at working together and getting people in and out in a timely manner for sure. Very professional and take the time to explain things. They filled the wiper fluid, checked the tire pressure, and showed me my nice clean oil and that it was at the fill line. I'm stoked to hear that they offer transmission flush now as well. Great place to go for maintaining your ride.

I ve gone to this Valvoline location twice now and they are always so kind! They provide fast service and are very friendly. When I went they got a pretty large line behind me and they didn t rush their service of vehicles and made sure everyone was checked in and taken care of while they waited. I m moving back to Washington so I can t come here anymore but highly recommend these guys!

After being a customer at this location for over 5 years, I will never go back. A mistake made by the Valvoline team (not tightening my transfer case plug enough) ended up costing me $2500. They were unable to provide the service video (that would have shown clearly if it was their mistake or not) AND said that it was impossible for it to be their fault, even though my service paperwork confirmed they were the last party to work on the transfer case. For a national organization, $2500 is a drop in the bucket. For my family, this was a huge expense. The Valvoline team was extremely dismissive and disorganized in dealing with the situation. It was extremely disappointing that they refused to take responsibility for theirs.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change
