The service department is honest! They also do excellent repairs and maintenance. This is the only Honda dealership where I've experienced this kind of integrity. It's extremely frustrating getting incorrect diagnoses - especially when you know your vehicle. That doesn't happen here in my experience.I have a 24 year old car that runs like it's brand new; and they have been helping me out for the last 112,000 miles and 4 years with no big worries.I don't live in the area anymore but I still bring my car here for maintenance and repairs because my business depends on the reliability of my vehicle. Talk to Bryan in service! He's knowledgeable and considerate.

Just had the 30,000 mile service. Price was reasonable. I love this place. I completely trust that the work was done very well. Everyone I always interact with is professional and very very pleasant. Over the past 36 years we have bought 6 cars here. What does that tell you?

When I moved the the area I was worried the local Honda Dealership wouldn t be as great as the experience I consistently had in my old home town back in Arizona. But they re better here in every important way I can think of - incredibly friendly and helpful, great at explaining things and being transparent and authentic, and it s even a little less pricey (so far anyway). Clearly have a great work culture going, at least from what I could see.

I live an hour away from this dealership, but chose to purchase my new Honda CR-V from here because everyone here gave me a different vibe from any other dealerships, especially Ryan, he spent the time to explain the features of a new vehicle to me on my first day visiting there. He followed up but not too pushy, answered questions every time when I reached out back to him, he is very courteous and attentive. This was the main reason I decided to buy from here. The service is top notch, I would recommend this place.

Great Service! Metal plate came loose underneath my car. University Honda were able to get my car looked at the same day and repaired it at a very reasonable price. Overall, staff was very nice and extremely helpful. Can t recommend them enough

I love the staff here. They are friendly, it s a family environment and I appreciate that. They are great with vehicles, they have a shuttle to get you where you need to go while they work on your vehicle. I ve worked with Bryan and Trevor both, they were great. They have a new advisor who seems to be just as knowledgeable.

I took my car in because the battery kept dying. They ran tests and determined I needed a new battery. But they decided that since my car was less than 3 years old and has less than 10,000 miles that a new battery would be covered by their warranty. Great news!! Initially we had thought it might not be covered. Great help from the Service Department.

Excellent service! My car needed more maintenance than was anticipated. And the dealership was incredible in providing the service necessary in a reasonable amount of time. They even went the extra mile and sent a shuttle right after hours so I could pick up my car the same day.

We've been shopping around for a car for months now and I'm happy to say we found the perfect one and had an excellent buying experience at University Honda. Michael Anthony was more than helpful from the very first call. He personally took pictures of the car and sent them to me when I first inquired about it and continued to go above and beyond through the entire buying process. I always feel better buying from someone genuine, who you can tell isn't just trying to make another sale, and that was the experience we had working with Michael Anthony and everyone at University Honda!

Seriously the first time I felt I wasn t being screwed over when purchasing a car from a dealership! Greg, was realistic and honest about the used car and expectations and Jason, the finance guy, didn t try to pull any bull - can you imagine that? Will definitely return to UHonda for maintenance and any follow up purchases. Could not have been more impressed!

Easy peasy service check for my '08 pilot.I scheduled an oil change for my pilot online. The service folks gave me a call since my car was nearing 150k miles which was a nice personal touch. They wanted to see if I wanted to start all the maintenance that comes with the mileage. When I decline they were nice and not pushy at all.Arriving for the appt, I was quickly squared away and enjoying my coffee while the guys work on my vehicle.Overall wonderful service and great ppl. Also quite affordable. (P.s. I don't mind paying more if you want to raise the labor charges, these guys are working hard and quick!)

Purchased a Honda Civic here in October 2018 after bringing my previous Honda in for a battery concern. I was so impressed with their friendliness and honesty that I chose them when looking to get something newer.The team that I worked with were very knowledgeable, friendly, and did not pressure. I had exchanged several emails before actually coming into the dealership hammering out some details and boundaries for my own peace of mind. They were more than accommodating and did not seem put out with this. When it came time to talk final numbers, they were honest and kept to the budget I had expressed. After the deal was done and final details were being discussed, the options were clearly explained, and again, no pressure.Added bonuses of purchasing here are the two top-of-the-line car details that come with, a complimentary oil change first time around, and discounted service for the life of the vehicle.Very pleased with my experience - both in sales and in service - and I'm sure you will be too.
