So I bought a used car and as usual its "as is" the detailer removed the back panel in the trunk, and did not replace it. Its hard to see that its missing so I missed it. I left a message to see if the detailer still had it even if it was broken, and they never got a hold of me. Now you might think that this is just the way it is. I actually believe its a safety issue as the tail lights wrap around the back including on the back door and so their is no protection for the lights. Is it broken and they hoped I would not notice, (worked) or just forgot to put it in. I have no idea, what I do know is Toyota/Subaru of Corvallis never contacted me after I left a message and that leaves me wondering if other things are missing conveniently.Now I noticed that the right hand door curve does not perfectly match the left quarter panel side curve. My guess is the dealership got it with needing some trunk and rear quarter panel work. They did the work and did not report it on the car fax. That is the only real answer why the trunk cover has no scratches but missing the cover.Interestingly I have gotten two letters saying they are going to send in the registration but have not received it.They said they would call but have not heard anythingMORE Photos to come

I am very impressed with Toyota/Subaru of Corvallis. I had such great service and was given a rental while my car was repaired. Alex kept me posted on the repairs and my car was completed on time. The customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend them. It's a breath of fresh air to have everything go as planned with no setbacks.

I have been a Toyota customer since 1989 and a Toyota of Corvallis customer since 2016. After moving to Corvallis, I have had all my vehicles serviced there and I have bought three Toyotas from them. Before the pandemic, Toyota of Corvallis was the best dealership--sales and service--I had ever experienced. Sales people were courteous, back-office people were prompt and didn't force up-selling. Basic maintenance appointments were completed in close to an hour. Post pandemic, Toyota of Corvallis is a different place. Twice in the last year it has taken over 2 hours for an oil change and they don't get around to washing the car. Last week I went to trade in my truck for a RAV 4 Hybrid. I made and appointment and let the sales person know I had 2 hours to complete the transaction. Two hours later, the deal wasn't finished and they handed me off to the documents guy who was impolite and unprepared. I started to walk out, but the dealership manager intervened and we finally completed the paperwork 45 minutes after my deadline. A very disappointing experience.

Highly recommend their service department for oil changes! They make it easy to schedule and they run on time. I love getting updates and photos sent to my phone during the service. Cory was my most recent service advisor. He explained everything clearly and was really helpful.

Toyota of Corvallis has been my go-to for used vehicles, and while my first purchase was smooth sailing, the second had its bumps. The car had dodgy bodywork, leading to a soggy surprise in the trunk whenever it rained. However, thanks to Scott, one of the managers, the issue was resolved. He promptly arranged repairs at Wilson Motors, and Toyota of Corvallis footed the entire bill! Despite the occasional hiccup, it's reassuring to deal with a dealership that truly values its customers and stands by its commitment to excellent service.

Bought 2 new cars here, sales team are a disgrace, talk of nothing except Vegas. Our vehicle was damaged twice when in for service, the service manager is as professional as a chicken with its head cut off, an absolute disgrace of a company. If you can, buy your car from the dodgiest car lot you can find, they will be better.

Angela s Service Team at Toyota/Subaru of Corvallis went above and beyond, coordinating with my car insurance provider, and a car rental company to cover me while my car was being serviced, and they added a full inner and outer detailing to the package. My 2013 car looks brand new! I should also say the dealership is a comfortable and inviting place to work on your laptop while you re waiting - it s like a stylish cafe. Next time I and my car need a spa treatment I ll be heading back to the Toyota dealer

I brought my new Rav in for it's first service and was impressed with the friendly and efficient check in. At least three people gave me progress reports while I waited in their quiet and comfortable waiting room. Corey even gave me progress reports by text. Everyone had a smile and kind words. After this great experience, we won't take our cars anywhere but here for future service. Great work, Toyota folks!!

I had high hopes for Corvalis Toyota after Toyota McMinnville got oil inside and outside on my Tundra. Appointment for Transfer Case oil change 8:00am. At 9:00am I locked in the shop my truck was sitting with no one near it. The service individual that checked me in told me they re doing the safety check ready in few minutes (dishonest comment)! 20 minutes later they put in the Lift did the service which took 14 minutes. On another note their inventory is 90% Subaru unfortunately I wanted to look at A Highlander. Won t buy a new vehicle from a company with a poorly managed service dept simply because after the purchase you ll be dealing the service dept. Not happening!

Went there for my 15k ToyotaCare service. The staff there was wonderful. I was immediately greeted, checked in and showing where to wait/offered a shuttle. When my car was done being serviced they went over all the paperwork with me and presented me with my freshly washed car. 10/10, would recommend.

I apparently have no other means to report the extremely poor treatment that I received from Toyota of North America other than leaving it on the dealership that was complicit in the whole thing. I received a letter from Toyota of North America saying that they would repair faulty paint on my car. Why wouldn't I - the paint was falling off the car. My son arranged to have the repair work completed through this dealership. My son drove the car to the dealership, they drove it to the body shop THEY chose to do the paint repair - Wilson Motors. 16 days after my son dropped the car off (at least a week later than the estimated completion date) the rep at this dealership said my car wasn't starting at the body shop. They determined it was rodent damage. When I asked which entity would repair that damage they said I was responsible??? When I pushed real hard to alter that ridiculous decision the rep suggested I call Toyota of North America's Customer Care line. I called and left a complete explanation why I should not be responsible for repairs on damage occuring at a business I had no part in choosing, and explained the car was working up to the point it arrived at Wilson Motors. I was told I would get a "guaranteed call within 24 hours. No call came. I called back - the rep said all she could do is read the notes on the case "Toyota not responsible". I demanded an explanation - two more times I was promised a 24 hour call-back. None came until 1/16/2024. Again, "Toyota not responsible". I estimate the repairs to get the car to at least start again is nearly $2,000 with the lost wages (my son is a student and does food delivery work for to cover his bills), towing, and repair at the dealership. I brought a working car into this dealership to get a warranty paint repair done and end up with thousands of dollars expense. Not ethical

Toyota of Corvallis not only has a wonderful selection of cars at fair prices, they have a reliable, honest, service department. Their service advisors are easy to work with and their mechanics are well trained. They inform their customers of work that is needed and the cost. They perform the work in a timely manner at reasonable rates. They're honest and they don't sell unnecessary services.

Great communication and services. I appreciate that they called me the next day after I booked an appointment the night prior online. They wanted me to come in early to drop my car off for the day for diagnostics. I ve had other dealerships not tell me this until the day I get there, tell me they can t do anything since I need a longer appointment and then they have to rebook me for another day (waste of my time and gas!). The free shuttle was also nice! Friendly and helpful staff.

Our salesman Darien was very nice and answered all of our questions about our new 2023 Rav4 XLE. We got through the process painlessly. our finance manager Tim was awesome as well showing us all of the maintenance packages available and which ones he personally would go for. Overall I will definitely buy another car from Toyota of Corvallis especially if these two awesome guys are still there.

Great service! Very convenient use of text messaging to let me know of any additional services they recommend after inspecting my car and when my car is ready to be picked up. Shuttle service is really helpful if you need to go home or back to work after dropping the car off!

Initially, my experience with the purchase of my Mazda 6 was quite positive, primarily thanks to the helpful assistance of Eric in the finance department. However, approximately nine months down the road, my enthusiasm turned into frustration when I attempted to utilize the 'Green Package' that they had sold me. It marked the beginning of a series of unpleasant experiences.I made multiple attempts to contact them via phone, but they didn't return my calls. When I decided to visit the store in person to change my car key, one of the services covered by the 'Green Package,' they couldn't even locate the package assigned to my car or my name. Frustrated by the lack of response and efficiency, I expressed my desire to cancel the package since I hadn't used any of its services. Suddenly, they miraculously found the agreement.When I requested key replacements and repairs for some minor dents on my car, they suggested that I might have to visit the Power Mazda store for these services. This left me questioning why they had sold me the package if they weren't going to provide the services they had promised. Their response was that they would call me back the next day. However, I waited for two weeks without receiving a single call. This level of unresponsiveness and delay left me thoroughly annoyed and determined to obtain the service I had paid for.Finally, today, I brought my car in early in the morning. They assured me that a shuttle service was available to take me home, but I had to clarify that I would be working in two hours and needed transportation to get there on time. They agreed to provide the shuttle to my workplace, given that they were only going to replace the key. Unfortunately, they didn't keep their word, and I had to resort to taking an Uber, making me late due to their lack of follow-through. It was exasperating that it took seven long hours for a simple key replacement.Before leaving, the guy on the service side assured me that he would call me regarding the wheel replacement and the repair of minor dents, but I'm left with doubts as to whether he will remember to follow through on these promises.In summary, I am deeply frustrated and disappointed with my decision to purchase the Green Package service from them. Furthermore, the key that they replaced is not even a new one; they programmed another little damaged Mazda key and gave it to me. I strongly advise against seeking services from them for other car brands, given the poor level of service I have experienced.

I was in Corvallis due to a family emergency and my Prius "locked up" in the hospital parking lot because my small battery died. Alex and Bob were wonderful going out of their way get my battery changed out when they probably should have been going home! They helped me with instruction to evaluate if it was something else, which it wasn't... it was.the small battery. They waited for AAA to get me going so I could get to them to help me. Service and support ... the best. I appreciated it so much. The best. I told my husband, if a buy another Toyota, I'm coming down from WA to buy it here!Thank you again.

Hands down the best car buying experience I ve ever had at any dealership anywhere! Maya was amazing! From the moment I spoke with her on the phone 5 months ago, to periodic text message follow-ups throughout the months until I picked up my car today, to picking me up in a different town to bring to the dealership, she went above and beyond my expectations. On top of that, she was a total pleasure to communicate and work with. I was in and out in faster time than any other car purchase in the past. Excellent service and superb waiting area. Very helpful personnel in all areas.I have a high level of trust in the work that was done on my vehicle.I am also very pleased that on a previous visit for programming a new key, when I failed to understand that all keys would be reprogrammed to a new program and I failed to provide them with my valet key, they did not charge me for another charging session to reprogram all three of my keys, rather than just the two originally reprogrammed.Jason, Ortiz, and all the other personnel, I interacted with were very gracious, polite, informative, and a pleasure to work with.The waiting area is very very nice and comfortable and supportive of all online task work with personal devices. Even the bathroom is very very nice and up-to-date with the best forms of facilities. A visit to Corvallis Toyota at Subaru is always a pleasure.

One of the best sales experiences at a Toyota dealership. Ever.Having had a amazing experience buying a Tacoma TRD Pro earlier this year, I chose to buy with Corvallis again.In the current market, it s extremely difficult to find a Tundra TRD Pro. I ve searched tirelessly looking for this trim at a decent price but nearly gave up. I called my previous sales guy Emilio and he took to task. In fact, he found me an incoming Pro for a decent price and communicated with me every day until it came in.Well, that first truck didn t work out as I missed getting to the dealership first (it was a first come, first served deal). I was bummed but after expressing my concerns, the team took my feedback to heart and helped track another incoming pro.It took a few weeks due to quality control and shipping delays but the truck showed up early yesterday. Emilio called first thing to share the good news.TLDR: I finally got my Tundra TRD pro and had another amazing sales experience at Toyota of Corvallis. All paperwork was done remotely in advance and my sales guy even drove 1.5 hours to personally deliver the truck to me. This dealership recognizes loyalty in a time where other dealers choose profits over relationships. Kudos to Emilio, Scott and Brian C for your efforts in exceeding my expectations (again)!l
