I bought a used Subaru from another dealership. Bad idea. I ended up taking my Subaru to this Toyota/Subaru dealership in Corvallis. They inspected the car. It ended up needing breaks, a CV joint, a headlamp and a timing cover. The good news: it is still under warranty and most of it was covered. The inspection was $136. Well worth it! They provided me with an appointment to have it done in a week. I am working with a man named Jason and he is very friendly and professional. Everyone is kind and full of smiles. I am just sorry they didn't have the car I wanted in stock, or I would have bought it there. In the future, it's worth the wait.Also, I want to mention this is my 2nd used Subaru. My first one I traded in when it had 250k miles. Only for cosmetic reasons. It was still running great. This one, I will try for 300k miles! I won't buy anything else.

Just drove 5 hours to buy a car from this lot...Excellent service..Johnny and Scott are the best!!! Love the Rav4!

Terrible customer service from Bryan, Service Manager Department. Spoke to him about my issues and concerns regarding the price difference between the work quote order and the actual receipt. There s no price break down on the work estimate for labor amount and parts. Bryan was rude and condescending. He told me I can bring the car back and get my battery uninstalled and he ll refund my money back if that will make me happy. As a Manager I would think he would show some professionalism and be more customer oriented than his employee. However, he has no empathy and a terrible listener! While I was expressing my concerns and issues he keeps interrupting me and constantly make rude comments.Also, he made a rude comment how I received a 15% discount from being a Costco member and I should be happy and not complaining about the situation. Not sure how this has to do anything with their mistake charging me the wrong amount with what the quote stated for the service comparing with the receipt. Beware when you decide to do service work at Toyota Corvallis. Make sure that you look at your receipt and compare carefully with your service quote before paying for it. Also, they refused to refund back to my credit card when we went back to let them know about the mistake and was told that a refund is only done by check. Only offered to make a refund to my credit card once I called in to complain.Also, expect long delays when you want to get your car service at Toyota Corvallis Service Department. We went there for a simple battery replacement appointment at 8:00am and was told it will take several hours. However, I didn t get my vehicle back until about 3pm. The worst part is that they were too busy to let you know or give you an update. We had to text and call to find out when we ll get our vehicle done. Honestly, I wish I can give this place no star but in order for me to give this place a review it needs to have one star. I ll never go back to this location for any service due to poor management and customer service.

Nice facility, service writers were great. I went in for oil change, was greatful for hand washed vehicle & discount. Felt 1 1/2 hr was a bit long for oil change only.
