Used to be my go to gas station and used to have such friendly and AMAZING prompt service. They obviously changed things up and the old people are not there anymore. Pretty sad considering they would have been out pumping gas. Today, the attendant couldn't even be bothered. Left multiple people sitting there. When I finally decided I was going to leave and take my business else where, I found the self serve sign but it wasn't even facing customers! It was facing the station window! The attendants I have encountered are no where near as friendly or prompt as the old folks. I don't think I will be back. I will gladly give my business to a crew at a different gas station that actually cared about their job.

Buyer Beware- This station will attempt to charge you if they happen to make an error and go over. I highly recommend not handing out your personal number, or you may encounter abusive language and harassment. At the time of this review, the Shell station on 9th st, located next to 7/11 with minimal services offered, is just as expensive, if not more than Chevron.I recommend finding an alternative station.

How is it that when my wife got gas this morning my wife gives the girl pumping gas cash and she opens a wallet and inserts a card and uses that???? Then tells my wife you don t really want your .5 change do you? Then hits NO for a receipt really quick. Before pumping the gas she asked how empty is your car then used a card! What is really going on here?

They usually have good service but I just left from there and the lady working was on a phone call the whole time. I asked for $35 premium and she gave me regular. I also told her I had rewards but she ignored me or just didn't hear me. Very frustrating. She is usually on a phone call everytime I get gas but this is the first time she messed up. I couldn't get her attention and fix the situation because she was focused on her phone

Pulled in with all three of my work vehicles and needed to fill up all three tanks. I told the guy at the pump that I needed my car plus the two cars behind me filled. He rolled his eyes and shook his head and then proceeded to slam the hose into my gas tank.He went and filled two cars that came in after us, before getting the rest of us set up.I realized I forgot to tell him I needed a receipt when I handed him the credit card so I walked up to him and said "excuse me I forgot to say I need receipts please." He very rudely said "I realize that but it's going to take a while" with the most disrespectful voice I've ever heard a human speak to me with...I return to my car and wait and he comes back with the receipt, shoves the clipboard and pen at me, I was expecting three receipts so I asked where they were, he rudely says "It's all on one can't you see?". I said "I'm sorry my mistake, thank you have a wonderful day!" He snaps the clipboard back and just walks away shaking his head.Now I'm not one to normally judge somebody on their physical appearance but this guy looked and smelled like he probably hadn't showered or washed his uniform in the last decade. He was completely covered in black residue, his face looked greasy his hair looked greasy, and his hands were yellow and dirty. I had to sanitize my hands and my credit card after interacting with him.I get it, pumping gas is not that great of a job, I used to do it myself but I washed myself and my uniform daily. I was nice to customers and I took pride in my job.I know one thing's for sure I will not be returning here for business or personal fuel if I see him working.

Great little pit stop for everything, really. With hot food like biscuits 'n' gravy and breakfast burritos if, they aren't sold out. Loved the drive-through window and Brittney is awesome.

About the only true 24hr gas/market in town. Open holidays at 3:30am! Not many places can vouch for that. Decent selection of goods in market, prices are competitive. Secure transactions, market door locks to add security from potential shoplifting or looting. If fuel is your only objective there may be a brief wait for cashier to complete any inside convenience customers' transactions 1st. before locking door. Awesome personalities work here!

Well hears a dandy of an take your time and relax type of gas station I mean I haye pulling intina gas up parlor and being rushed hell I waited fifteen mins before I was bothered by any one hell I fell asleep mind u . very nice way to be able to watch the stress if all y'alls hurried up and born to work and never ger to enjoy the one life God gave us. Type of scedule u city folks got going. Just nothing but economic guppys doing what your told to do by your lack of living like myself the freeedom of these. Values god gave me the rites of and ill never give in just to be excepted by the likes of u .

Pulled in. Waited. A car then pulls up and he gets her gas. Still waiting. Another attendant comes out, goes to a truck and Honda CR-V, he then goes back inside. The other guy hasn't come over. So I left. This use to be the only gas station I would go to. There are other stations with better service who would be happy to take my money.

Pulled in at 7:40 AM, attendant in the booth turns off Open sign and points to his watch. Not sure why the sign was on in the first place if you hadn't opened for the day. Won't be going back.

Always slops gas on my vehicle and frequently doesn't get the gas cap on straight. Cost me 40 bucks to get the air in fuel light assessed and turned off. 4 times fuel slop and twice gas cap. Not going there anymore.

I really like the lady that works there. They're not the cheapest in town, but they are pretty close, plus I enjoy the employee that I see most often: it's a win.

I would never buy shell gas for anything i own. Its the worst gas ive ever purchased and its pretty much the most expensive gas around. Wish I could give you 0 stars because you dont deserve a full one.

Very poor service, I arrived before many others at the station, yet I was the last to be helped. The attendant seemed quite overwhelmed with the surge of customers and was frantically running all over the place to try and keep up

Easy to get to and staff are great there. Gas is usually a fair price.

In a bind and out of gas? Don't stop here, they don't have loaner gas cans like every other gas station in the state of Oregon.
