Had an amazing experience at POWER. Nathan helped us out and made the process so easy. My brother and I ended up walking out of the dealership with a 2024 Buick Envista and 2022 Ford Maverick (If that shows how great they were to us) I love how this dealership doesn t put pressure, but answers all questions effortlessly. I never felt pressured, and never felt like I was getting ripped off (quite the opposite actually)! They have integrity, honesty, and are very professional! Cannot recommend enough, and highly recommend Nathan!!

Avoid if you have a Chevy Volt. We were told that fixing the high voltage charging system service light could brick our vehicle, leaving it undrivable. So they instead suggested replacing the charging harness for $350+ to "see if that helped." We went to Salem for a second opinion and they showed us an official memo explaining how to fix our problem that was issued to all Chevy service centers, and no, it had no risk of bricking our vehicle. We also had the oil changed and spent a total of $200. Our car is running better than ever, and we will be going to Salem from now on.

The people! They are amazing! Always take the time to listen and answer all my questions while still being fast and efficient. I have never had a bad experience at this location. I am so disappointed that VW of Corvallis is no longer. I sincerely dislike the Salem location (VW of Salem). I have never had a good experience dealing with the sales or service there. When I found the Corvallis location and had such a wonderful experience there I was relieved and it replenished my faith in VW. Again very sad to lose the Corvallis location for warranty service needs.

It was a overall a really uncoordinated and pushy experience. We spent a really long time at the dealership as they were not prepared for signing though they were pressuring us to come in quickly. They also did not discuss financials with us beforehand and inappropriately pulled credit and loan info with an financial institute we did not discuss or wish to use. In addition, the dealership pulled some bait and switch tactics around add on in regards to financing; attempting to slid in additional charges without informing us until we were literally signing documents. The car was not prepared correctly, there was plastic from shipping on parts of the vehicle still, was not charged ahead of time and there was some damage to the vehicle when we took possession that we were not made aware of. These issues were especially frustrating as dealership was 40mins away from our home. We got the sense the dealership did not seem to value our time or really care.

On the 3/1 visit, not as good. On the recent visit with Aaron 5 stars. Aaron comes across as very concerned about my backup camera especially since it was my second visit. He also volunteered for the guys to wash the car, which was great. I am hoping that my third visit next week solves the problem when the part they ordered is installed. So just to be clear Aaron 5 stars, keep that guy around!

I was initially set up for a relatively straight forward maintenance appointment at 90k, however my car had some mysterious startup problems. The crew at Power Volkswagen in Corvallis worked with me to get my car to their lot early...and though they were short staffed, were still able to process my car early, diagnosed the issue to a bad battery cell and fixed the issue and took care of my regular maintenance.

Had a great experience, went very smoothly, needed a ride up the road to work and then back to pick up my car, all the staff was very pleasant. Got what needed done taken care of at a fair price and convenient location for me.

I really appreciate the knowledge and professionalism of the Volkswagen service department. I feel confident that my car is getting serviced and maintained according to industry standards. The waiting area is very nice too.

Okay, they were supposed to tell me when my car was done. It had been over a week so call. They said it was done the other day. It's Friday and I'm at work so I pay for it and say I will be there on Saturday morning.Saturday morning they say I did not pay and it took 20 minutes to clear that up. They had no idea what my car was and than another hour that they could not find my keys and the mechanic put them in his lock box and is on vacation so sorry for your luck come get your car on Monday after I spent over 1200 . So on Monday I pick my car up and thankfully all the keys and the knew where my car was. However they forgot to fix my driver's mirror and compensate me for all I went through and having no car.

My experience with this dealership was fantastic from the word go. The salesperson was articulate, knowledgeable, and super nice. I love my new car, which suited my eye and performance demands. I highly recommend this business for your own car needs.

It was entirely below average. The purchase began quite well - I worked remotely (due to COVID-19) with the sales associate (who was very responsive, kind, and willing to help) to select the vehicle, we exchanged figures regarding pricing several times and reached a mutually agreed upon price. I provided all information he requested to get started on paperwork and credit application ahead of time to shorten the time spent at the dealership. The intent was clearly to minimize time at the dealership by lightening the paperwork and simplifying the purchase. Then my wife and I made the 3-hour drive from our home to the dealership to finalize the purchase and bring the car home. This is when things went very wrong - to the point I was NOT going to purchase the vehicle from this dealer. They informed me of a third party theft insurance premium they had purchased on the car that was a mandatory purchase on my part, but only AFTER we had agreed upon final pricing. The cost was $399. It was an ultra slimy car-dealer move and they refused to acknowledge the issues I had with their lack of honest representation. They merely relied on the tactic of "its only $6 more per month", completely ignoring our comments on us needing to stick to our budget, and our displeasure with the last minute price change for a service/product we did not ask for and did not want to purchase. The finance manager seemed quite pompous, assured of his ability to force the sale and never once apologized for the lack of up-front information, instead blaming us for attempting to come to terms on a purchase remotely, despite the current pandemic. He lived up to all of the worst cliches of slimy car sales - "we''re literally losing money to sell you this car" and "I know this price is better than any other you will ever get" were mentioned, as if these statements would make us feel better about a last second price increase? It was frustrating, exhausting and not how I expect to be treated by any retailer, whether purchasing sneakers or a new car. In the end - we purchased the car because it has been my lifelong dream to own a GTI - and we drove 3 hours and did not want the day completely wasted. But I''m sure we will not return to that dealer for any future purchase, and cannot recommend them to anyone who should ask. They earned a sale - but not a customer.

The parts/service department is HORRIBLE!! I lost my only key for my car while shopping and needed a new key . They gave me a runaround about how they were getting an error code and would have to put in a ticket with GM to find the original build papers for my car to figure out what key to cut. After stressing all day about leaving my car in a parking lot overnight, i called Lassen Chevrolet in Albany to see if they could help me. I explained that POWER was getting an error code and they told me they had the code and could cut me a key. I drove over, picked up the key and it works perfectly.Fast forward to this morning, i received a call from POWER and they heard back from GM who couldn't figure out what key code would work for my car so i would need to have a new ignition installed.... I politely told the parts person that i have been successful at Lassen yesterday and wouldn't be needing them to install a new ignition!!Needless to say they were just trying to make more money by installing a new ignition (hundreds of &&) vs. cutting a key which would have cost $11.80 per their quote.This is not the first time i have had this type of experience with POWER, but it will be the LAST!!!

I had the pleasure of buying a car sight unseen from Arnold Lopez at Power Automotive. Arnold was awesome. He gave me the confidence to buy a big $$$ car over the phone. He was super fast getting me the extra information I required and photos of various aspects of the car. When the car arrived it was PERFECT. Arnold is a A-grade sales person. No nonsense. Great communication. I sure hope we can do more business in the future. Ask for Arnold. It's worth it!!!! Thank you, Bryce.

Staff was great. They took the car on time, finished on time, explained what was needed. One unhappy thing: $66 for front and rear windshield wipers. Yikes!

Check engine light is back on, probably a bad gas cap.I did'nt get to speak with the tech, but think he did a reasonable job,however still baffled about the light not being solved.
