As usual I had to return what I purchased. The item in the box was damaged, And clearly damaged. I struggle with this company because of this alot and normally won't come here.If you're looking to fix this problem then can I add... Maybe start spending the same amount of time reviewing this and check your items before you give them to costumers? Clearly the package had been opened but as I was told bye your sales team. It made it clear back to Vancouver then was reshipped out damaged. No one threw this whole process looked at the product?

Daisy and Tabby were amazing. I went in for some help with my car to fix a not so straight forward issue and they went way above and beyond to help me get it figured out. Daisy even came out and helped me problem solve. I highly recommend this place for their personable, sincere, and over the top care. Thank you guys for all your help!!

The store was well organized, Staff asked me if I needed help right when I got inside. They also knew exactly what I was looking for and showed me right to the location. Very friendly service would definitely recommend O'Reillys they've been great to me over the years.

Erin is amazing. I needed my battery replaced and she made it happen. Great customer service and super friendly and helpful. If Erin hasn t gotten a raise, it needs to happen.

Myke was very helpful and friendly. He even helped jump a customer that was stranded in the parking lot. The part I need will be in first thing in the morning, cuz hes awesome. Hey corporate! Get my man an extra employee or two, hes running around like a chicken with his head cut off. Im not kidding. Or give him a raise.

The other day I stopped to get gas on my way out of town for an appointment. My engine suddenly wouldn't start and I was in a bit of a panic. I called O'Reilly's and they calmed me down and confirmed that they could replace my battery as soon as I arrived. In 15 minutes, I was back on the road. Excellent customer service!

Just bought a used car recently after my previous one got totaled over the summer, one of the headlights became very dimmed recently- my friend had recommend going to O'Reilly for assistance. Called first before arriving, asked if they had the piece I needed to replace my headlight in stock. Arrived & was assisted by Bryan, purchased a new set of low beam headlights & asked if any of the staff could assist with the installment & Bryan was kind enough to help. The staff are super helpful, easy to talk to, & willing to go above & beyond in assisting, recommend to anyone & will be returning again when needed.

This is the best store in town in terms of customer service. Everyone in the store is very helpful and truly wants the best for their customers. Michael and Quinton are especially helpful and know their work very well. I had several issues with my motorcycle and each time they diligently assisted me and gave me sound advice on what the options were. They definitely deserve a raise!!

What really sets this store apart from the others is the staff. Large selection of on the shelf items as well, but mostly the employees. They are helpful, but not "pushy" Easy to talk to and well versed in their familiarity of the parts catalogue and cross reference. Ordered parts (in my experience) have always been next day or often same day. (Awesome)6/30/22; just had to throw a shout out to my bro, Quinton down at the local Corvallis store. I been doing business with this guy since he was new hire, and wanted to tell you that he is an accomplished parts expert who will work for you and with you all the way. Quinton has been making my life a breeze on less than peachie days for a while now and he will do the same for anyone who seeks expertise. The store is stocked right, deals and parts are on the money, unbeatable crew as well. Thank you for always taking care of me.

Excellent customer service over the phone when placing an order for pick up. Upon arriving to pick up my order, I had additional questions about lightbulbs and Michael was super helpful! Definitely continuing to do business here when needing parts and such for my truck!

Service was great! I stopped in to buy headlight bulbs. Thankfully, I was offered help because the bulb was particularly tricky to replace. James was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly as he replaced it for me. He explained the steps he was taking so I can do it myself next time all while keeping up a great conversation. It made my day!

My experience was horrible. Workers here didn't seem to want to be helpful and lead us to believe they would help but truly didn't even show they cared. They even had us there for 15 minutes waiting while they were ignoring us. I'll be sure to make sure that my employer understands to also not buy from them as well as everyone I know.

I had the best experience a few days ago!!I came in to buy a taillight for my car but I wasn t sure what would be best for me car. Erin is a phenomenal employee. Not only did she offer to find my light but she came out to mycar and helped me install it. There were some tricky issues with my car and it seemed like it could be an electrical issue, but she helped me diagnose everything. Probably took 20 mins in total. Again, I didn t ask for her help but she volunteered to come out and help me when I was confident I could figure it out on my own( which would have taken an hour or more). Sometimes when I need car help I encounter misogynists. This was the exact opposite. Erin is a star and I will exclusively use O Reilly s from now on.

Like any other store on the chain. We needed new wiper blades for my son's car and they had them, so they knew what to stock. That is worth something. They service person tried to do a bit of upselling, which was a bit off-putting.

Wonderful team working here. I forgot a crucial part when placing an online order and the associates did me a huge favor by trying to contact me asking if I'd need to order that part as well. When I didn't answer, they placed a store order for the part and kept it on hold for me anyways

O'Reilly's lost my business today. I Bought a product yesterday, that did not do what it is supposed to, Armor All Glass Cleaner, after using this product my windows and sideview mirror are still covered in water spots and they would not accept a return on a product that I considered defective.They did offer a 10% discount on another product to try and fix the issue which I appreciate, it was just not sufficient to keep my business.

We had an animal dr appt today at the college.Our jeep was horribly acting up. The error light was blinking...James checked our battery replaced it and sent us on our way to drive back to Newberg. He was so compassionate about our situation. We made it home safe and scheduled an appt with our mechanic.

Saved my bacon! Power coil died on me and they helped me diagnose and said they would stay open until my truck was fixed!
