Kacey the manager accompanied me to my car and patiently ran through several possible fixes for a number of small issues. He identified and communicated to me a couple of areas which can be improved. He walked me towards the items needed, didn't recommend uneccesaries, and helped me get a good deal on my full synthetic oil! Matt was very friendly and rang me up with expedience. I am impressed by the staff . Thanks! Prices are lower than the auto section at the grocery store.

Emily, Fred & Fred's daughter (sorry I didnt catch your name) provided the best service and wonderful conversation about my late father, Dean London. I walked out with warm feelings and new wiper blades! As I was leaving Fred sent me off with one of my favorite saying my dad would tell me,"Keep it under 100!" Thank you for the outstanding customer service and a walk down memory lane.

These folks here are a class-act; they're very engaged to help however they can. On my recent visit, I needed a particular screwdriver to swap-out summer signal-lenses on my tow-mirrors. I'm bad at trying to explain technical things, the parts-specialist was glad to come out and actually look at my situation, and he picked out the torx screwdriver I needed. They have a very impressive selection of auto-tools and accessories; it's a pretty good size store. Great place, highly recommended.

We purchased a battery here and it did not work. We brought it back the same day and they tested the battery at the store and it failed the test. They gave us another battery and that one did not work either so we tried to return it the following day - they would not accept the return because we installed it. Poor service and very rude. Go elsewhere for better service (and better prices).

Stopped to get gas treatment . The guy was extremely helpful and asked me questions. He gave me a fas treatment he said was the best. It was my 3rd can I'd used and the first one that made a difference in how my car was running. I was so happy with his suggestion. I will go back when I need advice even though it's a hour away from where I live.

Great service and a very widespread inventory. 9 out of 10 times they'll have the part you need and worse comes to worse you can always have them order. Overall a great store for automotive repairs and maintenance.

There are several women counter people here, which is nice to see. Typically, both male & female counter help are helpful and friendly. They do have good memories and will often remember you even if you haven't been in for six months. Sometimes they have a bad day, but so do we all. You can usually get a part in a day or two. Go in with all of your car's information to start with. You won't regret it.

Very friendly staff, knowledgable and easy to work with!I've worked with The wonderful people at the Corvallis Napa Auto parts for 30 years now. Highly qualified and friendly staff. Will go above and beyond to help you find the correct parts for your vehicle.Update: As an owner of a local aut repair company, I've been so supported by all the wonderful people at TWGW, INC. and out local Napa store. They've been very responsive to our needs, through good times and bad. It's been the best working relationship we've ever had and I'll always be grateful for all they do for us, thanks, Bob

I use this place all the time. The employees are very friendly and very fast at helping find stuff, with very awesome attitudes. I will drive 30 plus miles to come here I refuse to use the napa in my own hometown. This is the best place around in my opinion. Thank you for all you do in there keep up the good work.

Came in to casually buy some supplies I needed, it s been over a year in this pandemic and I get we all hate it but literally two employees, one by the name of Jay and I missed the other guys, blatantly not wearing a mask is a straight up joke for this great company.Literally they sell masks in their store, not hard.

Will not be shopping here again. Most employees were not wearing appropriate masks yet front door says masks are required. Their computers were down so I couldn t make my purchase. Man wearing inappropriate mask said computers would be back on in 15 minutes. I suggested putting a sign on the door to notify customers and he just shrugged. I came back 20 minutes later and computers were still down so I left without purchase and twice exposed myself to their potential covid germs. Female employee who did wear a mask said she was told she wasn t allowed to put a sign on the door notifying people of down computers.

Paid for a part at one location to be set aside at another location.. when I went to pick it up they had lost all my info and weren't convinced the part (I listed by name) was mine. Even with a photo ID it took me arguing with the employee to call the original shop that made the sale just to get my part. I've had better service at a defunct truck stop with broken plumbing.

Great, helpful clerks whose advice helped me get our car running again quickly. We have purchased numerous parts from them and they always make sure you have everything you need. They replace certain parts if they break.

I bought a power window moter before i took my door panel off on my car. I figured id have the part if it needed replacement. Turns out it was not the moter so i tried returning it -2 hours later that same day. I planned on buying the window switch module upon returning this item,( cost is 4 times more than the moter was), however i was treated extremely rudely and was told they would not take the brand new, never used item back.I will never shop there again!!!! Hopefully this review helps someone else to avoid this vender at all costs. Completely ridicules!Glad i found this out at the beginning of restoring my car and rv. Ill spend my thousands elsewhere.

Staff was helpful when I took in an alternator and asked for it to be bench tested. Price was good for a replacement and they even brought up that they offer a student discount.

I should have shopped smarter. I stopped by for a headlamp bulb at our local NAPA store and mindlessly payed $14.84 for a bulb that I later found on Amazon for $4.39! I thought at the time that $15 seemed expensive for a single bulb but bought it anyway. A later check on Amazon showed a 3x price difference. I won't make that mistake again. This is why nobody shops local anymore!

Felt as though I was an an interruption to the person behind the counter, didn't ask "What can I do for you" but nodded towards me to mean I was next? Did not have what I wanted, acted as though what I was asking for was not the norm. 3-4 parts bins were EMPTY. As always, NAPA disappoints again...Salesman with long red beard. Apparently, if you leave a 5 star review, it will be acknowledged.

I had to get an obscure threader for a spark plug hole for my old pickup. I went everywhere in town here and in Albany with no luck. I finally found Napa, which is where I should have went in the first place. They had what I needed and a massive inventory of auto parts. I will go here first next time.

Employees are always helpful and NAPA prices impress me the majority of the time even compared to online shops.Sign up for rewards and you'll get a $5 bonus every once in a while.

I may be old fashioned but it's really nice to have the counter person have knowledge of what you're talking about instead of saying what the computer shows. Prices might be a little higher but you are getting quality parts and service. You get what you pay for!
