I recently used Mick's Glass Service for two repairs and was happy with the results and the process.The first repair was on a 1997 Ford Ranger on a hand-cranked passenger window. The window did not seem to roll-up as smoothly after the glass was replaced. Mick's kept the car and again disassembled the door panel to grease the gearing. It works much better. I appreciate that Mick's is committed to customer satisfaction, there was no hesitation on their part.The second repair replaced the windshield on our 2014 Nissan Murano. Mick's price was competitive and they did a great job. They provided a shuttle which was helpful given they only do repairs at their shop.

Extremely happy with service that I received at Micks Glass. Staff was professional, courteous and did an awesome job on my windshield. I was so satisfied with the service I received, I also had them replace several windows in my home. Again, they did an awesome job.. Thank you Micks Glass for providing top notch service and great pricing.

Great service!!! I was referred by a friend who has used Micks Glass Service for several years. They were knowledgeable and honest. Fair prices and clean/quick service. Brandon took extra time cleaning the windshield when he was done and its so nice to drive down the road without looking past chips and cracks.

Richard installed a new shower door for us. He was professional, punctual, and thorough. What I liked best was his superior communication skills. Checking in before, during and after. The delivery was on-time, done to his perfectionist standards, and exactly on budget. I recently had most of the windows in my house replaced by Mick's Glass, as well as having them install a custom window in a loft area above my living room. They did an absolutely perfect job on every window and were really friendly and professional throughout the entire job. I had a couple of other minor things that they were able to fix as well (a front door threshold, a new windowsill in a bathroom and a screen in a window that was replaced by another local company). I really couldn't be happier with how it all came out and how well they communicated with me about the various options for the custom window I wanted. I had hired another local company previously and found them somewhat unsatisfactory. I am very happy with the work that Mick's Glass has done on my house and won't hesitate to hire them again in the future.

Great job on my windshield. Communication was spot on and my car was finished as promised. Their courtesy driver dropped me off at my home & returned to pick me up in the afternoon when my car was finished. She was very polite with a fun sense of humor. Great experience!

I have been to Mick's twice in the last year. On both occasions the staff was friendly, the work was completed when promised and the charge was less than the initial quote. I highly recommend them and wouldn't go anywhere else!

Called Mick's at 11am (ish) due to the fact that the company we called before could not get the parts and fix our door for two weeks. Mick's was out by 3:30 the same day. Door was fixed by 4:30. Thanks for the great service.

Got a little chip in the windshield of my precious baby Jeep and was terrified. Mick's got it fixed quickly, effectively, and most importantly, for very cheap! What could have turned into something much worse was made super easy. Will come back here if i have future glass issues. Thanks guys!

We have recently used Mick's Glass to remove/replace a large front window and to remove/replace a sliding glass/screen door. The work is of high quality, customer service and communication is excellent, and we highly recommend Mick's Glass !!

This shop stole a $200 part out of a friends vehicle while working to make repairs on the glass. Amazingly stupid. Of course, BBB is useless, so a review was needed. Avoid these guys.
