We are very happy with our purchase. our salesperson Chris was really great to work with as was everyone else we came into contact with they did some extra things for us when we ask. We also just was in the service department getting the free oil change and the service department is also great to work with. Would highly recommend Kiefer Nissan both Corvallis and Albany to anyone.

After some mishaps with my first Nissan I m happy to report that the manager was honest, upright, and caring, along with sales associate Steve; who was educated and competent. Got me into a new electric car that is safe and reliable. You can tell that the manager actually cares about his customers and wants them to get a vehicle that is safe and that they are happy with. They have a great team in the sales department. I felt cared for!

Thank you to Kevin for an awesome experience. The team here did everything they could to help me out. I was in over my head on a car and needed a truck for work. They made sure I left with a better deal than I could have hoped for and the truck of my dreams. Lowered my payments and my principle. Today was my first trip to your dealership to have my Volvo serviced, and I was very pleased! The young lady I spoke to about my car, was very nice and helpful. The service was what I expected and was clearly described on the invoice. I will definitely be back for future service visits. Thank you! Vicki

The sales team is great. The service department is horrible. Took my vehicle in to be serviced and it was a disaster. They rotated the tires and never checked the pressure after. Spilled oil down the frame rail. They charged me $600 for a fuel filter that was supposed to be included in the service. The vehicle had to be taken back a second time. Yes, I can put air in my own tires but when this is a service I paid for, why do I need to do the work a second time? Ken, the person at the service counter argued the whole time and insisted I was wrong and nothing was done incorrectly. I will never recommend anyone gets their vehicle serviced here, absolute trash work and customer service!

Steven was amazing. He was kind, caring (or so it seemed, LOL) and funny. He was very gracious, helping me with my walker and all after knee replacement surgery. Burgers and fries were on the dealership although I should the itemized bill for a restaurant charge. We love our Rogue and we love Kiefer Nissan.

Got a coupon for our oil change so made the appointment online. When we arrived, we were told they were overbooked and so it would take twice as long, which it did. Autumn checked us out and she did a great job! Gave us a thorough run down of the inspection of our car with an estimate and threw in a discount on our oil change to make up for the long wait. Thank you Autumn!

Not a good experience today. I have a extended warranty on my vehicle. Apparently a fuel pump inside the tank is not covered under my warranty. So what's the purpose of buying a warranty. Very disappointing! So it literally cost me $101 to replace a break light. $100 for diagnosis and $1 and change for a bulb. Ridiculous to say the least!!!

Corvallis Kiefer Nissan and Volvo dealership is amazing also dealing with the Nissan service department is really good alongside the respect, care, kindness and compassion alongside helping throughout the years and the teams in Corvallis are great. The Corvallis Kiefer Nissan and Volvo dealership property and building are overall layout decent for their business and are clean especially the restrooms. While servicing the Nissan from Nissan department, they keep the inside of the vehicle clean as they service the vehicle and afterwards their way of operations on handling the paperwork and billing, paying is good also was respectfully treated well and pricing is good. Parts department is especially good on certain Nissan parts that needed sometimes when doing on my own or questions concerning Nissan parts also the clothing - hats from the merchandise side of parts department is good as can be also big Thank you to Corvallis Kiefer Nissan and Volvo dealership for your help, compassion along with respect. Enjoyed the time spent on dealing business on my Nissan with your dealership alongside all the rest of Kiefer teams from Corvallis are great. Thank you again. I recently had my 50,000 mile service maintenance done at corvallis Volvo dealership .The service was carried out with great attention to detail, and the technicians were knowledgeable .It was a valuable investment in my vehicle's health, and I will definitely be returning for future maintenance needs.Specially thanks to the front desk lady Nora .she provided excellent service throughout the process. It's great that she not only took care of the maintenance service and brake fluid change, but also ensured that I received reminders and even arranged for a loaner car while my car was being serviced. Nora's friendly and patient demeanor is definitely an asset.Highly recommend this dealer!

I can't rave enough about how awesome the service and attention to detail is. I've been taking my Rogue to Kiefer for almost 2 years now and everyone has been so courteous and knowledgeable. They gave me a heads up the last time I was in for an oil change that my back brakes would likely need replacing by the next visit which gave us time to save up for the replacement. We used their complimentary Lyft service and they were great too!

My experience with KIEFER NISSAN today was very good! The gentleman who helped me when I brought my car in and again when I picked it up (Colton H.) was so very pleasant and took time to explain inspection results to me. Your personnel have always been professional and kind but Colton was exceptional!

My truck was driven off the lift enough to hit my driver's side door on the pillar. Bill the Keefer Maintenance Manager has been great to work with after we established good communication on the repairs of my vehicle. They have been doing great taking care of any other issues that have come about due to the incident from 2/22/24.

Update 06/14/2023 so a few months ago I got a call from the dealership asking me to please delete my post and then they would work with me hahahaha as you can see it s still up and they haven t done anything about the situation! ONTOP OF THAT THEY SOLD ME A VehiclE THAT THE ENGINE HAD TO BE REPLACED WITHIN 16k buyers BEWARE IF YOU UNFORTUNATELY HAVE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHADY COMPANY PLEASE BE READY FOR THE COST OF REPAIR IF YOU DONT BUY A WARRANTY YOU WILL BE SAD JUST REMEMBER THAT it well by the time the engine was done IT COST over 17k$ to have the jeep dealerships replaced my engine oh yea also 3 days after I got my jeep from them there was air and moisture in my break lines and I ended up getting a a car accident BECAUSE THEY DIDNT LOOK OVER THE CAR I WAS BUYING PROPERTY BEFORE THEY LET ME DRIVE AWAY !!!!!!!! Also they Sold MY RANGER TO THE PERSON WHO PURCHASED IT I HOPE THEY TILD YOU ABOUT THE DAMAGE THAT HAPPENED TO THE REAR END OF THE TRUCK BUT I DOUBT THAT THEY DID BECAUSE THEY LIE ABOUT THINGS LIKE THAT !!!!Do not purchase here they stole $10,000 for me I had a 2022 Ford ranger that I had purchased out of state came here and keefer dealership purchased from me and said that they were going to pay me $39,000 for my 22 Ford ranger and then they went and paid off my loan through Ford which is only $28,000 and gave me a loan for a jeep wrangler. Didn t really tell me how much the loan was going to be trying to charge me $37,000 for a 2017 jeep wrangler tried saying that they were going to take 10,000 put it down on my loan still has not happened they will take your vehicles from you pay them off and then not do everything that they said that they re going to the jeep that I had got from them the very next day I told him that I didn t want it because I noticed there was more problems with it then originally expected they said that they would fix them or let me get my vehicle back. they are still not fixed now they re trying to say that they won t give me my vehicle back and or even try to get me a loan for it. They are very disrespectful and they do not care about their customers. 12/30/23 *update they still haven t don t anything to fix the situation instead they blame it all on me and do nothing this place isn t the kind of dealer that you want to put your trust into their own staff hate their jobs !!!!

They got my ex90 right in at 8:15 am. Dimitri went over everything that would be done and advised me of the pricing before the service. He said my car should be finished by 4 pm. They outdid themselves and had it done before 2. Everyone was very friendly and courteous .They didn't charge me a penny more than what was quoted.I will be back even though this dealership is over 100 miles from my home in Banks, OR

I had an excellent experience with my Volvo servicing. I received a reminder my service was due, used a link to schedule online, and everything was handled efficiently and nicely. It s nice to know my treasured car is in good hands.

The folks at Kiefer were great! Treated us very well: no pressure, listened to our needs and concerns, and helped us make the right purchase for our needs. They also gave us snacks when my partner's glucose dropped. We got a tremendous deal on two cars and are pleased to have worked with everyone there.

My experience is always great. Services are done quickly and efficiently. The staff at the service counter are all very friendly. The customer service is excellent. And they have high quality, safe, well made vehicles. I love my Nissan Altima. I definitely recommend.

Service took longer than expected, though no specific expectation was set initially. Service agent apologized and gave a discount on service provided. Left without verification that recall issue had been looked at. Have requested, three times, to have a verification of this emailed to me as well as the results of the stated multi-point inspection. A week later, this information has still not been sent leaving me to question whether the recall inspection and multi-point inspection were actually done.

Everyone was super helpful and patient. Brittany is absolutely amazing and beyond helpful. Stephen helped me find my car and was patient in helping figure out exactly what I wanted. The whole staff were super welcoming and kind, they addressed every concern I had and helped guide me through it all.

The overseas delivery was great! Everything went smoothly and we appreciated the opportunity to see Scandinavia.I was less impressed with our Kiefer sales rep. She did not return my phone calls. Help with the car after delivery was nonexistent.

Scott and Ken are the absolute best! They make our experience an easy laid back one and we have bought out last three cars from Kieffer Nissan because of Scott specifically. We have referred a number of people now and continue to go. As long as Scott is there, we won t go anywhere else.
