Everyone at Ken's Cat Care was polite, very friendly and helpful. I came in with a jeep problem and came out the same day costing a third what I was ready to pay. Talking to Ken I could tell he had integrity and knowledge. It's hard to find an honest reliable mechanic. Been searching for a while. Found one!

I cannot say enough in regard to Ken s Car Care. Not only did I find it to be car care, but customer care. They went above and beyond in working with me and my personal situation to get my RAV4 up and running again. They communicated with me along the way to ensure my input and alleviate my concerns. Their knowledge, teamwork (as witnessed when picking up my vehicle), and dedication to doing the job right are unparalleled. If you need your vehicle worked in trust them to take care of your car and you.

I had a great experience. The staff was polite. The work was done in a very timely manner. The work was explained professionally and clearly the only thing I would have changed is I would have liked to have been shown the part after the repair was done, and I would ve liked to have seen the price before hand, but given the circumstance everything was five star. I was really blown away by the professionalism. Also they have a doggo!!

They were so quick with my car and were excellent with communication. I had an oil change on luxury car and the price was extremely fair. They let you know of anything else going on with the car (I had a filthy air filter) but won't do anything without permission, so no surprise charges. I would absolutely recommend them and will be going back whenever I have car issues.

We needed a last minute thermostat fix before heading out of town. Ken s was able to work us in, diagnose, get the part and fix our van by the next morning. They were friendly, positive, helpful and fast. They were very upfront about the cost and the final bill was below their estimate. Thank you for getting us in so quickly, explaining how a thermostat works, and an overall great experience.

I came to get to get my oil changed and it was a wonderful experience. I would much rather come to Ken s than a vavoline or any other instant oil change chain that always tries to upsell me because I don t know jack about cars. Getting a oil change can be a stressful experience, but not here. Everyone at Ken s was very welcoming, starting with Chris (I believe it was) at the front. My oil change came with a free comprehensive inspection of my car which I appreciated because it s hard for me to know what to look for, as well as recommendations. No upselling or uncomfortable pressure to get additional repairs. When I do need another oil change or repair I ll be at Ken s!!

Always feel like I get great service and certainly good prices and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and happy to answer questions.Still wish that a car vacuum would come with services but I like to dream....Thank you for 12 to 15 years of great service on all my vehicles

My battery died suddenly, which had me a bit concerned. I took my vehicle to a free testing auto store and it came back as good battery but bad starter and alternator. All that new would have been over $800. We regularly take all our vehicles to Ken s and I m glad we do. They did many more thorough tests and nothing needed to be replaced. Charged me minimally for their time, but well worth the peace of mind and not being out hundreds I don t need to spend right now. I basically offered them up easy money to do all this work and was told upfront, let s just make sure it really needs to be done at all. Ken s car care is honest, reliable, thorough, and reasonably priced. I won t go anywhere else. They only do what s needed and document the work done and their findings in writing and with photos. I highly recommend Ken s.

I've been taking my car to Ken's since we moved to Corvallis 5 years ago never experienced anything but excellent service all the work he does he sends you videos to tell you exactly what the work needs to be done exactly how much it'll cost exactly why it needs to be done never seen a car mechanic so thorough have taken my daughter's car there and will take my wife's car there very friendly very knowledgeable excellent service tops in the Corvallis area five

They were good about communication and keeping me updated with how my car was doing. They offered extra services but didn't pressure me to do anything extra. I loved the report they sent to me with the written findings and pictures when they saw a potential issue.

As requested, Brakes checked, OK; cleaned dust. I reported an oil leak. Diagnosed and replaced axel shaft seal. Cost was a bit under the estimate. Ken s sends pictures and phones to discuss prior to servicing which is so appreciated. Friendly staff, efficient, on-time and my older car continues to purr like a much younger vehicle. Great experience at Kens s! They were able to get my Honda CRV in on short notice and did an excellent job of breaking down cost and explaining what was wrong with my vehicle. Fixed everything up quickly and the cars been running great since!

Ken's is always friendly and extremely helpful. Going to Ken's is like going to a trusted family member for help. They have taken very good care of my vehicle (and my peace of mind) for many years and I trust their judgment as well as their skill in auto repair.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!These guys have insanely quick service, very friendly and HONEST staff and a family oriented small business that DESERVES your business! The estimated cost for my oil change was significantly cheaper than most of the mechanics/oil change places I got quotes from and I called 90% of the shops from Philomath to Albany.Ken worked on my car himself and he was very straight forward with anything my car had going on and DID NOT try pushing me to pay for a bunch of other costly things that weren t needing to be fixed immediately. We ve used Ken s on multiple occasions and this service was no different than any other. Their response to what the issue was, was quicker than expected. Their findings were in line with the issues experienced and the turn around to fix the problem was better than expected. Their prices are competitive with anyone and it is clear that they care more about the quality of their work and customer service above simply turning vehicles in and out of their shop to make a buck. I ve never felt more taken care of then I have at Ken s Car Care! Very kind and helpful staff! At other shops, I am usually mansplained, and I didn t have that experience here. Everything was explained to me in a professional and not condescending manner. I will definitely be coming back! Also - my car felt brand new after they fixed my brakes and my control arm. They did a full inspection as a part of my servicing as well!

Ken's is fantastic to work with. We recently had a car emergency and had to have the car towed off the side of the road to Ken's. They were wonderful from the moment I called them. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and completed repairs efficiently. They also looked into another (less important) issue and get that fixed as well. Overall they were great about keeping me informed about what was happening with my vehicle and transparent in their pricing. Super honest and friendly people. We'll be back in the future with anything aitomotive related.Service: Auto power window repair

It was great! The job was complicated because the car had just come out of a body shop, but other than a delay in the arrival of some ordered parts, Ken took care of it very well. He kept me informed of the delay and of the complications involved, which I appreciated. The issue was resolved, and the car runs well.
