Staff at Jiffy Lube, Corvallis are very professional and efficient at their job. The work took the time I expected. I question the price of the total work. I expected the job to be around $400 to $450. The total cost was $580. The oilwas $12.00 a qt. which I expected. The labor and cost of an oil filter was $79.99 to be expected. The fuel filter replacement was $99.99 I think parts and labor should have been around $50.00. The charge for draining and refilling the differential with 3 units of synthetic fluid was $99.99. That's $33.33 per unit. I know prices have gone up, but this was excessive. I have drained & refilled differentials myself. It doesn't take much time to do so. Finally I read that you offer a senior discount. I wasn't offered one & I didn't ask, my fault. Next time I will ask.

The staff at Corvallis 9th Street Jiffy Lube were easily the most competent, kind, informative, and professional staff that I ve ever trusted with my vehicle. Immediately when I arrived, the staff gave me personalized care and made me feel at ease even though it was my first time getting my oil changed. The service was quick and extremely effective and I will definitely be returning next time I need service. Thank you so much!!

The personnel treat customers, their vehicles, their money and input, as well as each other, with respect and decency. They earned my business when I brought my vehicle for an oil change, and they gave me the data on why it was too early and they were not recommending an oil change. This move cost them ready money, that I had been willing to pay, but earned them my trust and continuing business.

The personnel were very friendly and helpful. You can even get a free car wash and your car vacuumed. I would highly recommend Jiffy Lube in Corvallis.

Quick and capable service. They were able to see me immediately without calling ahead, were clear and explicit about the cost, and told me about additional possible service options without doing a hard sell. It was an overall positive experience.

The price for the oil change was 99.99. I wasn t asked if I wanted the oil filter changed (it wasn t). They pulled the cabin air filter and it was obviously dirty, but I wasn t asked if I wanted a new one. They did a sloppy job of cleaning the front windshield. No offer to vacuum the inside of the car, etc. as in visits past. I can change my own oil (and filter!) for 1/3 the cost. I went to JL because I suffer from vertigo. I won t be back.

I usually change my own oil or take it to the dealership. Just stopped by jiffy lube becase I was in a hurry heading out of town low on oil and over due for an oil change. Last time I make that mistake. Found out they completed stripped the drain plug. Dealership quoted me $800 to get a new drain pan. I ended up taking a cuttoff wheel to the bolt and re-tapping the pan. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I called ahead and asked if they could change spark plugs ( my engine was misfiring) they said yes, I brought my car in for oil and spark plugs to be changed. After starting the oil change they said they couldn't due the spark plugs and to drive to the albany location . I explained that was not possible and the reason I called beforehand. Then they said they could change them but it would cost extra, about 300 extr for 2.5 hours to change the plugs . A wild price increase. They continued the oil change which I would have done elsewhere if I knew they were going to hassle me on price for spark plugs. After the change I got home and 20 minutes later oil is everywhere leaking under my car. I've never had any issues with my car until this point, not one. So now my car out of oil and the engine misfiring. They told me to bring it back down . Bell no I'm not ever bringing any vehicle there again, I put my trust in their word and their skill and was left in a much worse position than I was before going there. I will keep this post updated as I can assure the. I am not going to let this slide.

Wow. I think I just found my new oil change place. Complimentary vacuum and car wash? Really? Free coffee from a Keurig while I wait? You bet. Unfortunately, the car wash code didn't work and I decided not to go back inside and tell them. I am sure they would have taken care of it.

We have used this specific spot when visiting Corvallis for my husband s car and daughters car while she was up there for college (great price for college kids on a budget). This has to be the cleanest, fastest and best customer service experience I ve received at a JF-spanning from California to Oregon. My most recent experience with them was a request for maintenance history. I m dealing with an issue with my extended warranty on my 2021 gmc. I spoke to Shane, general manager, about getting a copy of my last service with them. Shane went out of his way to not only track down the invoice but also sent me a copy of my vehicle s overall maintenance history AND Chevys requirements for oil changes on my vehicle. Something that the dealership was unable to provide. Above and beyond for customer service. Being from California I can sometimes feel like this level of attention is something that has become a lost art. People are more often too busy to help. Not Shane, not his store. They are great and will always remain our out-of town service shop.Appreciate you Sir

We came in for a top off and noticed there was a line and we had groceries in the car but Paul, one of the attendants, noticed us leave and stopped us to ask what we needed. Turned out he was able to pull us around front and give us a top up of oil and an added bonus of coolant in just a couple painless minutes!! We are beyond impressed with the ease and professionalism of our service, you guys really went above and beyond today!

Corvallis, Oregon as a great Jiffy Lube where everybody working is serious but lighthearted and very thorough in there examinations and checklists. Their price was the same as other Jiffy Lube have them and I never get the feeling that anybody is trying to go out of their way to sell me something I don t need I really appreciate this place thank you!Service: Oil change

The staff here were very kind to my son, patiently explaining all the services available for his first car. They showed him his air filter clean. They did attempt to upsell the oil but were not pushy at all. The carpet vacuum and car wash were nice touches. I think he will be back.

My sister Kathy Bernhardt was over charged and mistreated at jiffy lube in Corvallis. The staff was sloppy and unpleasant. Beware of the work that jiffy lube does on your vehicle, it's not up to better business standards.
