After talking with him and getting a understand of what I wanted we maid a appointment. Then 2 days later he called me and asked what we where doing on my vehicle. All the while he was bad mouthing customers and talking about his personal life and just a vary negative person. When I showed up for appointment he then asked again what I was there for and then told me he should have scheduled me for another day. He is a unprofessional hot head.

Hands down an awesome way to go for exhaust work. Small business veteran owned, straight forward from get go, very reasonable prices, and quality work!!! He wasn't sure about the setup I wanted to do, but we talked and made a plan together, price and time were unbeatable. My muffler was essentially falling off and my exhaust pipe was blowing straight into the side of my van, started smoking about 5 min from Jerry s. Didn t have an appointment and from out of town, Don was working on my van within 5 minutes and had choice words for the hack job the mechanic shop I had just paid for work done at. Donald replaced my catalytic converter for a very reasonable price. A couple of months later, off-roading in The Field Rig, I hit a rock pretty good that bumped some caging up against the muffler. Rattling ensued. Again, Donald fixed it for a reasonable price. Both times he was timely and friendly, and I appreciate it!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

O2 sensor was stuck I couldn t get it off and mechanic couldn t either that thing was not comming off. They cut off the peice and welded a new one on for $100 and did it relatively fast considering I was late

I seriously can t say enough about this place! Quick, affordable, friendly I had backed into something and bent my exhaust. Another place in town was looking at fixing it and said because they don t specialize in it they would have to replace the whole thing. They actually recommended I go see Don at Jerry s my regular mechanic has amazing and honest people. Don fixed my part so fast for way way less. I HIGHLY recommend this place!Service: Exhaust

The owner, Don is a great guy! We had an emergency situation due to having a Spring Break trip planned only to find someone had stolen our catalytic converter. He went above and beyond to get the parts and get them installed in time so we could still take our vacation. He was more than accommodating and worked easily with our insurance. He's fair, honest and straightforward. Definitely recommend!! Thanks!!

Donald is super nice and accommodating! He's a one-man show and has always made time to repair my car even if he's busy working on a million other cars, answering the phones, greeting customers. He worked on our Prius (which are known for getting their catalytic converters stolen) - he welded our after-market cat onto the frame, and then recommended a protective plate to go over the top, which he then installed. We haven't had any issues. Prices are reasonable and he's very quick. Highly recommend this business!Service: Exhaust

Two times I've called here and twice I have been a let down. The first time they quoted $450 to replace a flex pipe. Something which would have cost less than $50 with maybe an hour of work. The second time I just called. The man I spoke with was condescending and didn't offer any solutions to fixing a cat I wanted gutted and replaced. I'm not sure he was even listening because he said something about deleting it.Service: Exhaust

Absolutely wonderful people here to help when you're scrambling to find a solution. I ran into an issue on my exhaust where one of the two clamps holding the exhaust system to the flange on the headers had essentially been sheared off, leaving only one clamp to hold a 20-30 lbs exhaust up in place. I was thoroughly worried and had no idea what I was going to do due to the rarity of these clamps in this area. I voiced my concerns to Don and his father and they immediately got to helping me out. I was pleasantly surprised to see the immediate help that I was receiving. Very few places like this still remain today. I don't leave reviews this vibrate often, very, very rarely do I do this. These guys then proceeded to give me an insanely good price for the work that was done which once again shocked me. All in all, I seriously recommend these guys to anyone here in Corvallis. Treat them with respect and they'll go to the moon and back for you. This shop is now my go to shop in town for any issues I have in the future, 100% recommended!

The piping connected to my muffler broke clear in half. I got an appointment the same day, and upon arriving, I was greeted and the car was fixed within 20 minutes. Father and son were both very nice and helpful. I was impressed with the quality, short time to completion, and the price was very affordable. Will surely be returning if needed.

A very good option instead of going to the dealership! We got our damaged catalytic converter changed out for $100 less than our insurance deductible, $450 less than what the dealership wanted. Also a 2 day wait for the part versus 1 week plus.Also a good solid welded installation instead of clamps.

Was referred here after calling Les Schwab and these gentlemen went above and beyond & absolutely saved my day! Noticed while driving my boyfriend's truck that it was absurdly loud then when I jumped out saw the muffler had somehow detached and was hanging loose.Both guys at the shop were so friendly and helpful! Not only did they fix someone else's bad install solidly and lightning fast for an insanely reasonable price, Don was also willing to answer my questions and explain what, why, and how it happened so I could tell my boyfriend it wasn't my fault! :)This will definitely be our go to if we ever have issues with our other cars.Service: Exhaust

This place was awesome for my foreign car, don't know what the other guy is talking about since I have a Volkswagen and my catalytic replacement was an easy fix for the guy at the shop. Whole process took less than an hour, he was very friendly and helpful, the price was extremely reasonable. I drove all the way from the coast, and it was definitely worth it. Will be recommending to anyone I know with muffler needs.

Jerrys Precision Mufflers has got to be one of the best shops in the Northwest , Jerry and his son Jeff have services many of my friends and family over the years and everyone has been greatly satisfied with the performance of the products they provide I would recommend them to anyone who loves their ride ! Thank you guys for the outstanding honest service you provide I have never steered anyone astray when directing them to you! I came in with my car for a muffler weld repair at Jerry s, I was treated with respect and honesty from the beginning. The service was done within 15 minutes of my arrival and the pricing was very reasonable. The muffler sounded 100 times better thank you guys! I highly recommend this place!

Very rude and unprofessional! I had to wait 3 weeks for them to do the job, because they had to order the tip I wanted, after they called me saying it was done, it didn t have a tip on, when I asked about it they said I didn t ask for a tip, the whole time they was very rude about the whole ordeal. I wanted them to extend the exhaust with a bigger pipe and it s the same size pipe. They seamed like I was bother to them and inconvenience to them .. even though I had an a appointment. don t waste your time, go somewhere else .Although it is good work what they did do, it wasn t what I wanted and they were very rudeService: Exhaust

If you want something done right do it yourself!!! What I asked for and what I got were two different things. For $210 I got 250 miles of service out of what I hoped to have fixed. Now I get to fix the thing like it should have been in the first place! I wanted the item replaced flange to flange. Instead one flange got cut off in entirety, including the mating flange from the next section and the other didn't even get touched. Thus shortly there after the poor little piece of exhaust pipe left that was old and weak broke in half.Thanks for listening to what I wanted. Well maybe you did, but somehow it sure didn't get done correctly. Now I am stuck holding the bag...
