I called Freedom RV services for a problem with our rooftop air conditioner/heat pump. Rob spent time, troubleshooting and diagnosing the problem. Communication with both Rachel and Rob was great, letting us know of ETA s and delays. We ended up replacing the unit. Rob installed it and made sure that everything was working as it should before he signed off. We are very happy with the service and customer service and will be sure to use their help again if needed. I really appreciated the mobile service. We highly recommend their service.

Early this year Rob did some repairs for us , there were a few cliches in the parts process but Him and Rachel bent over backwards to get us on the road. The most nicest people ever. Thanks again Freedom Rv Service. Highly recommended in the Corvallis Oregon area.

Freedom RV goes above and beyond to get the job done in a highly professional yet personable way. My elderly mother who is on oxygen lives in her RV, so when an electrical issue occurred it was quite a stressful situation for her. I contacted Freedom RV right before closing time and Rob responded promptly, working many hours to get the problem solved. Recently another electrical glitch occurred well after business hours. I left a worried message and was called back immediately in response to the emergency and once again they got the job done. I highly recommend Freedom RV for all of your repair needs! Not only are Rob and Rachel very professional, they are wonderful human beings

Freedom RV Services went above and beyond for my family and me! We had to purchase and pick up our RV on a tight deadline, and they did everything in their power to make it happen. When some fluid samples had a timeline that was out of their hands, they were on the phone day and night with the vendor to ensure that we'd have the results we needed in time.If you want over-the-top, quality service, look no further than Freedom RV Services. Freedom is the type of business you dream about! From the time I called Freedom to see about servicing our RV I felt comfortable. Rachel answered the phone and provided quality answers to all my questions. She was very friendly and made us feel like we are part of their extended family. Then the follow up communication was beyond compare. Quick and thorough. We set up our appointment on line using their website appointment process. Then Rachel followed up with text messages keeping us in the loop. That felt awesome this day in age. When Rob the service tech showed up he was timely as communicated. He inspected our RV, explained the findings, addressed our concerns and thoroughly priced out an estimated cost to complete the work. We found his estimate to be reasonable and his work to be very professional. Rob was very meticulous yet worked in a timely fashion. Once done Rob had me inspect his work to my satisfaction. Again something hard to find these days. Overall nothing but five stars for Freedom. Thanks again Freedom for letting us be an important part of your new extended family. Dennis & Karlee

OUTSTANDING SERVICE !!!!!! Can not say enough about them- we are in Southern California and they were our eyes and ears up there in Oregon -and we all could not believe how detail oriented this report is. The dealership as well was amazed at the length of time they spent on the rig (9 hours!!!) As they were there doing the inspection even other customers who were looking to purchase other rigs took their cards and praised them for the work they were doing. The dealership could not be more impressed. They have never had such an indepth report provided. It was 199 pages long with hundreds of photos. I did provide the report to the dealership and was able to negotiate all the repairs to be completed free of charge. Thank you so so very much!!!

We have an Airstream Flying Cloud trailer and we absolutely love it, but after several trips around the Western US, it's started to get a little wear and tear. We found Rob at Freedom RV Mobile Services from a mutual friend and are very happy with his work!He did a full inspection of our Airstream and found a couple of minor issues and serviced our a/c unit and heat pump. He also checked out our electrical system and appliances. We had him check all of our air intakes and replace the filters.All in all, Rob did a terrific job and made sure everything was working properly before he finished up. It gave us peace of mind before we head off to our next adventure in the Southwestern US. We're very happy with the service and will definitely recommend him to other RV folks!Services: Electrical, Air conditioning, Battery

Rob did a great job for us. We lost all power while staying in Eugene and we called in the afternoon and he was out first thing that next morning. Very professional in appearance and asked me all about what and when things happened, then went right to work finding the problem. I would definitely recommend using their services. I called Rob Byers when I had a ruptured sewage line on my 2011 "lowrider" Roadtrek. You know what that's like--but I sure hope you don't! I get that it's not a dream repair job either!He was able to work on my RV within two days (rather than two months like so many shops). This was ideal since I'm a full-timer. He diagnosed the problem, quickly resolved it, and the line is now rock-solid...as long as I stay away from steep driveway ramps!Rob is really personable and conscious about keeping costs to a minimum, both of which are important to me. He's also an expert, innovative mechanic with a toolbox of other resources he can call on if needed. I won't hesitate to reach out to him again when my little rig gets into trouble.
