They were fast to get me a quote on my car. Took them just 1 day of having it. It was totaled so getting things settled with insurance as fast as possible was very helpful. Thank you!

Love dealing with Shawn and everyone at Freebird. I hate it when I have to use his services but, when I do it s always worth it! They do a fantastic job - my cars always look perfect when I get them back.

Kind of a late review. Someone hit my Tacoma and I needed it repaired. Now it did take me months to get in, understandable as they get a lot of work.When the time came I turned in my truck and had the rental delivered. They had my truck for less than 24 hours and had it repaired!They did such good work. I was worried about them matching my metallic paint, but it looked perfect.I can t recommend these guys enough. I was so impressed with how it tuned out!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had some light body-work done, and they did a fine job; they were really professional and patient. They have a really nice waiting-area if you have to stay for a time. Cost-wise they also seem very reasonable. It was a much better experience than Possum Auto Body and Paint several years ago... g'lord.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Job was quicker than quoted, even vacuumed the inside of my car and washed the outside afterwards as well. No complaints whatsoever.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Mer up with Bob who evaluated our 2098 Nissan Quest for my Father's insurance agency and upon discovering the evaluation found out that he had just disposed of the grill and bumper that were still very well attached with no apparent damage on the outside , this estimate began as just for the parts that were removed not to the real problem of the situation . Ghe van has bounced out of a cutout on Circle and other than damage to the cross member and the radiator and the exhaust being pushed up from underneath there was no damage to the bumper guard or grill . This is very unsettling as the Quest was bought new in 2008 and has been taken immaculate care of . But No. Wanted to talk about the radiator and said that was the problem and after the incident in circle it was totalled . There was no mention of the cross member or the damage that was caused by the cut out he wanted to say the problem was much prior to that which was neither here nor there but he said he believed the radiator had been leSking for a long time . When I asked about the bumper guard and he said it was destroyed now I hear it's in the back but it needs to be put back just as it was delivered and he was very suggesting acting like we were bombarding him with too many questions at one yinr . Anyway fro the body parts and labor not even addressing the actual problem he had already come up with a figure of almost 6000.00 I went to school with Mike and Greg and know they run a honest and very fair business but this person that inspected was not fair diplomatic or helpful and left us with a bigger mess than when we started .

I was in a car accident and had my car fixed at Freebird. They did an amazing job and were able to get my car fixed much faster than I expected. After an accident, I took our car to Freebird Body and Paint for repairs. I am delighted with their professionalism, their communication, and their fine work. They not only did an excellent job of repairing the damage, but cleaned it inside and out before I picked it up. Five plus stars! My crunched car needed body work and I could not be more pleased with the customer service or the work on my car. Bob was outstanding in keeping me informed for progress and particularly with the insurance company that needed additional approval. Just picked up my vehicle after having the door replaced and a dent in the rocker fixed. Customer service was great. They called and told me it would be finished by 5 that day. The paint job looks great and they cleaned my truck inside and out, even my floor mats were spotless! Great work you guys, keep it up.

These guys were amazing! Stopped in yesterday to get an appointment for a mild malfunction of my passenger door. Instead, they invited me in, pulled my car into their garage and looked at it right away. In less than 20 mins, not only did they find the problem, they gave it the minor fix it needed and sent me out the door without even charging me!! They were so kind and helpful! Unbelievable service. Five stars all the way.

They didn't even watch the video I showed them of the damage, then told me it wasnt that bad and I should have the scrape down the whole side of my truck buffed out for $50. I will never go here or refer someone here again. And my insurance company is going to here it for asking me to waist my time going there.

We've had pretty good experiences here. Certainly better than other body/paint shops in town. Other shops over the past 15 years have missed major engine damage from rear end accidents, or have treated me poorly when I'm just asking for a quote to give my insurance. For our most recent repair, another major Corvallis shop quoted $1600 whereas Freebird charged $1100. This was just paint repair and Freebird's job turned out gorgeous. We're very happy.

If you want perfection this is the place to go. I work for a large local insurance company and recommend these people everyday.It's because of the response we get from our customers. Not only that but Freebird gives an honest opinion about repairs.I recently brought in my old 06 prius to see if it was worth having some damage repaired and they explained that I would never get the money back out of it to just Drive it the way it is. Thank you Freebird, I wasn't sure about it.They have repaired my car Previously and I was so happy with all the work that I gave the repair person a $20 tip. They made sure that the interior Repairs were perfect, no damaged parts were missed and they showed me a photo Before & After. Sincerely Mary Fletcher

They have excellent customer service!!! We highly recommend these folks for any auto body work you need. They re honest and go the extra mile to ensure you re happy with their work. They fixed a scratch and washed our car. Very professional; we would definitely go back in the future!

Very Satisfied with all the work and repair on my 2005 Silverado.They handled all insurance paperwork with no issues.It's been 6 months now since repair and paint truck is just fine.Shawn & Staff were very professional, knowledgeable & friendly.You get what you pay for. Thanks

I recently was in an accident and had to have my front bumper assembly replaced on my Honda CR-V, as well as a few undercarriage components. Freebird came highly recommended to me, and I can clearly see why; they are very friendly, very efficient, and take extra care to provide a good service to their customers. I was impressed with their speed, and their work was still top quality. Thank you so much for all your hard work, Freebird!

Freebird did not fix my car but not because they didn't want to or would not have done the best job. It was because they knew it was better for us to look for a new vehicle. They evaluated and provided an estimate for repairs but unselfishly provided us with insight and sound advice that was in our best interest not theirs. It is beyond good customer service since we were not necessarily even customers yet. I can't vouch for their work but with customer service like that you can't go wrong.

I had some minor work done and they were fantastic! They were happy to answer my questions and they stayed a little later so that I could pick up my car after work. My car looks beautiful and clean. I'm so happy the insurance company sent me to FreeBird Auto.

Really liked my first meeting with them. Very nice people. I'll update once they're done with my girl.Update! Wow! What beautiful work. It looks like nothing ever happened to my car at all.I want to thank you all for being so nice to me!!Rick you have such a winning attitude! It's obvious you love your work and, you helped me feel so much better about my medical situation, thank you.My earing broke and Mike you brought me needle nose pliers to help me fix it!! He's one of the owners and you almost would have never have known it. He doesn't act like a hot shot and that means a lot to me.Diana is such a B@D A$$. I'm sure I put you through so much with all those phone calls. Your observant, through, cool as a cucumber and know this business well!Gosh I am looking for reasons to go back to say hi. This was a crazy good experience ...I think ive got a few spots that need a touch up! THERE WE GO! Now I've got my reason to go back!!Will never take my business anywhere else10 stars

This review is many years late. Back in the day I did not realize how great of a job they did with my M3 until I saw what an average respray looks like. The job they did with paint was completely seamless with the blend of new and old paint. This kind of attention to detail is something special and I remember how proud the owner was with the work. 5 stars, it's rare to find this kind of commitment to the customer and car.

This body shop caused damage to my wife s car while there for a dent repair.When I picked the car up it had been driven 10.2 miles and registered 18 MPGWhen we normally get 24 MPG. One of the staff took our mustang out for an unauthorized Joy-ride and tore out the inner wheel wells. I didn t notice the damage until I got the car home and went to put the car cover on and saw the damages. The owner took no accountability but then agreed to replace 50% of the damages. With no cameras in the the entire business, this is most likely a standard practice. Customers beware, you could end up with damages from this predatory business.

Couldn't give this shop a higher review or I would. Very, very competent business. I have had both of my vehicles painted here and had no issues at all. Fast, efficient and friendly.

I wasn't sure who I could trust to work on my pickup and a nephew recommended this place! I'm glad that I went with Freebird! They did an amazing body & paint job; and also cleaned the interior! Wow!

personaly, after three years in the industry, I can say that when it comes to quality work and attention to details, freebird is the best in the area. great customer service and staff that make for an at home feeling you couldn't get anywhere else. 10/10 thanks for the amazing experience.

After a long hard debate on where to take my show car I chose Freebird Body & Paint. I cannot say enough good things about this shop. Absolutely beautiful paint work, fast turn around, great communication.They might not be the cheapest shop but as far as I can tell, they are the best shop in the corvallis area.
