I had the pleasure of experiencing top-notch customer service at Firestone in Corvallis, Oregon, thanks to Tara. From start to finish, Tara went above and beyond to ensure my tire repair and replacement experience was nothing short of outstanding.Firstly, Tara was the friendly voice that greeted me when I called to schedule my appointment. Her professionalism and eagerness to assist set the tone for what was to come. Upon arriving at the shop, I was warmly welcomed by Tara, who not only addressed my automotive needs but also made sure my furry companion, my dog, felt right at home.Throughout the process, Tara's dedication shone brightly as she expertly navigated the intricacies of dealing with my warranty company. She ensured that every detail was meticulously taken care of, alleviating any stress or concerns I had regarding the process. Tara's knowledge and efficiency were truly invaluable, asset to the team. I am grateful for her dedication and assistance.

I am totally disappointed about how I was treated during my recent visit to the Corvallis. Not only did they delay the work that was originally agreed upon. I had to call after the 2 1/2 hours I was told "at most". This is when the laundry list of things that had NO symptoms before they had it began. No symptoms of power steering issues and they touch it and the pump suddenly leaks! They wanted to change all the brake parts, I only allowed a flush, as soon as they got around to that, 24 hrs later, all of a sudden the master cylinder and vacuum pump don't work?! Suddenly I went from the $630 I originally planned to pay for tires and fuel flush to $1788.92! You cant take your car back with no brakes! This was a scam from the first bait and switch, they didn't even have the tires as advertised on the website.I feel completely scammed! Unbelievable!

Was in Corvallis for the weekend and needed someone to look at my truck after running over something on the road. Ted, Tara, and the entire crew were awesome to work with. They went above and beyond to get me safely back to Medford. Great people, with can do attitudes. Thanks for being awesome!!!

I had an issue with my car only 3 months months after having it serviced at a different firestone. I took it into the Corvallis firestone and they helped me with everything. They made sure to look at my car entirely and got my car in last minute for an alignment and new tires. I'm so happy they helped me out with every thing in one day! They are amazing and I will definitely recommend them

They make it easy to schedule an appointment on the app. When I got there they greeted me and took my truck and serviced it. They were courteous and friendly it made me feel like I was a special customer. I will definitely be going back.

These people wasted two days of my life without ever even touching my car. I drove from Eugene to Albany, picked up a car from a dealer, and drove it to the nearest Firestone in Corvallis for inspection - this Firestone. I had an appointment, and the car sat there until closing without ever being touched. They assured me all afternoon that it would get done. It did not. I came back two days later. The car sat there for three hours after my appointment time and never got touched. I told them I was not waiting until closing for nothing again. They either needed to get started on my car or get my key. The desk clerk stepped into the shop. The person behind me said, "I'll never come here again. I had an appointment to pull a nail from my tire and it took them over 5 hours." The clerk returned with an almost comically long list of excuses. I had to cut her off just to get my key and leave.Twice I drove for over an hour to have this car inspected. Twice I sat there for hours watching these clowns fall all over themselves in the garage - talking to each other about putting the wrong size parts in and all of their screw ups they were wasting time to fix. And I watched a parade of unhappy customers coming in to complain about all kinds of screw ups they neglected to fix. And I watched them blunder on the computer unable to figure out how to fix their own billing mistakes and on and on . . . And twice I drove another hour to get home afterward having accomplished absolutely nothing because of these people. Two days of my life were wasted over one inspection that should have taken less than two hours. And I work nights. So do that math. I was pissed to the tenth power. From everything I've seen, heard, and experienced from them, I don't believe they could figure out how to pour water out of my boot if there were instructions printed on the sole. Much like the very next customer in line behind me, I will never go to Firestone again - disgraceful.

Ramon is great, my tire was leaking slowly and he patiently took time to find out a such small nail in my tire which was causing the problem and got it fixed quickly without any charge! Great service! Thank you!

Good communication and service. My vehicle needed to be towed. The team at firestone diagnosed the issues, communicated those with the associated cost, and had be back on the road quickly given the impromptu visit. Thanks!

The manager, Earl, is very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely a car guy . Thank you for showing us the issues with our tires. Also for completing maintenance and safety inspection. I feel much safer with that completed and riding on our new tires. We actually noticed how much smoother and quieter the car is now with the tires Earl recommenced. Looking forward to a little better gas mileage too!

Should've paid the old employees more, instead they all quit. You lost my business outside of lifetime alignments. Can you tell me where the old shop manager went? He's the reason I kept coming here.

Do not go here! Here is my story, I purchased two brand new tires from them about one year ago. I went in there because I ran over a nail, and it punctured a hole in one of my tires (that had not been purchased from them). They refused to fix it because they claimed the tread was to low (see pictures of my old tires below), and insisted that I buy two brand new tires from them. I asked if they would match another companies tire prices, they said they would. I found one for cheaper, and then they refused to match the price because they did not believe me it was the exact same tire. I left, and drove two mins down the street to Les Schwab and they fixed the nail in my tire for free. This week I go back to get my tires rotated, they refuse to rotate the tires because they claim the tread is to low on my old tires. Then they recommended that I get an alignment, even though I had an alignment done by them when I purchased my two new tires (about a year ago). Note, it's recommended you get an alignment every three years). Just another quick way to scam people.

As a future customer reading this, I hope you take care to read the most recent reviews about this Firestone location. I bought tires here in the past and everything was efficient and fine. Rotations come free when you buy tires here. Unfortunately this means nothing now as I can't seem to get them to see my car. I've made three appointments in the last 2 weeks and shown up to all of them. Everytime they asked me to reschedule. After the last time I had given up on trying. I brought my car in the third time and it sat in the parking lot for 2 1/2 hours. When I came to pick it up all I heard was "sorry it didn't make it into the bay". What's the point of making appointments when it means nothing to these people? The laughable part is all of the 'honesty' and 'integrity' decor in the reception. Do not waste your time here. This place is a joke and deserves to go out of business.

I d have to do agree 100% with the comments made by Cas and thus is why I ve chosen to make a review of my own. I was an employee at this location just as she was. I genuinely loved my job, the customers and the mechanics while working here. Unfortunately the current manager John is only concerned with making sales and he will tell you practically anything to do so. It s not about providing honest, quality, customer service. Or having your return business for years to come. It s about how many large tickets he can have cash out by the end of the day. As a result he s running this place into the ground. The reviews are spot on with how they describe the services received, especially those mentioning John himself. Even if this means selling parts and services that the customer does not want or even need at the time.I ve been in the industry for over 10 years at many different levels, from ownership to service tech. The current manager at this location is the one percent who gives the other 99% of us a bad reputation. It s not about taking care of the customers at this location and the reviews as of late should warn those who choose to conduct business here. If you value honesty and quality service I d recommend taking your business anywhere but here.

I think this is absolutely ridiculous that tires cant be rotated or alligned on weekend due to having one technician thats certified and off. I paid good money for this service along with my tires. So if other customers come in needing tires desparatley youre gonna have to turn them away because you dont have someone. Ridiculous!!! Transfer someone from another store for the meantime. You cant tell me all your stores have one certified technician!!!! I think ill be taking my business elsewhere. Wish the old manager Earl was still there.Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Oil change

I tried to buy a set of tires, employing Firestone's price match policy. First visit, assistant manager says he can't do it, no reason given. I issued an online complaint and soon got a call from the store manager, John, who assured me that the price would be honored, and that he'd have an out-the-door price ready for the appointment we made for a few days later. When I arrived for that appointment, John did not have the price ready, and he was shy two technicians. I rescheduled again, with John reassuring me that all would be ready. When I arrived for that appointment, JOHN WASN"T THERE. I left. John called me later that day with the same spiel as before, and we made another appointment, which I WILL NOT BE GOING TO. After being jerked around and inconvenienced so much, I am finished with this place, and will be happy to take my business elsewhere

I've been a customer for years and it has absolutely gone downhill since Earl left. The people behind the desk don't know what they are doing, and the most recent man I talked to mumbled into the phone and had no customer service skills whatsoever. You can FEEL it on them, how shady and unprofessional they've become. I'm contesting charges because I've been charged for work the last 2-3 times I've brought it in in the last few months, and they haven't fixed the issue. I've called twice today and no one has answered the phone. It didn't even go to voicemail. The only reason I go here is because I have a line of credit but it looks like I'll need to be going somewhere else from now on.

Absolute trash service. Used to be amazing til the got a new manager. Dropped my car off for a noon appointment 3 hours ago and was told it still was going to be another hour. It was an oil change and tire rotation it doesn t take 4 hours.

They used to be SO much better when John was manager. My last trip was a bit disappointing. To be fair, woman at the counter gave me $20 off my bill when I voiced my frustrations. That did help lessen some of the sting, I trusted John to take care of me and i miss that.

I have been in a few times now. Everytime they give me a time estimate of 1 to 2 hours, but everytime it takes about 4 hours. This makes it so I have to sit/walk around for the long. Also the first time I had an appointment for a tire change, just to be told they dont have the tires after an hour of my car being there, and i was given another week before they would have it. Not to mention the guy on the desk takes absolutely forever to do anything.I will not be going to this location again.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I drove from Louisiana and bought my vehicle here after having issues with my thermostat. The price was reasonable and I was in and out in no time. The employees here was very knowledgeable, nice and helpful. I really appreciate everyone working here. You guys are awesome. Please keep up the good work.

I worked at this location, and loved my job there. However, the new manager John is a salesman who is only focused on numbers and not the people he employs or the customers in the shop. I recommend Les Schwab.

4 hour drive to Salem. 3 hours in, my dog and I are ready to be done but I got a "low tire pressure" warning. Pulled over and filled it to 35 from 22. 30 miles later, I got the same warning.I called the nearest Firestone at 12:59. I gave them a heads up and pulled in at 1:20. A heavy set man was walking out to help a beautiful lady with her kids in the car. She had low tire pressure as well. I was pulling in as he walked out to help her. I walked up and waited by the building with my dog, as he helped her. She asked what the charge was and he answered, "a smile". When he finished, I walked up for help and he seemed to have forgotten about me. He walked out back and lit a cigg with 2 other workers. He was in my line of sight and didn't come to ask if I needed help. I was outside with my dog unable to go in, I had to get someone's attention inside and got some help. It's 2:12, the tire is fixed, it was a nail. I'm sitting in my car now waiting for the paperwork and my key. He says he will be out soon.Don't come here if you can avoid it.

Quoted one price for a tire ($131) ended up being $161 plus another $50 in various fees. Bait and switch. They screwed up/broke the drain in my oil pan. Claimed it was that way when I arrived. Sorry. Nope. Their tech effed it up. The clerk was VERY slow, the computer records were screwed up having my van confused with someone else's Kia.I will never return to this business. Nope. Nada. Never.Zero stars if I could.Services: Tires, Brakes, Oil change

I ve had to reschedule my appt twice (a week apart) because they wouldn t have enough employees to even inspect my car. I have to drive all the way back to Arizona soon. I don t live in Oregon so I can t wait another week to schedule especially if they aren t reliable. During weekdays, I am busy working for my internship so I can only schedule on weekends. They didn t even call me to tell me they don t have enough people to inspect my car before I drove there.

Set up an appointment over the phone. When we arrived for our appointment we spoke with the same woman as on the phone who let us know she had left herself a more to scheduleus, but "couldn't read her own hand writing" so never scheduled us. The books for the day had filled up and she couldn't schedule us until the following week. Needless to say we went to a more local shop.
