I got in a car crash and my bumper was ripped off. Came to Caliber. I told them that I had a custom paint job on my car, so they might have a difficult time matching paint colors. They matched my paint EXACTLY! You can't even tell that the paint jobs were done by two separate people.Very good customer service, everyone is friendly. They got the job done faster than they predicted, a week earlier. They kept in regular contact with me throughout the process as well. I really appreciated that!I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs post-collision work done!

If you get into a major accident, you are best skipping this place. They absolutely duped me and gave a price to fix my wrecked vehicle that was still running otherwise. Then, after they inspected it, the price quite literally QUADRUPLED. The car was deemed a loss because they had ripped it open and it could not be safely driven after they ripped the paneling off. Then they charged me nearly $400 for the cost of everything, which is the price a wrecking company would be PAYING me for the car. I cant believe they get away with this every day. I could not reccomend them LESS, a waste of my time, a waste of my money a waste of my TRUST.

Today I worked with Rubie Hines (who was on loan to the Philomath shop) and she was truly amazing. Patient and kind, explained everything clearly, made me feel that me wanting to understand (and struggling to) was reasonable and important, walking through multiple scenarios with me, explaining pricing proactively, talking about how things work with insurance, and just generally a person I really enjoyed working with and appreciated. THANK YOU RUBIE! I also took this to mean that she has had good training, and that the company is willing to be flexible with customers and wants them to be comfortable with what happens and the costs. I haven't had any work done yet, so this review is just about the customer service.

After discovering multiple scratches on the side of our new car, we decided to schedule an appointment with Caliber Collision. This was our first time to their business, and after our excellent experience there, we decided we needed to give them a review. First of all, they were super friendly and very professional, and second, they offered to try buffing out the scratches even before doing our estimate. After only a few minutes waiting, our car was back to looking new again, and all with no charge! Thank you, Caliber Collision!

Called in after a major wreck and the office lady Mel, not only talked me through anxiety, but also assured me that caliber will take great care of my car and get it back out on the road. She was right! I will never use another collision shop Caliber is just too great!

My car had minor body damage with paint scratches. I visited this place. They looked at the damage and literally fixed the paint within 20min without even asking for money..just for good deeds. They also gave me tips how to fix some other minor damage myself. Literally, they game the part numbers and explained how to fixed it myself. I recommend this body shop.

Having an incident with your car can be an extremely stressful experience, but from my first interaction with Caliber my stress level was immediately reduced. Peter made an initial assessment of the damage and once he found out my insurer, he offered suggestions for my path forward, which made everything easier. There are not many auto-body options in Corvallis, but even if there were I'd come back to Caliber every time.

They were so helpful as I navigated my first (and hopefully only!) collision. Very kind, helped me get set up with a rental car and with insurance claims. They made an intimidating process very accessible and as easy as it could be. Highly recommend Caliber in Corvallis!

If you are in the unfortunate position of having to deal with repairing your vehicle in these trying times, you will be extremely pleased with the people and service at Caliber. Consistent communication and simply awesome customer service from arrival to pickup, I was very impressed, plus my ride looks hella good!

Peter and Pat saved my window. I was in Corvallis visiting friends when my driver side window got stuck. At 8am on Monday, Peter and Pat sorted my window allowing me to drive back home to Canada in comfort. Fast, reliable, kind and professional. The people at Caliber Collision were fantastic and ready to help. Thanks again and ill be back in Corvallis again because of Peter and Pat.

I made a call to Caliber Collision in Corvallis Oregon the other day because I was needing to get my car repaired. The staff there was amazing and they were able to get my car in right away for repairs. I was beyond appreciative for them with the way they were able to take care of my needs in such a quick manner.
