My daughter needed a car battery while going to college in Corvallis. Dad wasn't there to help on this one. She took the car to Jay at Battery X-Change on a busy day and they got her back on the road in no time at all! He explained everything to her and was very respectful! They had plenty of quality batteries in stock, the price was the best in town and they even took my payment over the phone from another state. It was great to know that I can trust Battery X-Change with making sure that my daughter and her car were in good hands!

I thought my battery was bad, went there and they told me that I still have a good battery. Still I bought theirs.Turned out its not my battery s fault. Went back and ask them if they do returns, they dont, but, the guy told me its okay I got you and gave me a refund.Very easy to talk to and honest. Because of that I will buy batteries from them.

Had a dead battery but we weren't sure but Matt was able to diagnose that our battery was unable to hold the charge and for alternator was good. He was able to get us into a refurbished battery that is working perfectly even installed it which is something that would have been hard for us to do. He was very personal very professional and made the whole transaction easy to do. I highly recommend battery exchange for your new battery.

Matt seems to be one of the good guys, helping run a very honest business with integrity and honesy.... My daughter's car was having starting issues and I am 2 hours away so I sent her I to Battery X-change. Without just trying to sell her a battery, Matt tested it, then put it on a charger AND in the end she didn't need a battery!! NO charge for the service He did not try to sell us something we did not need.... You guys have customers for life.

Absolute top shelf business! My car battery is hard to get to, and these guys did it cheaper than anyone else by half! Great prices, great service, perfect 10/10.

Battery X-Change is a solid little outfit, and I recently had a great experience. I needed something new for a F250, and after chatting briefly on the phone, I stopped by and had a new one installed within 20 minutes.Friendly service, knowledgeable advice, and solid products. Great local business, and I ll be taking my other cars and trucks there, along with recommending them to friends and family An honest review from an average guy who needed a battery for his truck - no affiliation.

Went in for an oil change. They broke the drain/plug on my car. Need a whole new oil pan kit! That 420.00 dollars. Didn't offer to pay for fixing it.!So an update on my car. They were very nice an paid to fix my oil pan. So happy to see that great customer service in the end. Thanks John i really appreciated u doing that.

My battery is dead. After I jump started the car and drove to the store, it was near the shop-closing time. Jeff greeted me friendly, and replaced my battery without any hesitation despite the fact that he would stay late because of it. Changing battery on my car was not as straight as most other cars, it required to remove a cross bar, and bolted the battery down on the frame, in other words, it took more time and efforts than usual. Jeff was very patient, and he did a thorough installation with a smile on his face all the time. Nice job, nice guy! Thank you Jeff!

They have such great service. Literally no place in town gives better service and better options for different price ranges of products, depending on what you are looking for that day. I highly recommend checking this place out.

Great shop!! Hector is the kindest fella ever! Super helpful and honest. Had me call to check on my battery's warranty before spending more cash. So thoughtful! Also, he beat every competitor's price in town. Highly recommended!

I'd suggest you ignore the "horrible experience" review, which does not match my experience at all. Jeff Robinson, the manager, was extremely helpful on my three visits: each time a different problem, each time the same friendly can-do attitude. As I told Jeff, I don't mind paying a little extra over prices I might find by surfing around, for the kind of help he provides.

I received excellent service. The young man who helped me was very pleasant and installed my new battery quickly. I am sure I was not there longer than 20 minutes. I am very happy happy to recommend this business.

10/10 amazing service! I'd just gotten a jump start and they checked my battery for charge, and since it didn't end up needing charging they didn't charge me a thing! And the staff was super friendly and professional too.

Went in for an oil change. Jeff was very helpful and efficient. He quickly changed the oil and pointed out a leak in my power steering without being pushy or trying to sell a service. Would recommend.

Jeff was very helpful and knowledgeable, and reasured me that the problem I feared was my alternator was indeed just my battery. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. Jeff was very kind and understanding and was a huge help.Thank you Jeff and battery exchange!Visit these guys rather than the other guys, they are so nice it's worth it.

Really great experience. I went to Corvallis Battery first but their batteries were a little out of my price range. They recommended I try battery exchange for something more affordable.Hector was awesome. He installed my new battery and even fixed my cracked battery terminal for free. I'm so used to even small fixes costing an arm and a leg with cars that I almost didn't believe that he'd just fix the terminal for free. I'll definitely be back if I need more battery help in corvallis.

The attendant was extremely helpful and took the time to explain the process to me when I had questions. He also didn't try to sell me anything extra that I really didn't need just to make a profit. It was great!

The service was fantastic. They knew exactly what needed to be fixed, were able to do it quickly and effectively, and charged me less than les schwab was going to charge for the same job. The individual who helped me was willing to answer any questions i had and was very accommodating.

Their prices are good and they are honest. They quoted me the same price when I came in as when I talked to them in the phone a week ago. And they threw in a free quart of oil when I got my battery changed.

I highly recommend this place. The man working there (whose name I unfortunately forgot) gave me the best customer service. He gave us good deals and discounts. It was swift, easy and cheap! Love it

Excellent service. My battery died while parked across the street. The technician walked over, jumped started the car, and replaced the battery all within 10 minutes, and honored the warranty saving me $60.

Very fast, helpful, and reasonably priced service when my car was having problems with the alternator and battery. Looks like they also have good deals for regular car maintenance too so I plan on coming back!

Great customer service. I got a jump of a very dead battery by AAA and they suggested I head here. Made it there and they charged the battery up in about 3 hours (for $5), then tested it and gave me the A OK without trying to sell me another battery when I didn't need it!

I loved this place when Jacob was running things. Turns out they screwed him over big time and now he has his own shop in Corvallis. Now this shop is a disgrace and they go out of their way to bad mouth other shops just to try and make themselves look good.

I bought a reconditioned battery for my 1993 car for less than half the new battery cost. The guy was knowledgeable and answered my questions politely. The battery is guaranteed 6 months.
