Had my iPhone 12 battery in stock and ready to replace when I scheduled the day before. Dropped it off and had it ready within a couple hours. Had me double check function of cameras and speakers myself when I came to pick it up which I liked. Works great.

I rarely post reviews but if someone else can benefit from my experience, I will make an exception. Right after I had my cracked screen replaced, I started having problems with my phone. I spoke with the manager who was dismissive and did not even acknowledge that either the screen was defective or the tech incompetent. He offered to put the cracked screen back on and give me a refund. It seemed to me that there was a chance that it would damage the phone and an Apple tech agreed. When I suggested that I replace the screen and bring back the Batteries Plus screen and the protective cover (which had started to peel away), he resisted. I had to insist. When I brought the screen and the screen protector for a refund, the manager told me that the screen protector I returned was not what had been installed there and that I would only get a refund for the screen. It didn't make sense that the reputable phone repair company that replaced the Batteries Plus screen would give me someone else's protector. From beginning to end, this was a dreadful experience.

Amazing customer service. Every single person that have helped me have been amazing! It is now my go to place. They have preplaced my car key battery, broken phone screen and lifetime watch battery replacement! Friendly, knowledgeable and quick service! This place MUST go for electronic problem and the very least, they recommend other places to go to !

I m peeved! Brought my fob in for a battery replacement a little over 4 months ago. $15.99. Now getting low battery message so brought it back with my receipt and was told I purchased the one time replacement instead of the lifetime replacement. My original battery lasted 4 years. I don t care what I purchased, I should not have to replace it after 4 months. I told the sales person I ll take my business elsewhere. His reply was have a nice day. My husband and I always try to shop local but sad to say they have lost my business.

Had a great experience on a previous visit. This visit although I informed staff that I had just had surgery, they insisted that there would be a $20 charge to remove and replace my car battery. I was also told that the employee had "just watched a video" on how to replace my battery. After a bit of back and forth, my adrenaline was up and I yanked the battery out by myself. I had removed the cables already. It took me 3 seconds. After bringing out the new battery, again, the employee had been instructed by the manager not to install it. It took me less than a minute to drop it in, secure it and put the cables on. All over a charge of $20 because of the difficulty in replacing it. I have purchased several batteries here before but will be hard pressed to do so again.

I have had my iphone fixed 2x by these guys! They are extremely knowledgeable and can do a turnaround in 1 day. I will definitely try them first for any screen repair and phone dysfunction- They are great!

Fantastic service. Had a car battery go out on moving day so I gave the store a call hoping to get a new one fast. Collin let me know that it'd only take about a half hour to get it swapped out. Showed up and the team here got working on it right away.About fifteen minutes later, they were finished. Everything worked great. Collin was polite, professional, and helped me get back to my move. Would absolutely recommend this place, and will happily come back in the future.

This place is good but a worker that goes by the name is great! I called because I was having issues with my phone, and he took the time and patience from his self to help me soft reset my phone. Great, funny, and helpful guy, I hope they treat him well there!

I always have an excellent experience when I need to do business here. Most recently, I had to get my Note 20 Ultra's screen repaired. They originally said it would take a week and a half for the part to repair my screen to get there; but the gentleman behind the counter made some calls and was able to have another employee from a different store drive it over so I could get my phone repaired the next day. To me, that is going above and beyond. To make it better, they do same day repairs (even on newer models like my phone). They are always super friendly, courteous and just all around a good staff they have working there. Oh, and they did 10/10 work on my phone - it feels brand new! Thanks Batteries Plus!

Outstanding service! Great prices! I had no idea the store had so much to offer. Batteries for everything (including cell phones) and all the accessories for a reasonable price. Bought several Christmas presents at great prices. I didn't catch the two men's names that helped me, but they were awesome - hope they stick around. Great employees!

Corvallis location employees are amazing. We had a RV battery issue 1 day before we were to leave for a 2 week vacation. They got us on the road as scheduled. They went above and beyond. Great customer service!

Woke up to my phone not being able to start even tho I tried to cycle it on and off, no matter what I did the phone would not turn on. When I went to Battery s plus they were very quick and and helpful. Erik was quick to show me the steps to reboot my iPhone, thank you!

Wonderful experience today at Batteries Plus! Thought my phone was broken, they ordered me parts, but I'd just put my screen protector on incorrectly. Erik did some trouble shooting and my phone was back, 100%. No charge. So gracious! Also got a good recommendation on the Simple Snap screen protector which he carefully applied. Took his time, ensured my phone worked great, made sure I was satisfied. Very knowledgeable! Highly recommend this place for phone repair. Love their vintage games too!!

I brought a broken phone in to be repaired, every interaction so far seemed professional, I did receive a call the phone was ready, I picked it up and all seemed well, I put it in its case and headed home, when took it out of the case the back came off.I emailed and got an apology and they agreed to install a new back if I stopped by when I came to town (a 2 hour drive each way), I arrived and was told they would re-glue the old back instead of the new official Samsung back promised. I insisted on the new back, finally he agreed and I was told to allow 2 hours, I did and did not receive a call. I came back and discovered that my phone had a new back but the wrong color.You just cannot get it right!

I went in to get my phone battery replaced after it completely died on me. They explained all my options to me, helpfully walked me through the process of what they could do, and even gave me a great deal on the service. They did the job in under 3 hours same day and my phone was working good as new afterword. I m glad to have work done so quickly and kindly.

Sales person was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Was able to order key fob and plan on programming and re-keying when fob comes in. Great prices. Store was very busy but they handled very well. Would definitely recommend!

I brought my phone in for a simple screen rapair that was supposed to take only 3 hours. Instead of it taking 3 hours it took 10 days because the technician broke my phone. Throughout the 10 days my phone was gone, I had to call many times and each time they said they would have called me with an update but they didnt have a number for me. However, I had already given them a phone number to contact 4 different times. The kicker is the phone still doesn't work so I will be going back for a refund today. I'm not even completely confident that they will give me a refund after breaking my phone. It is unreasonable and I have told absolutely everyone I know not to go to batteries + bulbs. I let them know it is worth going out of town for a phone repair where they will hold themselves accountable and have better customer service.

Bobby was extremely helpful! He was the only employee there at the time and he took care of all the customers quickly, solved several weird problems for all of us, fielded phone calls, and did it all with a smile on his face. I am very happy with the service he provided and will definitely visit this store first if I have any electronics issues!

The staff was extremely helpful in fixing my iPhone; the screen was literally dead upon arrival and they were able to replace it and get it working again. They were very professional and courteous with the stress of losing my lifeline to my job. They also were able to deliver it completed sooner than promised. Great job you guys in Corvallis!

These guys came in clutch and helped me out of tight spot. When MY phone dropped it didn't break the screen but damaged the power button. It was jammed in the down position and they used 'outside the box thinking' to solve a problem i was unable to. Not only was the price fair, but Patrick and his associates were super helpful answering my questions and very respectful at every step. I was pleasantly surprised by Batteries Plus selection and will be giving them my business in the future.

Ordered online for store pickup due to not being able to ship Lithium batteries. The manager called immediately after placing the order to confirm that the item was correct, and it was ready to go with very helpful staff when went to pick it up. Very pleased with service at all levels.

Very friendly and fast. Erik is the one who helped me out, and was very nice to get my phone screen replaced as soon as he could!5/31/18 - Another time - Once again, I broke my screen and Erik helped me again! Absolutely wonderful experience the second time as well. Made sure I got a new replacement with my warranty and recommended the type of case to get that would be better for my lifestyle. Highly recommend this place for screen repairs!

Erik was a lifesaver. My key fob for my 2016 Hyandi Elantra push button start car, was flushed down a toilet. He found the fob for my car at a Salem store and had it sent to Corvallis. Within 3 days of the incident they had the fob. He then had to sit in my car and program the fob to it in 100 degree heat. Everything went very smoothly and my car started right up. Thank you so much for everything you guys are amazing.

Overall a good experience, however, there were a couple of issues that presented a minor frustration. First, the repair to my iPad was one day later than promised (not a big issue). The other issue was that I was told that I could receive a veterans discount of 10% off of the repair, however, when I picked it up, I was told that discount didn't apply to repairs - only products. He did take $10 off so that was something, but would be nice if the employees had a consistent story across the board.
