Management needs to teach a lesson in customer service at this location. I like supporting good local businesses with positive reviews, but my experience at this Corvallis location was negative. I was told one price for the part I need at the Eugene location only to hear it went up 33% a day later. Headed over to Pick-A-Part for the same piece at the price BR Eugene quoted. Good job front end guy, you lost a sale, get to hang on to scrap, and now got your biz a bad review.

Called and ordered a Subaru differential from April on Monday, we sent a couple emails back and forth to make sure we got some extra attached parts we needed, she promised it by Friday. They delivered it early on Wednesday WITH the extra mounts I needed. How's that for customer service!

Car got towed for "being abandoned" parked near where I live. Was a really frustrating and stressful situation but they were very understanding of my situation and act were super nice. Easy to work with, quick customer service, and made such a generous offer to help out considering my position as just another broke college student .

I highly recommend B & R Auto Wrecking for getting parts for your car or truck. These guys have super low prices and they ship at lightning speed. I saved over $500 on two windshield wiper motors and wouldn't think twice about hitting these guys up first the next time I'm looking for parts. They know what they're doing, spot on!

I run a taxi co. We have KIA Souls and need parts from time to time. Every time at least 6 yrs they have had at least at 1 of the 7 I've been to. I look nowhere else. Awesome Service people actually helping. Thank you EVERYONE

"Wow, B&R Wrecking in Corvallis, Oregon really messed up big time! Their communication was a total disaster, customer service was a joke, shipping took ages, they totally flaked on the promised discount, and to top it off, they couldn't care less about their customers. Stay far away from that place, seriously, it's a total letdown."

These guys are not very good at customer support, in my opinion. I ordered one tire from them and they told me to check in the next day to see if it is ready yet... it has now been over 7 days, numerous calls & emails, and the tire is still apparently on the vehicle and not ready for pickup. They also don't respond to the emails and don't call you back, so don't expect any response there.In the meantime, the tire on my truck that I need to replace is dangerously low on tread. I'm going to be pissed if I get stuck changing a tire because these jackwagons can't get their stuff together. Nobody there can tell me why it is taking so long...every time I call the wait is 10-15 mins on hold. And here's the kicker, I've already paid for it!Update: I finally got a hold of the guy that sold me the tire, and apparently it got "lost". They told me that they can replace it with a tire from Nevada but it will take another 4 days :(. Terrible.

My 17 year old son had all four wheels stolen off his Honda Civic just two days after bringing it home. Larry Rhodes at B&R offered up his companies services to find new wheels for him. Within just hours we received these excellent replacements which got my son back on the road with a minimum of fuss. The wheels we received were cleaned up and in really good condition. I am so grateful to have such a good company here in Corvallis. I also learned that when they had a fire earlier in the year, B&R made a huge effort to make sure their employees kept their jobs. No one got laid off. A business that can keep track of their inventory so competently as well as being compassionate for the trials of the customers is a business I happily support.Update: B&R responded to a request to lift the car to put on the new wheels quickly and professionally. Exceedingly affordable rate as well as polite, courteous service. It was a nice touch that he wanted to make sure the car would start before he left.

Very helpful. First time at a wrecking yard in many years. Vehichels very easy to find. Prices seem fair after calling a few places. Helpful tip the vehicals have their location spraypainted on the window, so you know exactly where they are.

Yesterday, I bought a battery here for a pretty decent price. However, when I asked for a battery with a specific group size I was told, "The batteries are over there". I asked for help finding the right battery and the guy replied, "I don't really know about the batteries." So I went over to the stack of batteries and spent a long period of time trying to hunt down the right battery. As I was searching, I overheard the guy who refused to help me, making a personal phone call to one of his friends that were going to be borrowing his dad's truck and whatnot for the day. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. I usually don't have any issues shopping and doing business with B&R Auto Wrecking and I typically get my car parts for really good prices here. I have been a repeat customer with them for many years however this experience has really left a sour taste in my mouth.

A friend s car was impounded after a bogus arrest for DUI which will be fought in court. The process to get the car back was a ripoff! They were not told the process or true cost. $100 to cops for a release document and then $350 to B&R for less than 24 hours. They tried to add another $85 to that saying it was 2 days. What a scam! The corruption of this system is reprehensible!

I recently purchased a grille for my Chrysler Aspen, and I would highly recommend buying from B&R Auto Wreck. The price was more than fair, and it was shipped in a timely fashion despite my living on the opposite side of the country. Mitch A, at B&R Auto wrecking, is FANTASTIC!!!This is the first time I've ever used an auto wrecking service. I needed to find a part and was having difficulty. Mitch came to the rescue! B&R is my go to place for parts for my rigs. They are friendly and knowledgeable and they have a number of locations in the Northwest so you can go online and search for parts and get them shipped to you. Their pick lots is organized which I appreciate.

First time using the wrecking yard. The man at the counter was friendly and kindly provided a brief orientation about how the place works. I took my tool out into the yard, and I retrieved the part I was looking for. The whole process was smooth.

These guys are awesome! The Bend location listed the part we needed on their website, so we called to confirm it was there. We had a three hour drive (one way) to pick it up, so wanted to be sure.They had it, but upon learning our location, checked that the Corvalis shop had one (they did!) and even went above and beyond to call ahead and make sure they had eyes on the part; then gave us a call back to confirm!Our trip was shortened to a little over an hour, one way and the folks at the shop had the part waiting for us!So professional, and friendly!

They do not answer the phone or call back. If you need to know what parts they have you have to go there in person and find out. The parts service over the phone will not call you back and keep you on hold for eternity. Very unprofessional

They sold me a bad differential which is now costing me double the labor to get it replaced again. I waited a week for them to get to the mechanic and after my 16 hour train ride back to Salem the mechanic tells me it s a back part. There s a loud grinding sound which is the same sound it made before it broke. They won t get me a refund unless I drive it all the way back risking it breaking. Then I d have to get it towed to a mechanic and go through the same process once again

You're likely to find a part, but you might check it before you pay for it. I ordered a fender for my car, it was the right color which is nice, they had it shipped from another location, but the flange where it bolts onto the frame was all mangled from them trying to take it off. So now I have to spend some time hammering that all out to get the fender to bolt up right. Just keep in mind it is coming from a junkyard so before you pay any thing, check out the part, or take it off yourself if they'll allow you.

UPDATE: you can see below that B&R replied saying they have an idea on how to help me, but never responded to my messages or did anything to help.WORST customer service experience of my life. I went in with a foreign exchange student who had had his motorcycle towed. The first day they said it would cost $375 to get it back, but by the time the student was able to get some money, it had been three days and would now cost him $975. He begged them to give him a better deal as he only had $500, and that was all his rent and food money. I believe it was the owner/manager we were speaking to, and he was incredibly condescending, disrespectful, and insensitive. He called the student a liar, told him to shut up , said he was acting a fool , and pointed to his head asking him why he couldn t get what he was saying through his head. He used intimidation tactics, and a patronizing and condescending tone of voice. I noticed that he changed his attitude and was respectful when he was talking to me, a white person. I will never support a business that treats foreigners so badly.

Friendly and reasonable in pricing, even moreso if you are willing to pull a part yourself. They will try to accommodate most needs thoroughly, can order parts, and they're the primary tow service in Corvallis. Cheap like-new and used tires with quality tread left on em. Would recommend often

Wife and I took a trip over to B&R to see if they had some dash parts for her Wrangler.The Team there was exceptionally kind to us and provided a map and some other directions to locate our vehicle in the yard. The yard was one of the most organized yards I've ever seen. For a rainy day the lanes in the yard were kept up nice with gravel so not really much mud to deal with.We were able to locate the wranglers quickly and remove the parts needed within minutes . Took them back to the office to pay and the sales person was easy going informative and friendly. Thank you B&R
