Jordan potentially saved my life yesterday as my rear left piston seal on my brakes failed and I was getting no power in the rear. Excellent customer service and down to Earth staff. You guys rock!!

I am beyond unimpressed with the attitude of the staff that's working here today. My request for potentially stored product was met with a rude "We don't have any if it's not with the ones you have" and then while I waited for my husband after I had checked out, I listened to the same guy virtually berate someone that sounded like they may be from Ukraine or another area close to there who was clearly having difficulty with the language. The amount of rudeness that he expressed was unbelievable.

I walked in and was not greeted.I approached the manager who had no customer in his queue, he told me he was busy putting parts in the computer. (Main issue)I used the restroom.I returned to the front with a serpentine belt I thought was correct for my car. (my fault, although a double check for application of product being sold would be nice)We went through checkout process.It is not the right belt.I asked questions about another possible issue.No solution was found.I have a serpentine belt that does not fit my car.I was asked to put my email in when I checked out. I told the cashier I put it in wrong. He kinda shrugged it off. I saw a button on the screen that said print receipt.I asked for a printed receipt and then was given one.

I came in with my Subaru having headlight issues and Sam and Mitchel were working. These guys did a stellar job and went above and beyond to help me. I left with new headlights and oil in my car. I would highly recommend.

Sam at this location was so helpful! I wasn t able to find my car make/model in their book for windshield wiper blades. He not only looked it up for me on his computer, but came out to my car to check an attachment piece and offered to install them. He was patient and kind, and went above and beyond. Thank you!

Stopped in after my battery light suddenly went on while running errands, which was weird as it was a new battery. The employee, whose name I did not get, checked my battery and ran codes, but everything came up fine. As I was about to leave, he asked if he could check my alternator, and his hunch was right. It was about to die. Without his quick thinking I don't think my car would have made it the couple hours home. I really appreciate him going out of his way to help me. So, so helpful!

Both times I've gone here in need of a new headlight the customer service has been excellent! They helped me find the correct bulb, showed me price options and then went out to my car and put the new bulb in. Today it was Brian C. that helped me- he was great! Highly recommended!

Sent an employee over there for a part after he called and they confirmed it was "in stock". Once he arrive he was told it was at the hub in Eugene. That's not what in stock means your other counter seller agreed. That's 40 minutes away or overnight if you ordered it. He started to place the order then realized he was driving to Eugene and could pick it up instead since the store/hub is close to where he was going. Counter person said no problem, he called down there to tell them to set the order he just placed aside as we were going to just pick it up. They said they can't its already on an order........ our order that we just made 2 minutes before the conversation.... We said cancel the order and we will just come down and buy it.....They can't cancel the order they have to wait until it ships to the Corvallis location to cancel it... makes zero sense. Is this really how a MULTI-BILLION dollar corporation works ? Frustrate the customer until we take our business elsewhere.

I just wanted to give a quick shout out to Carlos and Angel who on separate occasions today made an old geezer smile. First thing this morning my Check Engine Light came on. Carlos checked it out and found out that I needed my fuel cap tightened and an oil change. I drive an experienced vehicle (180,000 miles), so I thought the worst when that light came on. However, instead of needing extensive repairs, I walked away smiling. After a quick go at the local car wash, I noticed I needed new wiper blades, so back to AutoZone. The front blades went on without a problem but the rear blade just didn t fit. This time Angel helped me configure the plastic thingy so the blade fit perfectly. It s this kind of service that keeps people coming back sometimes twice in the same day. Hate going here. The female who "helped" me didn't even care about what kind of car I had, but immediately prescribed the incorrect type of power steering fluid for my vehicle -- all while being rude and condescending. Instead of offering to check compatibility, she merely asked the car make and read the bottle assuming, I suppose, that I am so simple minded that I cannot read the bottle myself. I returned the items after confirming in several sources that she gave terrible product advice. Save yourself the trip and go elsewhere.

Got a new battery and a terminal connector for it, and was helped by Phil H, who was extremely helpful and friendly. Had several weird things going on with the old battery which made it hard to swap out, and he spent a good while figuring it out and making sure everything was connected right. Very much appreciated, and I'm sure I'll be back in the future.

They got the parts to fix your daily. Might be more expensive than online but there is no shipping and you get it instantly. Worth it when you need the part now. They hired a super cute blonde recently too.

We went in today because we needed to refill the refrigerant and thought our gauge must be broken. Phillip Howard was extremely helpful, showed me what I had been doing incorrectly, and was very respectful and courteous the whole time. He helped replace our engine filter, cabin filter, and windshield wipers too. I shared that our cat needs surgery at a specialist in Eugene, and we simply couldn't drive him out there in 90+ heat with no AC, so we were chomping at the bit to get that AC fixed. Phillip was SO nice and empathetic while he helped us fix the AC. We're women, so we were fully expecting to be treated poorly, like at every auto parts store we've ever been to, but we've never had a bad experience at this Auto Zone. We even had a positive experience with a gentleman who helped change our battery last year.

Incredibly kind staff!!! The staff went way out of their way to help take care of my father in law. Absolutely the nicest people to deal with! I was an hour away and my father in law was stuck. They not only helped me, they help him! His battery on his motorcycle was dead, he was stuck in a parking lot. They had the correct battery and it was charged, I purchased this over the phone and they delivered it to him and offered to help him with installing the battery. Talk about awesome individuals and staff!!!Thank you so much!!!

Far as overall service, this place is excellent. Simple lube and stuff of that nature, this is a good spot. Double-check your prices on simple parts before buying. For some new hydraulic hinges on my hood, they wanted $60 per side. I went on eBay and got this simple part for $23 as a SET. That transaction saved me $97.

Went in this morning to get an AC recharge kit. While I know how to do a lot of the basics, I shared that this would be the first time recharging the AC. Phil pointed me in the right direction of where to find the kits, but then offered to help me recharge it right in the parking lot. I thought I was in for an hour of watching Youtube videos and stumbling through doing it, only to be done with that whole task in 5 minutes!Helpful and went above and beyond!
