My repair shop purchased 3 radiators from this company all leaked. They came with a one year warranty. Just over one year the third one leaked. My repair guy spilt the cost with me and then they sent us a damaged one. This place is awful. We purchased one somewhere else, they got it right the first time and no problems with it. I would recommend not buying part here. I'd give them 0 stars if I coulf

The customer service here was fantastic! They were very helpful and informative. I purchased a new battery for my car and they did a wonderful job installing it. Matt was kind and willing to help through the whole process. He also showed attention to detail cleaning the battery terminals, he treated my vehicle like it was his own. I would definitely recommend Advanced Auto Parts.

They had to cancel my transaction and re do it because they did it in the 'wrong order' Asked them not to because they money that was on the card that I was using won't be put back on there right away and I would need to come up with another card to use. Tried to explain to them how they could still continue on with the transaction before canceling it. I was reassured that the money would be put back on my card in a few days and its been about 2 weeks after this incident and the money was never reimbursed back onto my card. Now having to go through a dispute with my card company.

The customer service at this shop is the best I have ever received anywhere, even better than food service. Garrett helped me out and was extremely kind, knowledgeable, understanding, and helped me in every way he could with my problem. I can t say enough good things about Garrett, and hope he is considered for a raise. The staff as a whole were extremely helpful and kind. Thank you!

Very helpful workers that got my wipers replaced for me, it was unfortunate that there was no replacement side mirror in stock for my VW and they can't order one because I'd prefer to give them the money than some online faceless site.

Truck wouldn't start (just the panicking sound of the starter solenoid clicking) while away from home and without any diagnostic tools. They tested my battery and charging system, which all passed, and saved me the $150 I was about to spend on a new battery. Hopefully it was just a bad connection at the batt terminals. They might not have made the money off the battery sale (although I did end up buying some other stuff), but I'll most definitely be a return customer there. Great customer service! Cheers

I like the parts they carry but the service was absolutely pathetic. Couldnt get a clear answer out of the staffer, he struggled to answer my basic questions and did not even verify the part against what i brought in which caused me to do some custom wiring. They didnt even give me all of the pieces from the box when they pulled the new part out and took my old one with the box away. Use caution when shopping here and know what you are after. Always had good experiences in albany.

You know these guys were knowledgeable they were friendly they didn't act arrogant about maybe the people with lesser automobile knowledge helped me out and got me the right part got me the cheapest price and sent me on my way no complaints

2 words- Conner Forbes. Absolutely impeccable customer service. Conner rebuilt my McLaren transmission in the parking lot blindfolded using nothing but a paper clip and a can of Monster. He had it done in less than 20 minutes, and as a bonus he even added an extra gear for me! Can't thank him enough.

The employees are diabolical tweakers. I was treated like a dog for no reason by the staff of three, a middle aged male & female tweaker duo and an older man.

Store has a great team that will do there damned best to help you as much as possible, they do anything from obd2 scanning to wiper blade replacement for you, they will even help you trouble shoot a check engine light and if they can't help you they will direct you to a reputable car repair shop who can.

Not very smart. Went to pick up a new headlight bulb after the one I replaced 6 months ago no longer has a low beam. Mentioned that the last bulb only lasted 6 months ago and the clerk looked at the back of the package and said "they're rated for 180 hours." I told him that was 90 days of having the lights on for 2 hours and he said, "that sounds right." I just paid the $20 and left.
