I had small window in my car in need of replacement after an accident. A1 did the job, getting me in in a timely manner, my car was in&out within an hour. Pricing was affordable and staff was friendly and professional. I d refer others and would use them again if needed. Window looks great.

I was referred to A1 Glass by the general manager at Subaru of Corvallis, and I'm so glad I took their recommendation. The entire process, from scheduling to completion, was smooth and hassle-free. The technicians were professional and efficient, and my windshield replacement was done quickly and flawlessly. I highly recommend A1 Glass for their excellent service, and I'm grateful for the recommendation from Subaru of Corvallis.

Contacting their call center was instant no delay. The rep immediately understood my question and answered it completely. Then, she went above and beyond to assist with insurance questions I had not yet thought of.I arrived at my appointment five minutes early, and they were able to begin work on my car two minutes before the time slot. The chip repair only took 7-8 minutes. The technician was smart and friendly.At no point did I feel pressured to buy additional services or confused about their plan. They re in the shadow of a Toyota dealership that has never met an upsell they re not in love with.My experience with A-1 Auto Glass was as perfect as could be. For any future Auto Glass needs they will be the only entity I contact.

Excellent service and workmanship! The team at A-1 Auto Glass was amazing to work with. We had a break in Monday afternoon, they ordered the glass from another location and it was to be installed on Wednesday afternoon. They even offered to install crash wrap in the interim until our appointment. The team cleaned up the remaining glass in the vehicle that we didn t get, installed the new window and the new glass is OEM- which is great! Highly recommend the team at our local A-1 Auto Glass!!!

Replaced window was a different shade and not Toyota brand. It not match the tint of my original windows that were unchanged from when purchased at the Toyota dealership. This place claimed they don t even do tinting and that I d have to go someplace and pay out of pocket for it to be matched properly.My recommendation would be to go to a dealership or somewhere else.They re fast here, and they cleaned out the broken glass, but now I ve got an in matching window to deal with.

Took my car to fix my back window on my Chevy impala and I had my window tape up with plastic and when the took the plastic off they took a large amount of paint off on top of my car and they said they can't do anything about it. I will never go there ever again and will not send no one there to get there window fix at all.

This was my second time at A-1 for my almost 20 year old car, and both times I was blown away in the best of ways. Every employee has been so kind and personable, always charges fair and reasonable prices, and the quality of their work has been incredibly high. Will definitely be coming back if I ever need glass work! Thanks so so much, y'all!

Repeat customer, with plans to return should the need arise. (Hopefully it won't...)When a turkey flew into our windshield, and money was SUPER tight, A-1 Auto Glass was the best price for the quality I still wanted. Since then, I've recommended them to others and they have all received great customer service, a great product, and a great price. I've had to have my windshield replaced twice due to cracks from rocks on the freeway. A-1 completed both repairs and did a great job. I've never had any problems with leaking or the camera calibrating after the replacement. It was easy to get scheduled and quality work.

Adulting can be hard... but A-1 Auto Glass made it really easy! I had a huge crack on my windshield, and the whole process from getting a quote, calling to schedule an appointment, and bringing my car in was quick, easy, and efficient. The guy I talked to was super nice and informative, and it took about an hour and a half total. I haven't really ever felt inclined to leave reviews to businesses, but I was super impressed and very satisfied. This business is definitely worth your time and money. They replaced some Quaterpanel glass on my Subaru. They were fast, friendly, professional AND ABOUT 20% LESS than Safelite. I will return here for glass in the future.

Bought a used Toyota and the windshield was scratched up beyond repair. Looked for a glass shop to do the work and A-1 was, by far, the most professional shop I encountered as I tried to get a price for service and set an appointment. Dropped the truck off 30 minutes before the appointment and they had the work done well before the time they promised. The install is clean and looks great. The warranty is excellent and the employees were great to work with. Recommend.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I setup an appointment the day prior and only the Eugene shop was open. They gave me a discount for travelling, got the first appointment, and was done in an hour. They were very friendly and gave a lot of good pointers before I hit the road.

I had EXCELLENT service with this company. I got 3 quotes for a new windshield and they definately had the best price. The job was done in a very timely manner and completed earlier than the estimated time quoted. I had to return today due to a problem with my window wiper and they fixed it immediately, no charge or question, even though the issue had nothing to do with my window installation as I had thought. I absolutely would use this company in the future. Professional and friendly staff as well!!!

Needed a windshield replaced and this service provider was across from Toyota. After speaking with their reps, it was understood that some complex tasks needed to occur with a newer vehicle. We dropped the vehicle off and expected to wait a day or more for a calibration. The vehicle was done mid day and they even put the little oil change sticker back in the corner. Great customer service. There isn't many choices in the area, but the company definitely came through as a preferred choice for any future occurrences.

They repaired a rock chip on my windshied in 10 minutes and got me an appointment super quickly. Friendly, fast, helpful service! I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. The rock chip repair cost $35 as opposed to paying $250 for a new windshield after it cracked further.

I came to schedule an appointment to have a chip in my windshield repaired thinking that it may take awhile to fit in their schedule. Instead they took care of it immediately and had me out the door in 10 min! They were so efficient and kind! My car insurance would cover the damage at no charge to myself but the service repair man said not to worry about filing a claim. Their kindness and generosity made my day!

Came here to get a windshield chip repaired and was told it was going to be 35$. they finished fixing it within 5 minutes of my arrival and wouldn't let me pay. He just said to remember him for future services. I'll definitely recommend them and be back if need be!! On top of the free repair, he did a great job!

Fine work but misleading on pricing. Quoted $239 for windshield replacement when I set an appointment. They later sent a text message later saying it would be $259 if I needed heated WS (I didn't). A text message sent after I dropped the car off said it would be $259 for unheated WS. When I picked up the car, they asked for $269....not a way to run a business. Also, at first I was told that it would take 2 hrs. after drop-off. Three hours later, they still hadn't started the work. They were finally done at the 4 1/2 hour point. Half day would have been fine if I'd known, but I planned my day on the 2 hour estimate.Three stars rather than two because the young gentleman I originally spoke with was VERY helpful and friendly and service-minded...+1 for him.

Great experience at A-1. They handled my glass replacement quickly and easily, a far different experience than when I tried to have my windshield replaced by the company my insurance company had me go to first.

Truly great customer service and speed. They fixed my rock chip in 30 minutes as well as another one I had not known about for free! Recommend them to anyone with glass repair needs.
