John is a good personable and honest guy. I especially liked the fact that he is a life long local resident...very important these days folks!! He didn't over charge and was very professional. I would recommend his shop to friends and family and anyone who needs someone they can trust to work on there vehicles. See you again John!!

Nicest small shop around. Owner is very accommodating and is sure to fully advise on repair costs before proceeding with the work. Then when you arrive to pick up your vehicle, he carefully explains what each nicely outlined line item is. I'd go there again in a heartbeat.

I have been a customer of Westside Auto Repair for many years now. I've taken 4 different used vehicles in for various service and repairs. John has always provided high quality, timely, and cost effective service. He is very honest, experienced, and skilled. He is great at conversing with the customer, and I really like it that he is always willing to answer any questions to help you fully understand the diagnosis and repair options. I continue to trust his work with my family car, and I would highly recommend using this shop for any used vehicles!

John is the absolute best person to take your car to. He is honest and will tell you anything that maybe an issue. I have been going to John for many years and will continue to support this business because of the foundation of integrity in which this business is built on. I limped in with my car on a Friday with no appt. after it suddenly broke down that morning. John had a full plate before the weekend but he still managed to take a look and worked a miracle to have it ready for me before he left for the day. Really saved my butt not having to leave it over the weekend. He took the time to check the whole engine, not just the part that needed replacing, to make sure I didn't have any other problems. I left feeling like I had really been taken care of. Thanks, John!

I've been using John at Westside for a number of years now. He is the fairest, most honest and most reliable mechanic that I have seen in many years. He always offers the most cost effective solution, always stands behind his work and is just a nice honest guy running a small business. I recommend him highly.

I can't say enough good things about John from West Side Auto. I own a Garage Door business and he knows that my van is how I make money he always tries to get me in and out and one day I highly recommend him. He never charges for parts I don't need I greatly appreciate his service.

John gave a detailed report of what needed repair in order of priority. He is fair in pricing and performs quality work. Well worth the scheduled service.

This "professional" shop could not even diagnose a DEQ fix. After $490 worth of fixes they still did not fix the problem. They also admitted to doing unauthorized repairs that weren't even related to passing DEQ. Guess they figured they could pull one over on my 18 yr. old daughter. They were wrong. If money isn't an issue to you and you don't care about it being a respectable honest mechanics shop then this place is perfect for all your automotive repairs. No mechanic should EVER do work that is not authorized first!

Great work, unfortunately means he is always busy and can't get to you the day you want. Hes always my first choice but if he can't see me I sadly have to go elsewhere.
